Late, Unprofessional, Avoid!
We inadvertantly used this company to ship a car across country. We had gone through a well rated consolidator. The pick up of the car was on time (after the day / date moved around a bit). We were promised 7 to 10 day delivery from day of pick up. When we first called as to delivery status we were told Monday. Then Tuesday without fail. Then..you get the idea. Delivery was almost a week late (6 days after promise). Quality didn't have a clue as to where the car was on route. On the revised delivery date (Tue), we heard that the car was in Minneapolis. When confronting Quality personnel as to committed dates, we were lied to ("we never told you that!"). Further, they suggested we call the driver directly. We did..several times. And the driver never picked up. It is amazing when something straightforward becomes complicated, time consuming and costly. I should have driven! Avoid these folks at all costs. They are incompetent and a bit nasty. I shoiuld have known with a name like "Quality"..not.
Very Very Bad Service.. Pls don't go with these Company.
I have never seen such a irresponsible company in USA, they sound like a corporate but looks like they operate this service from home.They won't reveal any information upfront.. all they will tell at the time of pick-up or at the time of delivery.. worst thing is that they will never pick-up your calls..If they pick-up they will pass-on from Manager to clerck and clerk to manager but they will never respond to your call.
They promised to deliver two weeks ago and given some driver info,but that number doesn't work at all, it says that google subscriber is not responding calls, they are giving some online phone number?.

Please don't go with this company.. Hey be careful they may do business with another company name,try to find a good company. probably you may end up paying little bit more but they wll be professional.

Terrible Movers.
Still haven't received any of my things and haven't been contacted since the contract delivery window closed (not to mention the date I was told was originally told was 2 weeks ago). The company has not only taken my money and ran, but I still have not received any of my things and they wont call me back. They have punted me throughout the initial part of the contract window until after the original date of delivery. Now (2 weeks later) I can't get a hold of anyone and they wont return my calls. Today is the first day outside of the DOT regulated 21 day window and I am thinking I may need to pursue legal action. Needless to say if you are considering this company RUN!
