Amazing.
Best moving company! Anyone’s biggest fear is moving and furniture becoming damaged. They wrapped each table/chair/TV stand, etc and took care of it like it was their furniture. Just so impressed.
Thief’s.
We had a Honda 3000 generator in our garage on the day of the packing. Upon deliver, or a few days after once we started unpacking we noticed our generator was not in the garage. Have filed claims and they are denying the claim because my son signed the paperwork for delivery. Atlas Van Lines and Prager Movers are responsible for the theft of our generator with a value of $3000.
Great customer service, great experience.
Prager Moving did a fantastic job helping my wife and I with a pretty complex move. We needed our things moved from our old house, stored for a few months, then moved into our new home when it was finished. In addition, we had other items in a storage unit and at my wife’s parents’ house. David and his crew did a great job with the initial pickup and with the multiple deliveries to our new house. They were extremely quick and efficient, while still being very personable and friendly. They were also incredibly careful with our furniture and our houses, wrapping the larger pieces and always putting down cardboard and carpet on our floors.
In addition to doing a great job with the move, Prager's customer service was some of the best I've experienced. Phone calls were always answered by a live person, and our questions were always answered immediately. Every aspect of the process involved great communication and some of the friendliest employees I've ever dealt with.
Between this great communication and friendly, professional service, we couldn't be happier with our choice of movers. The reduced stress alone more than made the price worth it (it helped that Prager had the lowest quote though). We will absolutely be using Prager Moving and Storage for any moves we have in the future!
Broken and Missing.
It's almost one year since I had entrusted all of my valuables to Prager Moving and Storage of Naperville, Illinois. Long after all of the tears and frustration of receiving my furniture and household items broken and damaged, I have since discovered even more things broken, such as all the gears on my 12 speed broken and all of our garage tools missing. But today was the most heart-wrenching discovery of all. All of our precious family ornaments dating back 40 years, never arrived to our new home! I'm so upset I could cry! Do not trust Prager Moving and Storage, a sub-agent of Atlas Movers with your valuables!
Prager Moving.
I can't say enough about how happy I was with Prager's service. I moved locally on a day so cold this past January that schools and businesses were closed. Jimmy's team showed up on time and ready to work. Among the pieces they moved was a 7 ft. baby grand piano and a 60 inch TV from the second floor (not a new flat screen but the older big box TV). They did a great job protecting my porcelain floors, carpet and hardwood floors. Everything was well wrapped and protected. There wasn't so much as a scratch on any of the furniture or either of the two houses. I would use this company again without hesitation.
Don't Use Them.
I hired Prager Moving to do the move. My goods are over two weeks late and I now I have to deal with the parent company Atlas. Rick Dussault is my account manager at Prager and he was pleasant to deal with before and during the move. There is a over a two week delay in my goods after giving them a two week notice. He is the rudest person on earth. Don't use this company!! I understand delays but not rudeness! Not my fault that there is a delay in my shipment. Don't use this company again!!
