These guys were quick and professional! They took care of my stuff and made sure they didn't damage my house. Thank you Pro Movers Express.
Jewelry Stolen During Move!
Hired them for a local move. The team showed up in a old faded pink truck with holes in the cargo door. It took them an hour to travel 6 miles between locations and left without finishing the job. A 2nd team came and finished the job. While waiting, I found that jewelry was missing and immediately filed a police report. I also filed claim with their insurance company for theft by their employees. They were quick to respond to the RFQ, quick to respond to team that left job unfinished, quick to send invoice for both teams, including the time team was MIA but were slow to respond to dirty mattress issue and incommunicado with regards to the theft of my jewelry.
Efficient
Guys came out, took our furniture apart, wrapped everything and was out the door in no time. Unloading took half the time. I’m impressed. Would recommend
Amazing Job
Larry, Cory and Marcus were fast workers. they moved me from Tallahassee to Tampa without damaging any items. They showed up on time and treated my things with care. The are the definition of PRO MOVERS.
Move
This company has a great front woman who makes you smile and feel safe. Sadly though the movers themselves treat your possessions like garbage and damage almost everything. We packed almost all of our own things but when we unpacked we found many things were not where they started out, a brand new chain saw is missing, and all our furniture was damaged. The owner took no responsibility at all.
6 hours for a 1 bhk!
I had to get moved from a 1 BHK to a new apt that was in the same apartment complex. I had already boxed all my stuff and the furnitures were a sectional sofa, an Ikea bed, a few chairs and small tables. The entire move took 6 hours!!
I understand that there is a small elevator, so they can't move all furnitures in one go. But still, does 6 hours for a 1 bed seem right at all? The 2 apts which are about 2 miles away. I had to in fact help with the bed assembly/disassembly, take luggages close to the elevator etc. They did not ask me to help them but at their rate it would have taken a lot many hours.
Btw, they waived the $47 traveling fee because they had not mentioned it to me over the phone when I had called them. So, I'm thankful for that. But, sadly I wont be using this service again.
Stress Free Moving.
Cory and his team were a blessing in disguise. I was doing my last minute packing and called Pro Movers Express for help. They came to my rescue. The only charged me $85 an hour for my 5 bedroom house.They packed my 5 Bedroom Home and took less time than the previous movers who moved me in. They were professional, and arrived on time. They helped ease my mind and took the stress and weight off my shoulders. Ms. Dee was the rep who promised that I'd have a stress free move with her crew and boy was she right. I'd definitely hire them again.
