  1. Most pathetic/unprofessional/horrible moving company ever.

Most pathetic/unprofessional moving company I ever worked with. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS unless you really do not care about your household stuff at all.
These guys literally harass their customer. Once you made your first payment you are trapped. After that they do not even pick up your call, literally. I called them 100 times but they responded just couple of times.

My overall experience at the time of pickup, delivery and while following up with Region Relocation has been extremely horrible. I felt like getting harassed by Region Relocation in the whole process. When I try to reach Region Relocation over phone, nobody answers or call back despite leaving multiple voice messages.

This essentially is a not a moving company but rather bunch of folks just paid to bring customers and then they simply give your stuff to random folks for delivery. How you can verify this is:
    - The folks who will call/email you will have gmail id and not he region relocation email addresses, because they actually are not employees of region relocation.
    - They won't pick up your call after the first payment, you are just trapped.
    - The Pick and delivery guys will never come on time. I scheduled the pickup in morning and they arrived at 5 pm evening. I had a flight to catch at 8pm and it became a panic situation. I had to call my friends to take care of pickup.
    - The Driver/delivery person name they give is always wrong, some random people will come for pick and delivery.
    - I had lot of stuff missing (or rather stolen) when they delivered it worth $1500 and many other stuff broken and many boxes were nibbled by rodents and they had big holes (see pictures). And you won't believe they said they will pay $100 for that and asked me not to give any bad reviews anywhere if I access $100.
    - If you visit the office address you won't find anyone there ever. I actually went and checked.
    - When the pick up person arrives he will try to say that you have more boxes than booked and will ask for more money if you don't pay he will not take your stuff.

. Nightmare Warning to any consumers "stay away from this dishonest horrible company. Our story is too long. My Elderly Mom was scammed by Kevin Murphy moving consultant 470-305-1482 ext 1005 kevin@regionlo.com
Went on moving site and found a moving company out Florida. Great Rep. I agreed to that company. Then, get unsolicited call from Kevin..told him, I already have a moving company. Heven starts with upsale and telling me, don't trust that company,he knows all about them. Heven starts and tells me, he is from area not far from my Mom. He said, he was Christian and we could trust him. That should've been my first red flag.He said he would honor the other bid and might be cheaper.Kevin asked me to call and cancel and I did. Other man was gracious and refunded us 100%. Nightmare begins. My Mom lives in rural mountain area with no WiFi or cell connection. I had to drive 15 miles up the mountain to use my cell phone. He said, had to click box to authorize deposit of 494.15 otherwise, we couldn't secure our move date. Then he tells me, he needs more money and asked me for verbal authorization of 889.40 on her Discover card. Contract states 7 day notice to receive refund. My Mother was too sick to travel across US to CALIFORNIA. Doctor said she had to cancel her move. I phoned left messages 8 days prior..I call Friday, Saturday, Sunday no 24 hour rep to take an emergency call. Saturday morning wrote email telling Kevin the move was off. Phoned Monday morning 9am lady told me, they would not refund her money! My Mom had seizure while talking to Discover Rep by phone.
No one has ever contacted from the company! OCTOBER 2018. Discover closed case in favor of Region because they didn't honor refund! March 2019 my Mom is being charged 1,500 with growing interest on her card. She is on fixed income. Once, Discover closes case, they said, nothing they can do. Atlanta BBB has 67 horrific negative claims against this company. Filing with D.O.T Georgia State Attorneys office. Take them to small claims court and filing with Atlanta BBB complaint. Called moving association in Virginia. I WILL CONTINUE TO BE CONTACT DOZEN MORE COMPANIES AGAINST REGION RELOCATION. D.O.T# 1911152 ICC MC# 715946 So, many unhappy people and so many complaints. Not creditable company. Claims are all negative and horrible. Also, own Nation Relocation in Atlanta. 3. Beware.

BEWARE! I hired this company to move things across the country. They picked up on Nov 29th with the promise to deliver on Dec 1st. Then I was told the 7th. Many phone calls and emails later, I was told around Dec 12th. Still no stuff. Many more phone calls and emails left unanswered. Finally received our items on Jan 12th. Complaints made to the BBB and BCA. Region then LIED saying 1st that they delivered on Jan 6th, then they delivered within 21 days and also that they explained many things to me. I have phone records, emails and pictures to prove everything I claim..do you REGION? I promise, you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation if you go with another mover.

  4. Region Relocations---Horrific Company.

WOW! What a classic move across the country horror story we had. We started off by calling multiple movers, but Kevin helped us assured that we would be well taken care of and have a great experience; he was very wrong. The issued started weeks before they even touched our belongings and before we knew. We asked Kevin very specifically if they were going to be moving our belonging in a Region Relocations truck and that our belongs would not be brokered out, too many hands touching the products increases the risk for damages/lost items, and Kevin told us that they would not be doing this. We sign the contract and agree to move with them. They give us an original date they were going to arrive, but showed up two after this. The movers they contracted did a fine job and picked up all of our belongings and we were told a time frame of roughly three weeks from the day we gave them our final address, they show up in 10, before we could move in to our apartment so we had to rent a storage unit. The movers lost, easily, over $1000 worth of our belongings. We called every day for weeks without being able to get a hold of anyone. When I finally got in touch with Connie she laughed at the situation that we were in and said it would take multiple more weeks to search their warehouse and then proceeded to tell me I have a mental disability. She insulted me and then hung up the phone and the process of getting not being able to get in contact with anyone started again. After a couple more weeks, I finally get in contact with Connie's manager who told me that Connie didn't treat me that way and that they would look. After an extended period of time once more they emailed and said they lost all of our product and that the brokered carrier had a part of it. They admitted they brokered out our shipment after Kevin had specifically stated that they would not be doing so. They offer us $29 for our claim. We obviously denied this because we had over $1000 worth of belongings that were lost. I used my resources to get the number of the owner of the company and he said that would have a solution to the problem with 24-48 hours. They email the following day offering an additional $20 to us if we would remove our case with the Better Business Bureau and any other website we had written negative reviews about. They tried to pay us to remove our warnings to any further potential client! Needless to say, we denied the money and will continue to write about this AWFUL company.

Region Relocations is a company that will do whatever it takes to earn your business and sign a contract. Once that happens, all service goes out the window, along with all promises they had made. I beg anyone who is thinking about employing this company to think twice. All of the reviews that you see on every platform are true. We had a horrific experience and hope no one has to deal with them.

  5. Do Not Use This Company!

Do not use this company to move. If they are your only option sell your stuff and buy new when you get where your going. Let me first give you some of my own background. I have worked in customer service in some capacity for over 20 years. I have also worked in the trucking business as a dispatcher for 2 years. Therefore, I tend to have empathy with companies that deal with either. However, Regions Relocations leaves a lot to be desired. I express zero empathy towards their company has their company has expressed zero towards me. Because of this company I had a horrible moving experience! They got me to book with the promise that they would take the stress out of moving. Getting the upper hand on a customer and exploiting that is no way to make money. But that is exactly what this company did with me and I am sure with many other customers. I have tried several times to reach out to the owner of this company with no response. I have given at least a week for the owner to respond to each email and phone call that I have made. Below you will find a list that sums up my complaints. However, I have an eight page letter that I have sent to the owner that contains details of my interactions with this company. I have pictures, witnesses and phone logs to backup all of my complaints. My complaints: *The salesperson told me that they used all their own equipment and that my stuff would not go to a storage warehouse. They rented Ryder trucks and had Uhaul dollies. I did not see any equipment that had their company name on it. My stuff was also held in storage for several weeks. *Once my deposit was taken the companies customer service went from great to nonexistent. I paid a lot of money to be treated like garbage during one of the most stressful times of a person's life. *Charged me way more than agreed upon. They left several things behind and charged long carry fees that did not apply. What actually went on the truck was way less than quoted. They also refused to set my stuff up at the delivery location even though it was included in the cost. *Lost one item and damaged several. Oh yeah in order to to get your money from Missing/Damaged Claim you have to agree not to complain about their company to the BBB, FMSCA, online, etc. *The delivery driver stole $50 from my receiver. I have asked the company for the drivers name numerous times and they refuse to give it to me. *Told us to be ready for delivery 3 times and never showed up. Once they were finally there for delivery my receiver, my husband and myself were treated horribly by the driver. He was yelling and cussing at us, demanding more money. *Any complaints that I made along the way were encountered with zero empathy from the employees. I was told to just do what the driver said or I wouldn't get my stuff. It is almost three months later and still no response from anyone in the company concerning my complaints. The company did not reply to the BBB either. It is bad enough that a company would treat a paying customer as they did me, however, it makes it even worse that they will not even try to offer any kind of solution. I hope that those reading this will take my advice and find another moving company or just get rid of your stuff. The stress this company caused was not worth it!
