1. Long Distance move from Montana to TN.

   Scam this company moved our stuff and now they are closed and have no clue where my stuff is..They said they put it all in a storage unit in TN but never gave us the name.

2. Horrible scam - Avoid at all costs!

   I have truly never been so horrified with a moving experience. We were quoted a number upfront, which seemed great. However, when the company arrived, we had the exact same number of items as discussed, yet I was charged an additional $800 because the space they used to estimate it was simply incorrect. I reluctantly paid and moved forward because I was in a hurry to move, and off I went. I arrived at my new location and the established window (within 1 week) was blown past with no delivery. I started calling the customer service team, who was initially very nice, but incredibly inept. They never called me back when they promised to, they never followed up on anything, my delivery kept getting pushed back and pushed back. It reached a point that I was without all of my items for an entire month, at which point they stated that it was within the contract to have more time than this, even though I was promised otherwise. Eventually, I started to realize that they truly did not care about me whatsoever, and they already had their money. Once my items finally arrived - an entire month late - they had the audacity to try to charge me an extra stair and elevator fee. Not only that, but several of our items of furniture didn't get delivered, and we ended up with some of someone else's items, too! I truly cannot describe how enraged and frustrating this experience was and absolutely what a sham this company is! I have read reviews and reports to the Better Business Bureau since this time, and it looks like many people never even had their items arrive, so I'll count myself lucky. Do yourself a favor and FIND A DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANY! Otherwise you'll be out $3000+ and an entire month of living without your furniture. It is absolutely unbelievable that they're still in business.

3. Thieves!!

   If I could give them zero stars I would! They took my deposit and the movers never showed. I’ve been trying to call the company for the last 4 days with no answer to calls or email. DO NOT use this company they are crooks!!

4. Professional and fair priced.

   Moving from Illinois to Detroit went much more smoothly with Presidential Van Lines. They made the process very easy and explained everything clearly upfront.
   
   When preparing to move across states I was personally concerned about a moving company mishandling my furniture during the dissembling process or the reassembling process. Presidential Van Lines delivered on their promise to handle my things with care. Nothing had to be replaced, nothing was scratched or nicked.
   
   For the high level of customer service and a job well done I would say it was worth the $2195. I was actually given a higher quote from other companies but this company helped me stay in budget. Their professionalism for the price is unbeatable!

5. Patience.

   I was thoroughly impressed with Presidential Van Lines! Their customer service by far exceeded every expectation I had set. From the initial phone call to the day of the move, they were helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They are a hard-working, friendly group of people that do their best to ease the stress of a big move. I would recommend Presidential Van Lines to anyone in search of a moving company with reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

6. Great first time move!

   This was my first time ever moving alone and Presidential Van Lines could not have made it any easier! They were reliable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire moving process. They were always quick to answer my questions and took all of the stress out of the very stressful moving process! Worth every penny for a great experience! I can't recommend them enough!

7. Good company to move with.

   My move from Wisconsin to illinois was made easy since they gave me a smoothe and friendly service.
   
   Sure, you have other options available but they may not provide you with the same type of quality, so why risk it? Meaning, I do think the $2697 is a fair price since the company does need some polishing-up.
   
   But, overall, you should give them a try since they were nice and professional, all around.

   I would definitely use this company again. They have excellent customer service, the price was reasonable and they are very fast.

   The experience Presidential Van Lines provided was amazing, they made this stressful and sweaty moving process much easier. I was able to get my items moved from New York to Pennsylvania under a day's time. The service was fast and friendly, I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to move. If I was to move again, I would definitely go with Presidential Van Lines.

    An old time country boy like myself doesn’t like to play any games when it comes down to Buisness. This is why I am here to recommend presidential van lines the process was smooth the whole way through. From the first call until the follow up courtesy call once my items were dropped off I was treated with nothing but respect. I appreciate good people and in this day and age it’s hard to find I can say my experience with the men who showed up was fantastic they were in uniform and professional. Best of all my wife was even happy with the moving experience!

11. Go Someplace Else.

    7/10/2018 - Worst experience of my life!! Lip service to get the deal.. customer service horrible and never did what they promised. In fact I paid 500 for a guaranteed delivery because I was starting a new job and relocated from Maryland to Florida. Only reason I went with this company is because they guaranteed delivery. Didn’t find out until I made several calls to them that the delivery was not going to make it.. they delivered the following evening but still made me pay the guaranteed rate because they said they still rushed delivery. They brokered shipment so once they got their money they no longer Cared (gentle word to describe - site did not allow profanity) about me or my situation.. read the blogs about peoples experiences and get a BBB Report. Believe what you read - there are many company’s out their they do care about your possessions and don’t lie - find a service oriented company not people that holdback information just to take your money.. would NEVER use them again - my stuff is either ruined or missing. I worked hard all my life and have always taken care of my “things”. I am so angry at the lack of customer service, negligence, false information and overall process.

12. Reliable Movers; Highly Recommend.

    To say I was overwhelmed with the moving process is an understatement: I was totally beside myself. Thankfully, Presidential Van Lines came through and provided an excellent service when I needed a reliable moving company to help me with this process. I needed EVERYTHING moved on a specific day, and more importantly I needed it all DELIVERED on an EXACT day; Presidential Van lines fulfilled that request and never once made me feel as though I was asking too much. For the rate I paid, to get this kind of service with this amount of satisfaction was something I honestly didn't expect. Presidential Van Lines is a great company offering a great service: they'll make sure your items get where they need to be, and they make sure they get there on time. I've been told by friends and family, who were happy they didn't have to assist me in the move, to relay how my experience was to them. After hearing me rave, many of them are considering purchasing the service themselves, should the time ever come when they decide to move.

13. Great Experience!

    I had to move a lot of my stuff from my parent’s home into my new apartment and Presidential Van Lines did an excellent job. All of my items were delivered quickly and securely and I received excellent customer service! They made the moving process so easy and stress-free, I wish all of my experiences were like that! I highly recommend them to all my friends who have to move across states.

14. Moved from New York to Florida.

    This company was amazing on time and made sure all of our items were secure and secure I have my whole family using them to relocate. They were kind and caring. I would recommend this company especially for relocating.

15. Lack of Customer Support.

    RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND REALLY DO NOT PUT CUSTOMER FIRST OR TRY TO HELP YOU. THEY GAVE MY A QUOTE THEN WHEN IT CAN TIME TO MOVE GAVE ME ANOTHER ONE A LOT HIGHER ASKED FOR DEPOSIT BACK AND REFUSED TO THEY ARE DISHONEST NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU AT ALL. VERY HIGH PRESSURED COMPANY. STAY AWAY THEM!! NOT A MOVING CO. AHIGH PRESSURED BROKER GUESS I AM LUCKY ONLY LOST THE DEPOSIT.
