  1. Should be zero

Worst experience ever. They called me to give a day and hour of delivery they never showed up until next day. All my boxes were cover in mud and i am lacking of 3 boxes. run away from this company

  2. Stay Away From Priceline Logistics

I received quotes from various companies and chose Priceline- My Bad! Ditto the other folks who have used them with the same negative experience. Do not use them as they are over priced and I am still working to get paid on items damaged by the "moving company" they chose. The movers they chose were a scam and rented two moving trucks. You get what you pay for! Do not use or pay this company.

  3. DO NOT USE THEM

Simply stated " Do Not Use Then." If I could give a negative star or a minus F rating, I would.

Possible the worst experience of mis-management, lying, deceit and mis-representation I have ever experienced. Priceline is a Broker, not a mover. The quote began at one price and in the end I had to pay four times as much for the insult.

I spoke numerous times to a "Manager" who told me that the driver was lost, then the truck was lost, then the driver called me to say he had quit the company. I was told the truck broke down, but was 30 minutes away. 14 days later it did show up with a call at 1 am in the morning saying they would be there that day - Thanksgiving Day... I had over 8 guarantee dates of delivery by text or verbally promised and not a one of the dates were met.

The white glove treatment was my Thanksgiving guests and myself unwrapping the furniture and boxes that were packed by the movers, and us putting together a bed, I was promised by the company was one of their responsibilities. To unload they only sent a driver and a young kid who never could have accomplished the task by themselves.

From start to finish, transportation of my possessions from Michigan to Florida was a nightmare that no one should have to go through. Extremely unprofessional, un-ethical and expensive.

  4. Moved out of home.

Pitiful ..lied about the pricing and the storage cost. Horrible service even when calling to have things moved. Waited over 1 hour and 45 min. Was on hold forever and then They hung up on me. The call to have my belongings moved was a joke, dispatch told me they would Call me back, that was on Monday at 1 o’clock, noresponse. I called back on Tuesday at 9 o’clock was told I would get a call back very soon. An hour later I called and they told me oh no we won’t know until Friday. What a joke complete dishonorable dysfunctional business do not recommend it, it completely sucks. I would not recommend this company to do anything for me ever again, this company is way way way way way way overpriced, and the quote they give you online is a complete lie in an exaggeration of the real facts.

  5. Same story of Priceline Moving committing fraud.

I could write all the same bad stuff as other reviewers, but in summary, this "company" sucks.

Like many, many others, I made the mistake of using this "moving company", which is, in fact, merely a cheap broker with shady practices and no concern for their victims/customers.

I have gathered lots of documentation and information, and you can find a fake website that recommends them, and it forwards to their site, but it's run by the same people. There are lots of phony reviews out there. They have lots of complaints and use DBA's to thin them out. They handle your stuff poorly and rely on insurance to cover their incompetence. They rely on other similarly shady moving "companies" and truckers, all not affiliated with "Priceline Moving". By the way, you can find Priceline Moving at multiple addresses, and if you question them about that, they get very defensive. As a matter of fact, if you can reach them at all, they get defensive about any questioning of their services, their company, their total lack of commitment to scheduling, etc.

In brief, they pulled a bait-and-switch where they low-balled and then tripled the charge at the end of the move. They didn't deliver a lot of our stuff. They were difficult to reach throughout the process. They made it difficult to communicate through all channels: email, texts, voice, smoke signal, whatever. They showed up hours late the first day of pickup and showed up over 7 hours late the second day - by the time they showed up it was evening - to complete the pickup. They almost never returned a phone call.

For delivery, they showed up more than a week late, and were missing 25% of our stuff.

I have tons of detailed notes, but the bottom line is don't use this company.

I think they might finally be shut down now.

  6. Havent received furniture and they wont return calls or emails.

This company is a total scam. Charged way more then the quote. Did not make the delivery date (6 weeks and counting). Wont tell us where the furniture is. All the addresses are bogus.
This is not a company - it is a scam from start to finish (actually I only wish it were finished but they still have the furniture and we have no way to contact them!!
If there was lower then a 1 star I would have given that!!

  7. Rip Off!

Rip off! Rip Off! If this sounds like a disgruntled customer. It is! Don’t use Priceline Moving and Storage. They are not A+ Rated. We were victims of their scam, and honestly, if I listened to the bad reviews, I would have been better off.
I am going to make this as short as possible, but want to ensure I highlight how dishonest this company and the employees are. We were moving a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom residence. First, I spoke with Josh (stated to be from Sales Depart), who, later spent about a half hour in my home, then presented an in-home “binding estimate” of $2150.00 to move from Florida to Michigan. I did do my research and received at least 6 different estimates. Theirs weren't the lowest price but based on the mixed reviews, and talking to Josh on several occasions, I decided to go with their estimate. Before I provided a deposit, I asked several times is this the final price I would pay for the move. I was assured that this was the final price, I was even given “a discount,” if I booked with them within 24 hours. Again, before I gave my deposit, I asked Josh do they own their trucks or are they are a broker? Josh again assured me they are not brokers and own their vans. I also questioned why I was being asked for a deposit? I was informed to lock in the discount of the estimate. I could not stress enough that our move had a budget and we couldn’t afford any unwanted surprises (based on some of the reviews). Josh reassured me this was my final cost. Then after Josh received my deposit, which after I read in several reviews this was a MAJOR mistake, I started getting calls from Reggie (stated to be with dispatch). Reggie called me a few days before my scheduled move, requesting if they could come 1 day before our scheduled move, which of course we were not prepared. He proceeds to mention his foreman, had another pickup in my area and it would help them. In the end, we stayed with the original move date. Now, this is where it gets good. “ The foreman” arrives aka the driver, arrives at the end of the day, walks into the apartment, spends about 1 minute looking at the items, btw we had the majority of the items already packed (my husband has OCD). So all they had to do was MOVE and STORE the items. 90% of packing was already done for them. We also had fewer items than the estimated state. He then proceeds to state it will cost $3800 (problem 1) to move. Dumbfounded, my husband showed him the estimate and informed the driver Priceline Moving, and Storage presented this document and the cost, and we are not prepared to pay a penny more. The Driver replies taking the estimate out of my husband’s hands, who gave this to you? He replied Josh. The driver state this is an over the phone estimate (problem 2). We proceeded to inform him that Josh came to our home and gave us this estimate. The driver then reported he (Josh) gave you this price to get your business; this is not the right cubic square feet or price (problem 3).
My husband and I collectively agreed that we were not going to fall for the bait and switch and refused for them to move our items. After the driver left, I receive a phone call from Reggie informing me that the driver says it will cost more and he is willing to move the items for $3500. This was becoming a nightmare. We were caught in the predicament that we were trying to avoid. I questioned Reggie, what happened to the estimate we received from Josh? And how could the DRIVER ask for me money when I already paid a deposit to Priceline Moving and Storage based on the estimate? He replied the driver says there are more cubic feet than expected. At this time my head was spinning, and anger was building. But, I talked as calmly as possible and stated, if they cannot honor the estimate, then we can’t continue to do business, and I would like a refund because they have not done the job and there are fewer items than in the estimate. Reggie informed me that might not be possible, but he will talk to the manager, because of this “unique issue.” Because it was on Saturday, after 4 pm, the office is closed, and he will get back to me.
Days went by and to wrap this up; I was told the driver was let go because of the situation and Priceline Moving and Storage gave me the runaround. I finally contacted my Credit Card and submitted a complaint. I did receive my deposit returned, with no direct help from the moving company.

  8. Movers.

The movers who unloaded my things was horrible, the put trash ,put all my furniture upside down,if had wheels their are missing ,broke lots of things, crushed boxes, unprofessional, never use then,.

  9. $700 over quoted price.

Once my belongings were completely loaded onto the truck, I was told that it took up more space than had been quoted, and I was charged $700 over the $1300 quote. At that point, what choice do I have but to pay? This is especially frustrating because I was convinced by a sales associate to choose this company over another that had given a lower estimate because he said that the competitor was likely to hike the price on me and push back my pickup date - but then Priceline did both of those. My Monday pickup became Tuesday, then Wednesday. And 9am became noon, which became 2:30pm.
When I emailed the sales associate about my dissatisfaction, I got no reply. I highly recommend going with a more honest & reliable company.

  10. Scam!! stay away!

Moving Services Group (US DOT 2398933) provided me with a binding estimate for my move from MN to NY of $2520. I was told my pick up date would be 11/5 or 11/6. As I was already in New York, my boyfriend would be the one on site in MN to let the movers into the apartment to load my items onto their truck—they claim on their website and on the binding estimate that they are not brokers and have their own fleet of trucks for delivery. I paid a $756 deposit via online check to secure my spot and lock in my price. On 11/4, I received a call from dispatch stating that my pickup would actually happen on Sun 11/6, which was in their original pick up estimate time frame. When my boyfriend was on site, the people who actually showed up were from Priceline Moving and Storage d/b/a Prestige Worldwide Moving (US DOT 2632688). I was never notified by Moving Services Group that a different company would be transporting my goods. Prestige Worldwide Moving showed up in a Penske rental truck. Kenneth the Prestige driver, told my boyfriend that we had more items than originally estimated and needed to charge us for the additional space on the truck. The new bill of lading and binding estimate was for $2838, which included my deposit of $756 with Moving Services Group. Not knowing this was different than the original estimate, my boyfriend agreed, figured it’s just $300 and signed the new bill of lading/binding estimate. He then paid $1041 via check; Kenneth explained we would need to pay the remaining $1041 in cash upon delivery. Kenneth filled out an inventory and marked our items as damaged, gouged, scratched, chipped, etc, even though they were not in this condition. Kenneth explained they would probably deliver my items on Friday 11/11 at the latest. I called Jerry on Monday 11/7 to get more clarity about the delivery time frame, he connected with Isaac in customer service who was aggressive and hostile. Isaac said there was no way to know when my items would arrive and I would get a call 24 hours before delivery. I called Moving Services Group again on Wednesday 11/9 and was connected with Reggie, who informed me that one of their Moving Services Group delivery drivers had died and they had to finish his deliveries before they’d be able to deliver my goods; that is why they contacted Prestige to complete my move. Reggie said they had no updates from dispatch. I called Prestige Worldwide Moving directly to see if they had any more info, and was connected with Josh. Josh informed me that my items seemed to be in the general Chicago area. He did not have an update on when they would be delivered, and told me that I’d receive a call 24 hours before delivery. I called Prestige Worldwide Moving again on Monday 11/14 and spoke with David, who said my items were in storage in Chicago waiting for a delivery driver to be assigned to take my items to Brooklyn. He estimated that they would probably have a driver assigned by Wednesday 11/16, meaning I should expect delivery between Friday 11/18 and Sunday 11/20. I called Prestige on Wednesday 11/16 to confirm that they had assigned a driver to my items and josh said he did not have an update; that no one had yet been assigned and that I would receive a call 24 hours before delivery. I called Moving Services Group again on Thursday 11/17 to see if they had any more info and Reggie said he did not have any updates. I filed a complaint with the FMSCA on 11/17 and still haven’t heard back from them. I called again on 11/28 to see if there were any updates and I was assured I would receive a call back from Reggie in 30 mins after he got a hold of the dispatcher. After 90 minutes, I called back and was told Reggie was unavailable. This was the last contact I had with them.
I grew concerned once I did some research and discovered that both of these companies operate under different names and file change of addresses and switch ownership. They are not BBB accredited as they claim; Moving Services Group claims they are not brokers but never informed me that they would not be able to complete my move as planned. Prestige Worldwide Moving (really Priceline Moving and Storage) has had its authorization involuntarily revoked by the FMCSA on 10/24/16 and only recently reinstated on 11/5/16 (the day before they picked up my items). According to the FMCSA DOT registration, Prestige Worldwide Moving has their address listed as 1855 Plunkett St #403, Hollywood FL, 33020 but their paperwork and contracts have them listed at 3317 NW 10th Terr, #403, Fort Lauderdale FL 33309.
There are countless horror stories from people who have had their items held hostage until they agree to pay more money and once they do get their items (weeks late), they’re damaged and broken or missing.
I finally received my items on Sunday, December 11th. They were not delivered by Prestige Worldwide Moving or Moving Services Group. I was contacted on Saturday December 10th by someone stating that my items would be delivered the next day around 10am. The person I spoke with stated there might be a $300 shuttle fee because a semi truck couldn’t fit down my street. I said my street was quite wide and I had seen many semi trucks drive down it before. The person said he would have to look on google street view.
On Sunday December 11th, I received communication from two different phone numbers—one was a 646 area code belonging to “Mike” who had an Eastern-European accent. The other phone number was a New Jersey area code, also belonging to “Mike” with an Eastern-European accent. At various points throughout the day, I received communication that they were only an hour away; other times “Mike” told me that they were still on Staten Island. Finally “Mike” confirmed that they were in Edison, NJ, about 2 hours away. This was at around 3pm after they had told me they would be here closer to 10am. Mike arrived in a Penske rental truck (License plate: 2358138; Penske ID number: 9168657) alone. I asked if there were other movers coming. He said yes. It was about this time that I noticed a man standing around in front of my apartment building asking if this was the moving job from craigslist. “Mike” had posted an ad to recruit people to move my items upstairs. We were later joined by 2 more young men who had seen the craigslist ad. My items were successfully brought upstairs and I was charged an extra $300 shuttle fee, even though a semi truck would have been able to fit down my street. Mike was wearing a shirt with the logo “Boost van lines moving and storage” (US DOT: 2453637) based in Edison, NJ. While unloading, I was able to pull the three men from Craigslist aside and asked them to talk to me before leaving—I explained my situation, that I had been scammed by this moving company and collected their contact info in case I needed it. While unpacking, we realized we were missing one box and contacted Mike about 20 mins after we had finished unloading the truck. He said he knew the box we were talking about and that it was still in the storage facility in NJ, not on the truck. He said he would mail it to us the next day. We have still not received the box and I have had no further communication with anyone regarding this move—I figured of all of the boxes to lose, it didn’t contain any valuables and it wasn’t worth the effort to track it down.
In total, I paid $3138. This was over $600 more than my original $2520 estimate provided by Moving Services Group, to which I did not add any additional items or services. Ideally, I would like to be refunded the additional charge and to be compensated for the unnecessary stress of withholding my items for 35 days; however, I am not hopeful that I will receive this outcome. These moving companies deliberately lie and mislead customers—they say there’s an issue with “dispatch” but they don’t have a dispatcher. They don’t even have their own moving trucks, hence why they picked up and dropped off my items in Penske rental trucks. I would like to see these chameleon companies shut down so they cannot continue to hurt people or their belongings.
