  1. Unresponsive & Unreliable.

    I've waited for over a year to write this review, since I had hoped after many, many emails, calls and texts that I would receive a decent reply. But I've been ignored.

    The owner seemed very fair and kind at first, but then charged me over double the estimate given, and although worked a full day, charged me for the downtime (near an hour) when I bought lunch for him and his crew. The lunch was on me, my idea, but he didn't take the time off his hourly rate. And when that was addressed, he ignored and did not reply to my repeated communications.

    Then he left the job unfinished that day to get to another one, leaving one piece of furniture at the old address. This left many people hanging (an upset landlord, two helpful neighbors and me, all of us stayed up late expecting his return that evening) as promised. He did not return that evening and did not inform me until after 11pm.

    Yes, he did finish the job the following morning, finally. But the inconvenience, frustration, lack of timely communication and the overcharging for his time and then expecting and receiving a tip, was very poor business management.

    I would not use his service again.

  2. Do Not Use- Scam.

    Despite the fact that this company has many
    positive reviews, I would have to agree with the few saying that this is a
    scam. The owner-Angel Pedraza- required me to give a deposit when I booked
    ($187.50). He had his sister Melissa call to cancel at 11pm the night before
    the move. Melissa said that Angel would issue the refund. Then I call Angel and
    leave a voicemail. He calls me back and leaves a voicemail saying that he's in
    Belize and won't be back until February 2017. I have tried several attempts to
    contact him since then to see if he is able to send the refund check. These
    attempts were unsuccessful. When I called Melissa back, the phone is not
    accepting incoming calls. I will be filing a claim with small claims court and
    the BBB. I recommend that you don't take the risk and end up in a similar
    situation.

  3. Scam. took my money and never showed up.

    Book him a few weeks out. Paid FIFTY PERCENT up front! He never showed up TWICE! do not fall for this .. he won't book you unless you pay 1/2 up front and then turns off his phone day of the move. DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM!

  4. Great moving company.

    I'm so glad I used this company. We looked up his information and found everything is current I don't know what this other person is talking about. Angel was able to show my new apartment building his certificate of insurance and they verified everything. The price he gave us was on point, he even saved us some money and told us we didn't have to buy some items that we were going to buy. He gave it to us free of charge. They showed up at the time he said they would and they even worked fast.

    I hope this helps if anyone is looking for a great moving company. My wife found then by using YELP.

  5. Damaged furniture no insurance policy.

    My husband hired this company relying upon the information on the website and the assurances of the owner, Angel Pedraza. The company's website boasts that the company is licensed and insured, promises "white-glove" service, has its own moving vehicle, and shows pictures of professional movers moving properly protected furniture. We were promised 3 movers to move our home about 10 miles or less.

    Two movers showed up the day of the move in a U-Haul. My husband noticed that the movers had what appeared to be an insufficient number of blankets to protect our furniture, so we requested that the movers use our moving blankets. Our blankets were not used until later after we discovered that our furniture was being damaged. At that point we insisted our blankets be used and verified they were. Unfortunately, so much damage had already been done. My baby's crib was cracked, two chairs were broken, a lamp shade was broken, brand new and barely used furniture was dinged and scuffed, furniture that I cannot replace because it is discontinued or purchased out of state was damaged. This is only what I have noticed/discovered after a week.

    In attempt to resolve this matter quickly without a lot of hassle, I agreed that the owner could replace 2 chairs and the crib that were damaged. After week of receiving the run around, the owner tells me he cannot afford to replace our crib for 30 days. The chairs are supposedly being replaced, but I have not received replacements or reimbursement as of yet. After requesting the company's insurance information several times and getting the run around for a week, I began researching the company and learned that according to safersys.org and FMCSA, REAL-TIME DELIVERY & SERVICES LLC USDOT Number: 2105104 is UNINSURED AND UNLICENSED.

    We have engaged our attorney and are looking into filing criminal charges and filing a civil lawsuit.

  6. Excellent movers.

    I had been looking around at several moving companies to move my 1 bedroom apartment an hour away. Real time delivery and services was responsive to my inquiry, honest and their price is just a flat rate of $100/ hour. No hidden fees - which I was running into many extra fees at other companies because my apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Angel who is the boss is friendly and works with you to get what you need. He will call you the night before your move to confirm moving details.

    My actual moving day went so smoothly. I had three excellent workers, Bob Josh and Andrew. They were very prompt. Arrived eve 10 minutes early to our start time. They were quick but careful moving my things. They were responsive when I had fragile boxes and they spread the word to each other to take care of that particular box. Then when we got to my new apartment they speedily unloaded two cars and the truck all the way up to the third floor. They asked me where I would like each box/ piece of furniture that they brought up. They kept saying to me that they were here to make my move as easy as possible. That was really great to have that kind of service and feedback!

    Also- as if this company and these three workers weren't good enough, I had an ikea bed frame that I was trying to put back together- and they didn't hesitate and offered and put my bed back together for me. And also- I thought I wanted a set of drawers in a closet- so they took the time to take the doors of the closet and put it in. Only after it was in the closet did I realize that the drawers wouldn't open. So they said no problem and took it right out and put the doors back on. They were helpful, proactive, careful, hardworking, and I will 100% be using their services again if I need to move.
