This was by far the smoothest, easiest move I have ever experienced. The crew was professional, lighthearted and friendly. They carried all my things with care, and they also made sure I was secure with the move and not stressed. I would highly recommend and hire for future moves.

Great Company best pricing with great service.
We were looking for a moving company and we came across Popeyes moving company we noticed the reviews here on my moving reviews we paid close attention to them but we also did our research on the internet turns out that this company is A+ rated has over 300 five star reviews by 300 happy customers and multiple Five-star ratings throughout the internet My family and I are so glad that we actually did the research and found that this company.. It's a very good company considering the amount of time in business and the negative reviews they have its less than 1% thousands of customers Rave about this company I think it's unfair that some of these people out there right these negative reviews we use them on Thursday they provided us with amazing service and the best pricing nothing changed the crew was amazing the leader of our moving team was named Mike we had Travis and we had Victor those guys were awesome thank you so much for providing our family with the integrity and the quality of service you offer have a great day guys we will use again.

Was thoroughly pleased with the pricing compared to other moving quotes received as well as the movers themselves. They arrived on time, worked professionally throughout the move, placing items in the spots I requested and even cleaning up the packing materials once items were unloaded. Thank you for a great moving experience!
Horrible service.
Popeyes moving company provides horrible service. They damaged many things which they stated they would file with their insurance. After 2 months they denied the claim. And the owner actually threatened me.
I feel bad for the workers who truly busted their butt to get the job done but were put under too much pressure to focus on the job.

The movers were nice but the person on the phone was rude and did not care about anything I was saying. They charged double what we agreed!

I was totally pleased with their services and their pricing was fair they paid attention to detail Non-Stop working came in way less priced then some of the other companies I spoke to and again they reached every expectation my husband and I expected will definitely recommend them and use them in the future thank you Popeyes..
Local move.
I was looking for a local mover to move my home. After many other companies that I looked into I chose to go with Popeyes’s moving company. Great decision..not only were they courteous but very professional. They got the job done without a hitch and I found their prices were extremely reasonable compared to almost every company that called me to give me quotes. Thank you Popeyes and I will definitely refer my friends and family your way. God bless.
Bad Customer Service.
I know how a business works. I’ve worked freelance for myself for several years as well as in reputable businesses that treat customers with respect. After voicing my concerns (in frustration) about paying for an estimated additional 30 min prior to getting the items off the truck to know the exact time the move ended, Leo CHOSE to respond to me in a harassing and derogatory way stating “speak to me like a lady like you were yesterday don’t speak to me like an animal”. First of all, there no way to speak “like a lady” and second telling someone they are speaking like an animal is unacceptable. He then proceeded to say oh your bill and hung up on me. Money was never the issue I just did not feel confortable paying on an estimate that was higher than I knew it would be (which I ended up being right).
People are nice until you have complaints and they go off the rails. I am allowed to be uncomfortable with something and Leo is allowed to run his business but I do not take verbal harrassement lightly and I will not be degraded because I am a female dealing with an all male moving company.
There is a way you speak to people when they are frustrated about something that they were not aware of before that will put them at ease but Leo is not the guy to do that. I work in marketing/social media and noticed they removed the option to write reviews on their Facebook page which is very interesting as well.
Yes things go wrong or become confusing but that’s life and business. It shows your true character when you say rude things to people when there is an issue with your customer even though they did not call you a name or curse at you. My suggestion to this team is to make sure the paying before unloading on an ESTIMATED finish time with refund if needed is CLEAR and hire and actual customer support line not “Ruby Receptionist” that can provide sound and polite customer resolutions. Sometimes a business owner just doesn’t know how to interact with customers when things go wrong. I have never felt so degraded as a woman but I refuse to let one uneducated person’s words hold any weight.

No BS thay did a great job, the price was the lowest I found and the work was top notch very professional and helpful the truck was as clean as can be, the guys were well mannered, and they worked very fast, but most of all when it came to payment, I forgot my wallet in my wifes car, it took her about 35 minutes to bring it to me and they didint charge me for that extra time, (Thank you Leo) I would be using you guys agian ..
"I could not have asked for a better team".
We just had to move our office to a new location and as a new business owner, I was nervous about everything going off just right. While it was great that we were expanding to a new location, I couldn't help but think of all the possible things that could go wrong. I was also very cautious about hiring movers--I have heard all kinds of stories of things getting broken or "lost" during an office move. One day I was sitting at a traffic light, worrying about the upcoming move, when I saw a Popeye's truck driving by. Seeing this as a sign, I called them right then and there. I actually got to speak to the owner, Leo Genovese, and he was really helpful! He left such a great first impression that I decided to go with them before the light turned green.
Fast forward to moving day. The team of movers arrived on time and got right to work, packing up the whole office in no time! They took great care with our furniture and kept all of our computers, printers, phones, etc. well organized so that when we got to our destination, it was very easy to get set up and get back to work without missing a beat.
I am very grateful to Popeye's Moving Company for making our office move go so well. I could not have asked for a better team to get us into our newer, bigger location.
Ripped off.
Never do business with this company I was charged almost triple what he quoted me. They also charged me $62 for tape. This company is a ripoff. Leo is a bad business man very nasty! Never use popeyes moving company. They wouldn't take my furniture off the truck until I paid them cash only.
