  1. DO NOT USE - Priority Van Lines is a SCAM!!!!

    Please do not use this company to move. I had gone in with good intentions and looked up reviews knowing moving is chaotic. They kept changing the rules on when I could add or remove boxes before my move. They wouldn't confirm the dates or times and refused to email me any communication, they only wanted to talk on the phone. I called customer service number on their website and was directed to someone who didn't know what business I was calling about. They also refused to give me my deposit back.

    Wish I could give NO star. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE OUT OF STATE....I REPEAT ...DON'T USE USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE!!!! We hired this company to move from Arizona to Illinois. Big mistake. After we paid the deposit, Priority Van lines gave an estimated pick up date. They picked up our furniture 2 days later than they promised. Then Priority VanLines promised that they could deliver our furniture in seven days. OUR FURNITURE ARRIVED IN ILLINOIS 35DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS PICKED UP IN ARIZONA. We reached out to

    Priority Van Lines after the seven days and their response was (our furniture were placed in storage because the delivery person had an emergency). Priority Van Lines is the worst company we have ever done business with. My daughter job monitors were also included in that shipment, so she was forced to go out and purchase new items so she would not lose any days of work. We spent the entire Christmas and New Year holidays in an unfurnished apartment. When Priority Van Lines finally delivered our shipment...there were several pieces of furniture and personal items missing. We recently got a call from someone in Ohio stating "they have our toolbox, it got mixed in with their delivery."I'm guessing they got our phone number from Priority VanLines. Unfortunately, it will cost too much money for the person in Ohio to ship it from Ohio, than if we repurchase a new toolbox and it's content...(due to the weight of the toolbox). We have reported Priority Van Lines to the Better Business Bureau.

  3. Moving Scammers!

    Ty from Priority Van Lines spent over an hour on the phone with my husband. He created a quote based on what we needed on our move from Chicago to South Carolina. My husband indicated that he needed time to discuss with me and we would call back. Upon looking at the quote we realized there were things missing and we needed more space. We called Ty and he added the items and it was more money on the quote. He gave us a little of a discount and we were happy. The order number was 2805626, and it would be picked up on January 15-16th, and would be picked up, stored, and delivered in Myrtle Beach when we needed it. We signed the contract and paid the $980.00 using a personal check which is what they would accept. The Monday before pick up, they call and ask if we had everything on the list that we needed, and if we had the space we needed. They referenced the first quote that we never signed that was missing several items as well as 100+ cubic feet. We indicated that was not what we agreed to. They demanded more money, and we didn't want to give them any more money. We requested a cancel and stated the sales rep said we would get our money back. He told us several times and in a text message we could get the money back if no service had been rendered. They said no, and since we paid with a check, the bank would not cover the amount either. Marnie, manager of "customer service" indicated that we signed the contract, and I indicated they pulled a bait and switch. They also did not give us the "rights and responsibilities" they are legally required to give us. Terrified that they would damage, break, steal, or hold our stuff "hostage" we cancelled the pick up and scheduled with another company. This company lied to us several times, laughed at us when we asked for our $980.00 back, and basically made a stressful situation 1,000 times worse.

    I repeat do not go with this company they are scamers my name morisset husband and are military family this people called us in October begging to move our belongings promise all type af things took my money 1250$the rest when they drop off so before scheduling date they picked up my stuff early than scheduled from San Diego i was thinking that's fine nov 27 till today still haven't delivered them to Arizona when I called everyone of the told me they don't know i have to talk someone else remind you they begged their agent Marissa she a bitch excuse my language she was the one that was begging to get my belongings after when I called to find out where my stuff are she have an attitude with me can't listen to me just pretend she doesn't know who and what I'm talking about so now they blocked my number and my husband still haven't delivered my belongings so please do not trust them Marissa , Carl all of them please ? do not trust these people don't trust them with your stuff I have important documents in my stuff I let them know but they don't care specialy they make you pay with check don't believe them they are scamers.

    Would give ZERO stars if possible. Move from MN to FL. Once they got paid they refused to help. Nick under estimated move, provided a substantial discount, and then I was charged double. Still have not gotten my belongings or a delivery date despite multiple attempts to contact them AND S&M Reloc. I have filed a complaint with National Consumer Complaint Database on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website. I suggest others do that as soon as you begin to have problems...better yet do the move yourself or find a much more reputable moving company yourself. S&M Reloc is not one of them that Priority Van Lines uses.

    They are a broker; once you pay them the fee they will not help you 1%

    They quoted me a price of $2200, the movers they hired told me it would be $4500, same exact items, nothing added. Once you pay them their brokerage fee you are screwed. The actual moving companies they hire are horrible too. I have attached a PDF with my full story as its too long. Save yourself the time and trust me, but read if you'd like. DO NOT EVER use this company,

  7. Move still in process

    My move is still in process. I just need help to actually have my items delivered as they were picked up over two weeks ago. I have called, emailed, and reached out to Quinton at Priority Vanline Services, who PROMISED to help me. He no longer returns emails, calls or texts. I have reached out to the subcontracted vendor. I just need a move date and my items delivered as I have paid. Please help me.

  8. Priority Van Lines - Horrible Experience move from IL to IN

    WARNING! DO NOT USE THEM - they are a scam! Priority Van Lines was moving my furniture/boxes from IL to IN when the movers arrived they informed me that they would not be taking my items to IN and refused my move and left. Priority will not refund me my deposit of $689 even though they canceled the move and left! Save yourself the agony of using them! My Sales Rep was [NAME EDIT] - I do not recommend using them!

  9. My move to Michigan

    The company hired a company and they picked my load up on the 3rd of October. I landed in Michigan on the 6th. The mover have not contacted me nor has the boss of the moving company. I have tried to have Priority van Lines figure out info on the movers. Most of them are rude including the supervisor Deb Fox.

    Had I known right of the beginning that they were a broker. I would not have used them.

    Helpless . They say some delivery date and come at different time without even feeling sorry. They do not follow CDC guidelines while they come for pickup. They don't answer the phone . Paul knows EVERYTHING about the business to make you pay the money. He speaks such a way that your job would be done but infact its not.

  11. Household move.

    We used priority Van lines to move our household a pretty good distance across the US. We were slightly hesitant but glad to have chosen them. All of our possessions arrived intact, damage free and on time. They were very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely be giving them a great recommendation for any and all future needs we have!

  12. Move from Colorado to Tenn.

    Terrible company. Wrong information from everyone I spoke with there . After their screw ups, they don't answer the phone . They do return calls when I leave my name and number . Jordan and Paul do not know the business .

  13. Recent move.

    We used Priority for our move from Tennessee to Florida. They quoted us $3300 which was one of the best prices we had received from at least 4 other companies. The guys that came and moved us were so friendly and professional, it took away a lot of the stress we had be going through dealing with about of state move. Even it was a last minute move they made sure everything arrived on time and In the same shape it left us!! Thank you to Ronny and the crew for helping us in this very stressful situation!! Highly recommend this company for anyone needing a long distance mover!!

  14. Very unprofessional company with horrible communication.

    I am still waiting here at 2:00 p.m. for a move that was supposed to take place this morning estimated arrival between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. you get a run around from the managers and the sales people Right now I am still waiting to see whether or not the truck will show up nobody gets back to me they all give me the same story The movers will be calling you and the manager had the audacity to say to me I think it will be before 9:00 p.m. when they arrive Do not use this company if you want to cause yourself undo stress it has been a horrible experience I will check back in on this review wish me luck Do not know whether the movers will even be arriving at my place today which can have legal consequences since my buyer is supposed to move in early tomorrow morning very very very stressful very unprofessional company with snippy young salespeople that don't follow through.

  15. SCAM! Kept our deposit and never showed up.

    SCAM COMPANY!! Do not use this moving BROKER!! They have started several “moving companies” under the same name, just to be caught in fraud and restart under a new name with slight changes to the name every time. I paid this company an over $1,200 deposit in July 2020 for a cross country move that was to be performed in the beginning-middle of August 2020. The company never showed up to pick up my stuff in Las Vegas and kept my deposit. We called every single day in August to get no answers whatsoever. Then they simply told us we cannot have our deposit back and that they “couldn’t get answers from the dispatcher” on if/when everything would be picked up. It is now October and they have cut communication with us and simply kept our money. We had to last minute book a new company that was local to Las Vegas, far more professional and courteous, and actually showed up to pick up our things! We’ve now gone through a lawyer and can only sue them if we go all the way to Florida (where they are “headquartered”).
