An Excellent job
Fantastic experience moving with Pro Smart Movers. John's team was fast, professional, friendly, and amazing to work with. We just had new painting and wood floors put into our new home and the team which moved us was extra careful, and even helped apply pads to all furniture going on the wood floors. Never had a better moving experience - would definitely recommend them and John to help you out.

I've used Pro Smart Movers for Chicago moves. Both moves have been efficient with the crews arriving promptly in the morning and completing within the estimated time. The crews made sure to treat my items with care and respect, especially anything labeled fragile included my partner's record collection. I appreciated the confirmation calls the day before with the time to expect the movers, as well as the phone call from the crew chief when the truck was en route. Pro Smart Movers and their crews made a stressful event a lot easier to manage. Thank you guys!
Smart and professional move
The moving day got moved up by two weeks thanks to my being injured. John sent his gang to the rescue! They were all business from the minute they parked the truck. Professional, friendly and helpful
Just wanted to say that our experience with this moving company was great! I am under quarantine at the moment and needed to hire a company to help move my 58 year old father. The initial online process to get an estimate with Alex was quick and very easy. We get our questions answered quickly and promptly, which I appreciate. Everything in the estimate was true and no hidden charges came up at the time of payment. The movers came and were very professional and wore masks and were practicing social distancing with my father who is a senior. They treated my our furniture and belongings with the best care possible. I"m very glad that my cousin recommended us to Pro Smart Movers, I am so grateful for them helping my father move when I was unable to. We will recommend this moving company to our friends and family always! Thanks a lot.
Fast and Responsive
Pro Smart Movers had the best prices and most availability to fit around my hectic schedule. They made the whole process so simple. I've worked with other moving companies, and this was the best BY FAR. I had John and his team come, and they were so quick and to the point. Very friendly and professional. They took great care of my furniture and even went above and beyond to dissemble a shelving unit and reassemble it to fit in my storage closet. I could not be happier, both with the service and the price. Good job.

I booked very last minute with no issue. John, Max and Cesar did a great job moving me quickly and were very professional. I had 2 stops, lots of stairs and an elevator and they tackled it great. They managed to get everything in my storage unit which was awesome. I will be moving again in about 8 months and will use this company and crew again. We recommend Pro Smart Movers highly.
Super friendly and professional
This business helped us pack, organize and move everything we owned. Their team really helped us bring the stress levels way down. They were very friendly and super organized, which is exactly what we needed. Having 3 children and packing a house to another state felt overwhelming. That is until this business stepped in and really made it happen. The movers were so friendly, efficient and easy to work with. We recommend highly Pro Smart Movers and team.
Welldone
These guys are the best you'll find. They moved us into our 2 bedroom house in a day including dismantling and reassembling all of our furniture. They are friendly, trustworthy and so hard working. They even managed to move our piano from our second floor flat without a scratch. We would highly recommend Pro Smart Movers and team!
Do not hire this company!!!
Horrible experience with this company. We originally hired another company to do the move and they brokered it out to ProSmart. The whole entire process was a complete and utter nightmare. Upon arrival to pick up the items in my son's one bedroom apartment, they added money to the amount quoted. They wanted to add costs for including a laundry basket! The whole thing seemed shady from day one but the items were loaded and our hands were tired. They provided us with a number to call for updates on delivery. We were told 3-6 days (move from Chicago to Pittsburgh). The phone number they left us with was for another company as was the letterhead/bill of lading! To make a long story short, my son's items belongings were delivered 6 weeks later. We believe they only delivered them because we threatened them with a potential lawsuit. I think we talked to 5 different people in 3 different states with never an answer. When the items were delivered, the driver did not have any tools to assemble the table that they had taken apart. He had hired a helper off of Craigslist (this guy was actually good). As they were settling up payment, I could hear arguing so I am pretty certain that the helper wasn't paid his fair share. Finally, one item was delivered that did not belong to my son. I have tried many times to contact Pro Smart about this and no one has ever responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you hire US Interstate for the initial move, inquire about who they broker it out to
Professional and Experienced
It was an Outstanding Experience! Pro Smart Movers came through for me in a major way. I called them at 9:30 am to see if they could perform a local move the same day because of an emergency situation. Alex said that they could and three movers and an a truck arrived at 12:30 pm, three hours later! The fellas were totally professional and very polite. They provided boxes and assisted with the packing, and completed the move expertly and in a timely fashion.
I have hired many moving companies over the years and Pro Smart Movers definitely lives up to their name. They’re top-notch and I sincerely recommend Pro Smart Movers and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you.

Very efficient and professional team. They take care not to damage house or belongings. This is the third time I have used them and if I move again, I will be using them again!!
The best
Guys at PSM are the best! They arrived on time and got to work right away. They were careful with all furniture and items (even a table I told them I hadn't expected to survive through my last move and they didn't need to take any care with). They were polite, courteous, and very friendly throughout the very long day. The quotation process was also very easy and I received the written quote promptly. I would absolutely use this team and Pro Smart Movers. .
Very professional
The office personnel were very professional, helpful when getting my quote and dates for my move set up. They called prior to my move to confirm everything. The day of my move I was called, letting me know that the movers were ahead of schedule. They showed up promptly. Movers were very friendly, professional. They worked quickly but carefully unloading the moving truck and placing my belongings inside my residence. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pro Smart Movers.
Unreputable
Contracted with them to move my small apartment of stuff from California to South Carolina. They picked up my stuff on April the 3rd with a promise of a 21 day turn around. As of today, May the 12th, my things are still in a warehouse in California with no ETA of delivery. They are dodging my calls and refusing to tell me when they will deliver my things.
Move
I initially wrote a review several months ago about this company and a lady reached out to me because they had done the same thing to her as they did to me this company is has no integrity in any way shape or form. They don't follow the rules they scam people at their most vulnerable times and I really believe that those that use this company just need to step up and write some serious reviews about how horrible they are.
