It was awesome just watching them do what they do best. They finished our job in little under 3 hours. All our belongings arrived in the same condition. They did not damage/scratch anything! Response time was good! We recommended them to two friends that are moving.

Third time using this company and they were excellent as always. Showed up on time, took great care in disassembling and protecting furniture, and worked expeditiously to load, transport, and unload all of our belongings. Would most rehire them for future moves.

I made an inventory of every box, its contents, and my personal items. When friends told me that goods may get lost when travelling long distances, I was concerned. But I didn't have to worry because everything arrived in wonderful shape.
These guys are bests
Had a ton of heavy, big furniture and a lot of tight, tough turns and took everything apart and put everything back together perfect and fast. Highly recommend this company and highly recommend this crew even more. Thanks again.

This is my second time moving with this company (the first time it was across the state and they stored my stuff for a week). Both times has been an incredible experience. The movers were fast, efficient and had a 3 bedroom house moved in 5 and a half hour! Well done, guys!
I would recommend booking your move with them
I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of this company. They arrived on time and ready to work. They had great attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. They took excellent care of our home and belongings. The speed in which they worked was unbelievable. They were hustling and working hard from the moment they arrived until the job was done. I am beyond impressed with the service they provided!

They moved our furniture with the utmost care and expertise. We really appreciated their extra attention, since we previously experienced damage with furniture delivery. The entire crew was very professional and polite. I would surely work with them again!
Don't use them
Given my experience and the other similar complaints, I recommend avoiding Puma. They were, in a word, terrible—the worst mover I have used of the many movers I have used. First, Puma surprised us with a last-minute change of dates, starting to pack us up a day early and forcing us to scurry to make plans for our last days at our old location. They took an extra day to complete the job. The move had over $2000 of damage by their own accounting, and that was after they discounted many items for what we thought were unjustified reasons to get the claim below the deductible and reimburse zero. They took 3 months to devalue our claim! Puma disclaimed responsibility for ruining our antique grandfather clock which at the time we were choosing a company they misrepresented to us that they had expertise in handling. They threatened defamation against us when we objected. Two items never arrived. Puma’s response was that we needed to have noted the item’s non-arrival at the time of delivery—something that was an impossibility given the large volume of boxes.

We had 5 movers for our move. Lead mover was in great communication with us, all were friendly and hard workers. They treated us with respect and were extremely careful with our belongings. We would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing a skilled and efficient team of movers.

The movers were really hustled and didn't let the rain slow them down. Their efficient packing of my storage space is a thing of beauty too. They got the moving job done incredibly great, including a stop on the way to drop off and pick stuff up. The move was completed in such a short time. I'm definitely calling them again.
