  1. Scammed!

This company is now out of business but we hired them to move our belongings from Colorado to New Zealand. They failed to insure us (which we paid for) and failed to pay the freight company (which we also paid for). We now have to pay them again.

If you have been scammed by these guys like us, file a claim with the Denver Attorney General. While we may not get our money back, maybe these scumbags will go to jail!

  2. International Move.

This company subcontracted us to receive and deliver a shipment for their client. We asked them to pay upfront and they asked if they could have 30 days credit, we provided said credit and they still have not paid us 10 months later. Do not do business with this company they are bad business.
Go with any other company if possible.

  3. They do not pay their bills!!

They subcontracted a shipment to us and they have still not paid us for shipping the load 5 months later. They bungled things badly for the customer too causing major problems at customs. They keep making promises they do not keep. Stay away!!

  4. Missing househod goods and furniture.

Rocky Mountain Overseas INC. located in Aurora Colorado
packed our household goods and furniture for a move to Panama, 460 items and furniture were inventoried for door to door shipping in a 40' high cube container, amount charged $15,630. They put our items into their storage facility until shipment was made possible from November 2014 to January 2016.
We paid $480.00 per month to store our items for 1 year so the total amount charged for packing, storage and shipping came to $21,390.
Once shipping to Panama was made possible RMO informed us that prices had increased and they would need another $4226.00 to ship our goods not to include a $500.00 Insurance Policy for $20,000.00 coverage for shipping and $400 in other fees, so that brought our total to $26,536.00. When the container arrived we unlocked the container and the container was only 2/3 full and we were missing 1/3rd of our packed items from our home which amounted to 128 missing boxes and furniture. When we were unloading the container we found 46 labels with another clients name on our packed boxes and that person was shipping to England, so we can only assume that the missing items had the wrong labels. We notified RMO of this tragic situation. Needless to say they are denying the problem saying they packed all items inventoried into our container, to this date there has been no effort made to locate our missing goods by RMO INC. Pictures provided by RMO of supposedly full 40 high container shows 13 1/2 feet of the container was left empty.
Picture taken when the container arrived at our home is exactly the same as RMO provided when shipped.
We are currently missing personal items to include computer and personal files containing security information , nearly all personal clothing, and items of furniture and tools.
We obtained a current estimate for door to door shipping from another shipping company for $15,700.00. Total amount does not seem to have gone up for the past year and a half. We see no good reason for the extra charge of $4226.00 by RMO.
This Shipper did not secure our goods while in their storage facility, our goods were obviously shipped to someone else during storage. Our goods never made it into the container, which poses a problem claiming shipping insurance coverage.
Needless to say we are devastated by this tragedy of events.
It will cost us in the thousands $$ to replace the missing goods, not to include the personal security at risk problem that has been placed upon us due to this tragic mistake in shipping.
We strongly recommend you do not us
Rocky Mountain Overseas INC. if you value your precious belongings, as they do not, even though one pays a premium
    to have them do so.
    Regretfully yours,
    Dannie Barnhardt.
