  1. Wonderful!

I had a Two-bedroom apartment that I was moving to another State. The move was good. The two movers were polite, careful, and took their time.

  2. Professional Mover!

Moving can be stressful but moving with Road Runner Moving was as painless as it could be. The movers went the extra mile and took really good care of our stuff. The guys were professional and very nice. They were impressed to the core.

  3. Our experience overall with Road runner Moving was great.

Our experience overall with Road runner Moving was great. They were informative from the beginning, on time and a pleasure to work with the day of our move.

  4. Better than expected.

Better than expected. The price was lower than the estimate. Everything moved and put into place as per specifications. Hard workers and very professional.

  5. Professional Mover!

Best. Movers. Ever. We moved from a three-story house to a two-story house, and we were happy from the first call to their follow-up call the next day after our move. Antonio's crew were so professional, timely, protected all of our furniture well with blankets and plastic wrap, covered our wood floors, communicated VERY well about our wishes, wore masks, and overall were just the best. There was nothing they couldn't or wouldn't do! And the price was phenomenal for the work they did. They did not stop. I could not recommend them enough.

  6. I would highly recommend them.

Road runner Moving were very courteous, efficient and professional. They called me when they were on their way. I used them last year to move me from my house to my apartment and used them again for this move. They were a pleasure. I would highly recommend them.

  7. Road run a thousand miles away from this company

Roadrunner moving company AKA Polaris Moving systems. I do not often write on social media sites however I feel compelled to do so regarding this company and what they have put us through. Do not EVER hire this moving company who are based in California. There are 84 complaints on websites about this company and their modus operandi in which all of them are stating the same thing. They show up, charge double the original estimate and when they deliver, most of your items are damaged or broken and the rest of it never shows up. Unfortunately, we hired Alliance to move our property from Oregon to New Hampshire and it was they who brokered it out to these people. True to form, they showed up on the day that we were meant to be out of the house saying that the original estimate was incorrect, and they wanted double the money. They assured us that our items would be kept in a locked facility. Of course, we did not look at reviews on the day that we had to vacate the house, why would you? We tried to contact them several times once we had settled as we noticed we had been charged for 3400 cubic feet. The two U- Haul vans that they turned up in could only take a maximum of 2700 square feet. We were also charged extra as we were informed they had to use “shuttle vans” to deliver as there was no access for a larger truck which was ridiculous as there is an interstate right up to where we reside. Eleven times in total we asked for the contract and the receipt for the vans. The receipts were never received, and we finally got the contract on the day of delivery. Move forward to the day of delivery. Although it stipulates in the contract you can pay by money order, cash or wire transfer, and although having made a money order out to them, May Evan (office manager) refused to allow the delivery men to offload until a wire transfer was made. Because the bank was closing when I got there to change the payment delivery, the men were instructed to take a hotel room until the wire transfer was received. We were informed, with witnesses present that we would not be charged for this. The following day, we were informed by May that we would have to pay an extra $2200 for the night the men had had to stay. When I informed her that she wasn’t getting another penny from us, she stated that she would accept $1000. Due to this extortion, the Police were called, and she was informed in no uncertain terms that unless all our stuff was unloaded, all the delivery men would be heading to jail. Our items were eventually offloaded but what James and I were witnessing left us in shock. Most of our furniture that was on the van had been damaged, glasses, pictures, boxes had been rifled through, souvenirs from places we have visited, all smashed AND most of our furniture was not even on the trucks that showed up. Move forward to the present day, four months since delivery, over $50,000 worth of our property nowhere to be found. They have refused to answer our voicemails and emails, but reading the reviews, this is part of their M.O. Because the contract stipulates that if we are dissatisfied, we would have to sue them in California, I contacted five different lawyers to sue for breach of contract, neglect, and larceny. None of them returned calls. Maybe they are all related to this company. Moral of this story: I would be grateful if everyone could repost this so that it can be dispersed to the public. I just hope by writing this long spiel, and I apologize for it, we can save someone from going through the traumatic experience that this horrendous company has put us through.

  8. We appreciated their hard work.

We were their second move job of the day and the crew were great. They were on time, joyful, friendly, and worked fast without harmful anything on either end of our move. The estimate that they gave us ahead of time was right as well. We appreciated their hard work.

  9. I will continue recommending this business to others.

I've recently used Road runner for my moving services and I am very happy with the service. The movers on both ends were professional and handled my stuff in a proper manner. My family member is using their service at the moment and I will continue recommending this business to others.

  10. I recommend these movers to all.

These movers also provided the lowest price quote of a few I received. They showed that you can get great value and great service. The movers arrived on time. They packed everything with us. They even helped us in moving other things. I recommend these movers to all.

  11. They were very efficient and friendly.

They were very efficient and friendly. They provided a quote upfront and were very fair about their pricing throughout the process. We would definitely use them again as they made what could be a bitter move, very sweet!

  12. This team was great!

This team was great! My friend and I drove across country and chose this company after reading the reviews on here. Back and forth communication was seamless and the team were on time and were very efficient and professional throughout the complete process. We highly recommend using this company! Thank you.

  13. COMPLETE TRASH - SCAM ALERT

TLDR: This company is completely trash. DO NOT USE THEM! Keywords: Late shipment, Not picking up calls, No status reported, OVERCHARGING and using my packages as HOSTAGE

Here are the things I experienced:

    1. I moved from coast to coast, and they said it would take 9 days because this is the route they specialized in. Well, it took them exactly TWO MONTHS to deliver my stuff.

    2. During the two months, I kept calling them. Only less than 5% of my calls actually get picked up. I never called outside of the 9am - 5pm timeframe.

    3. I left voicemails and messages on their website. No one ever returned them.

    4. When my calls did get through, the company COULD NOT tell me where my packages were. They tracked the status on an excel sheet. All they could tell me was 'it's in transit', whatever that meant. They could NOT tell me an estimated delivery date.

    5. When they finally came to my apartment to deliver, they charged me $350 more than the price on our signed contract. I asked to speak to a manager, and the movers refused and simply said, "We will drive away with your stuff if you don't pay this amount". I told them holding items as hostage is illegal but they didn't care.

  14. WORST EVER!

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Please, look at review dates! 2021 is ALL NEGATIVE!! THEY HAVE 2 YELPS! DO N OU T BE FOOLED! DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!

This company was contracted by a broker so we had no idea what we were in for! They showed up at the house and said they couldn't move us for the broker fee! They doubled the cost $20,000!!! Broker bowed out!! What were we to do? House was sold and we had to move!

We moved across country during "slow season" and it took this company 15 WEEKS to get us 95% of our belongings. The other 5%? Gone forever!! Ladders, art work, wardrobe box and much more, gone!

The lies were never ending! "Your items have been loaded." Then 2 weeks later, "I dont have a trucker for that load." 4 times we heard this!!!

3 out of 4 bookcases were literally torn apart! An antique rocker has no rockers, most boxes looked like they had been "ROLLED" across pavement! So much broken and damaged! Items wrapped in blankets at the departure were without blankets upon arrival dirty and broken!!

I've never been more disgusted in a business before!! I've moved 11 times in 30 years and this is undoubtably the worst!

DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

  15. Please don't go with this bogus brokerage company!

    Hi All,

We had to move our household items from San Jose, CA to Austin towards the end of Jan, 2021. Initial estimate was 1 week to deliver our goods but it was delivered after 6 weeks.

-> Firstly, this is a brokerage company

-> Polaris and roadrunner are the same. they have 2 names jus tot dilute the negative complaints.

-> They quote really less and then once you sign the agreement they find ways to take money from your pocket. On the day of delivery, they quoted additional 350$ saying the trunk can't fit in my community which is a funny statement since my apartment roads are huge and I see many truck coming in all the time. I told the same and they asked me to get a U-haul and collect form their warehouse. No matter what you say, they will make you pay additional 400$

-> Very rude behaviour from Alena and Chris. They don't give an ETA and they say it is company policy to not give an ETA which is the most funniest statement that I've heard in my entire life.

-> Please don't please in this company. You will regret big time. Me and my wife had to stay without household goods for 6 weeks. Can't even imagine this scenario with kids and parents.

    BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!
