    Unprofessional.

    The movers themselves were helpful. The company that hired them out was dishonest and rude.  We were quoted one price on the phone, and when that was not the price we were charged during the move, the dispatcher became very rude and unprofessional on the phone.  It was difficult to coordinate the move, and we were charged 3 times the price we were quoted over the phone but because it was not in writing they said they did not have to stand by what the sales representative told us initially. Instead of the $95 an hour we were quoted for our 2 hour move.  We were charged $700 for a 2.5 hour, 7 mile move.  I would recommend finding another company for your move!
