Moving Claim.
DO NOT use this company. They moved us in August, 2017 and damaged a piece of furniture. It is now November, 2017 and no reimbursement for repairs. Josh stated the check had been sent. However, we NEVER received the check. I contacted all 3 insurance companies covering Redemption Movers and ALL 3 polices have lapsed and been cancelled. Again, do not call or inquire about their services.

The three men who came moved all our stuff from our storage unit to our new home. They were very careful and protected the floors and the doors. The men were very friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

They were great! Jacob and Tom came right on time and went above and beyond to make sure I got moved in! I even had an oversized couch that they made it their challenge to make sure it got in! I would recommend them to help your move any day!
Moving from Storage to House.
Redemption Movers, Inc. did a great job moving us from our storage unit to our new home. Joseph booked the job and was a pleasure to work with. Jacob, Sam and Garry were responsive and attentive and took good care with all of our items. They got the job done in record time with Jacob at the helm. My move to the country.
My movers were awesome. Marc, Joshua and Eugene were awesome. Careful with my cargo, picked up all of it and moved it to the country and placed it right where I wanted it. The move was longer and larger that any of us anticipated but it went great thanks to three guys who worked very, very hard to please me. I would recommend this team to any one who is moving. Thanks to Redemption Movers Inc. and to Marc, Joshua and Eugene. You were awesome! Thanks.
Top notch movers!
These guys (Mark, Deme, Eugene) finished a ten-hour job before us, and worked really hard and really efficiently until almost 11 o'clock at night. They all had positive attitudes and they are great workers! I would definitely recommend this company to someone who was moving.

These guys did a great job,would not want to be in this company's shoes,I had thought I would have sold are gotten rid of several items that I did not,these guys stayed with me and my family until we were all moved in!!they went far above what I could have asked of any company..reading reviews that seem very unfair as you have to deal with customers and family's like mine(lots of things to move) and we miss represented the items we had,but they moved jobs back to accommodate us!!lets be fair and understanding!!

Redemption movers has moved my family 3 times, and I will never use another moving company. They are always available to move when I need them, their movers are professional, and more than anything they are respectful not only to me but most importantly to our belongings. The movers are careful and work at safe pace. I cannot speak more highly about this company!!

These guys showed up and moved me 3 hours faster than quoted!!redemption sales team took time to contact me 2 times prior to move date to insure the estimate they provided was accurate!!im on a fixed income and these guys made it possible to treat myself and my daughter to a dinner!!I love you redemption!!
Bullies.
We have transferred 7 times. Our corporate office provided us with 7 different moving companies. I feel like I know what to expect from a moving company. Unfortunately, my parents hired Redemption movers to move them. They hired them because they boast that they are a Christian moving company. They said the man was so nice- at first. Then he took advantage of them by doubling their quote. My parents are on a fixed income and cannot afford such mistakes! They had incompetent workers and when we filed a claim for a piece of furniture they broke, they gave us the run-around for months and finally offered a laughable amount for replacement. They have bullied and berated our family for standing up for what is right. I can only tell you that this has put so much stress on my elderly parents, this company should be ashamed of themselves.

I would not recommend Redemption Movers to anyone. My 80 year old mother hired Redemption Movers to move them into an Assisted Living home. Redemption intentionally underbid the move, so that when it came to pay after the move, the cost was more than double the estimate. Redemption hired inexperienced movers. One of their movers dropped a new cabinet and broke it. The mover tried to deny dropping the cabinet, but my brother witnessed the mover dropping the cabinet. We asked Redemption to replace the cabinet, but it took over 4 months for them to acknowledged breaking the cabinet, but then they only offered $24 for damages, even though I provided them with a receipt for the cabinet that cost $185 only 5 months before the move. The staff at Redemption were unresponsive, argumentative and unprofessional. They took advantage of an elderly couple.
Outstanding Job.
I was hesitant to use a moving company after my last experience. This company proved me wrong. Joe and Rubin were 2 of the most professional and efficient guys that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was quoted 4 hours to move my house and they were able to get it done in less time than that. Before they moved any of my items they made sure to wrap everything so that nothing was damaged. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and family owned company, I would recommend then to anyone!! Good Job Redemption!! Keep up the good work!
