Long distance move from Ottawa to London Ontario
Unprofessional company. Late 2 hours without warning and no respect for the customer - hang up when trying to clarify issues. For 11 boxes and a folding chair and table and a keyboard I payed 1200$. Took advantage of me not reading a fine print about their service after my things were packed. You have to pay upfront and only then they deliver. You don't know in what condition your package will come, but you have to pay what they say. I would not recommend this company.

Right on time and super-efficient with an easy-going tune. We had a lot of things to move, and I thought it was going to take a whole day. But the crew was speedy while being very careful with our stuff. Extra point, very friendly too! Always had a smile on and was good with small kids. Beyond expectation, I highly recommend and will work with them if we move again.

Fantastic service! The three gentlemen from Safe Bound Moving came in and helped us finish packing, boxing, and taping up things. They made sure everything was protected not only from the move but the misty rain that was starting to come down. Price-wise, they were very budget-friendly to other quotes I was receiving. Overall, a great experience and would use it again or recommend it to anyone.

On moving day, the moving guys came up right on time. There were 3 of them, and they were very courteous and moved incredibly fast. There is a 3-hour minimum, and they actually moved our Two-bedroom unit in 2 hours! My friend thought it was totally worth the small cost of movers to help us as we moved from a 4th floor apt to a 3rd floor apt. Even the movers were winded. Overall, they were fast, efficient, and straightforward.

Manuel and his team were simply amazing. On moving day, his team of 3 movers was very professional. They were able to help load up my belongings quickly and efficiently. All of my furniture was delivered without any damage and placed where I needed it. I HIGHLY recommend Safe Bound Moving to anyone that needs to move.

We had a great moving experience with Safe Bound Moving. All three of the crew that came were super friendly, courteous, fast, and careful. They really worked well together to move our furniture. Most importantly, they had safety in mind while they did it. They were also cautious with our items, shrink-wrapping them to protect them using caution when moving them. We would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you, and we will be calling them again if/when we move again.

Awesome! They safely transported all my stuff safely and adequately. They work effectively and efficiently. They care for my things as if it was their own. They know how to load and unload without any damage. I have never seen a moving truck pack so well. If Royce is on the job, you have no worries he understands the process and the stress of moving.

All did Well!
Initially, there was confusion regarding my booking. But they handled it pretty well. Movers showed up in masks and took care of COVID Guidelines. They did a pretty good job. The cost was reasonable, and they provided me with the best quote. I highly recommend Safe Bound Moving.

This company is nothing but a scam and it starts as soon as your furniture is on the truck and they shut the doors, check out the facebook page called scam moving companies and you will see many horror stories, this is not a company you want to do business with the invoice came in 3 x higher than the quote and they would not produce the weight ticket they said they had, then they hold your furniture as ransom and there is nothing you can do about it because the courts are so backed up right now it would take you at least a year before your case would even be looked at. When I filed a claim for damage I got an automatic message saying someone would contact me within 24 hours and that never happened. The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to put something in there it should be zero

This review is long overdue. I have worked with Safe Bound Moving three times, moving to a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment. I don't have any suggestions for improvement with this crew. They are friendly and work hard, which helps lower the stress of moving day. I hope I don't have to move again soon, but I will call them again without hesitation if I do.

On the move day, they arrived right on time and parked where we were allowed to have the moving truck. It was such a relief to have a moving day go smoothly -- even though it rained all day. It took a little longer than expected, we were always kept aware of what was going on, and the movers asked questions when they weren't sure what needed to go where in the new place. I didn't have time to pack up the garage, but they took almost everything and put our stuff in boxes when extras were lying around. All in all, I hope not to move again for a long time, but I know that I will call up Berry when the next time comes.

I wish I could be different and complain about something with these guys. They were the best moving experience I have ever had. Friendly. Respectful. Careful. Super-efficient. And FAST. I was damn skeptical, but man - they deserve the five stars and more. It's rare to find people in ANY profession that handle themselves like this. But these guys are stars.
