Can’t get refund.
They told me I couldn’t get a refund for a year and now they are out of business. Any one able to get their money back from these crooks?
AWFUL - avoid at all costs.
One star is even too much. This is hands down the worst moving company I have ever worked with in my life. I have moved at least 7 times in the past 10 years and I have never been treated so poorly. They were terrible at communication, most of the time I had no idea what was going on with my move, regardless of how many times I reached out. Upon arrival - which was delayed without any notification, my belongings were beyond damaged. The movers were irresponsible and did not want to do the job and treated my belongings as if they were taking out the trash. My nice furniture was destroyed. I then had the miserable experience of working with the claims department, which the "underwriters" worked for months (4 to be exact) to disprove the damage, although it was done in plain sight, and they refused many of my claims. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I have sent an email to my company to ensure they never partner with them again. Their interactions with me along the way, were atrocious and they treated me as if I was the problem. Never once was I apologized for in regards to what I experienced. Matt Fisher was awful, rude and completely disrespectful. I never take the time to write reviews but I never want anyone to experience what I experienced.

If you are moving do not call Sentry Van Lines in Billings Montana. We had a binding contract (their wording, not mine) to move us from Texas to South Dakota. We paid them $927.00 down. And for that money they brokered our move to a moving company in Texas with an F rating. We were over 3 months without our furniture and belongings. When I reached out to them they blocked my number. I sent them a letter to the address on the billing invoice and it was returned undeliverable. I would give these people a double F rating.

These guys added a $1000 more to my cost of moving from Boston to North Carolina. And when I called to report, Staci was so rude to me. She asked me to take pics of the cubic ft my inventory occupied which I did. She has not gotten back to me, no calls. And when I called back I was told she was not available. Flee from this company.
Horrendous..crooks..stole Our Deposit.
We gave them a $1,300.00 deposit in May for a December move 2019. They told us, its in contract, we could cancel and get a full refund if we notified them a minimum of 72 hours before move, due to personal issues, we canceled in OCTOBER. More than enough time stated in contract. Called 6 times, spoke to 6 people said they would refund, never did. Constant LIES..HORRIBLE people. Now we have to go through a dispute..DON'T call them. You will be conned.

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF EVERY ASPECT OF WHAT THEY DO. CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS!
(at least most crooks have a shred of shame, but Sentry has none..and they right it into the fine print that you can only sue them in Montana).

These guys are crooks! The move was so bad they were going to reimburse me $3,000 and they still have not paid up 8 months later!
Scam do Not Use. They Are Lying Pos.
Do not use this moving company! I can't stress enough. Their quotes are way underestimated the true cost. When they show up you will wind up being liable for four times the "binding quote". Then who knows when, or if, you will ever see your items again. If you're lucky you will, but they will hold it for ransom until you pay the huge bill way over the initial quote. You get what you pay for. Use United van lines. For one, it will cost you less, and you will know where your stuff is and receive it much sooner. I repeat use Sentry at your own peril. Call up United and sleep well knowing your good are safe and in ethical hands.

I recently moved from FL to TN, it was a last minute move for my business, and this company helped me out so much, am not one to write reviews but I have to admit they made my life easier, Thank you Frank for your honesty. And thank you to the movers who took care of all my things. I got delivery 7 days after they picked me up like promised, and price only went up because I decided to pack some pictures, truly amazed to see there are still honest people in this world.

This company was great, I am very pleased with their work, I moved from FL to NY, I had a lot of glass items, and they did a great job wrapping them. The price was what they quoted me.. I did NOT pay more than the estimated binding contract I signed, thank you Shoha my statue made it safe :) - I must say I was impressed with the way I kept getting messages with updates. Thank you Sentry Van Lines, I will definitely spread the word about how great you guys are.

Simply incredible .. the guys were so professional and extremely nice! They took care or everything from wrapping to making sure my stuff fit in a small storage space! They beat ANY price I got..will hundred percent use them on my next move.. thanks guys.

I hired this company to do my relocation from New York to Michigan, from start to finish I have to say that they were truly an amazing company. My Representative that I spoke with was very thorough and organized I felt comfortable. on the day of the move when the movers arrived I was impressed on how efficiently they were able to handle my belongings. All of my items arrived at my destination and nothing was broken! Great Job!

I was not looking forward to moving out of my studio and figuring out how to get all of my stuff down to Florida.. But Sentry made it extremely easy for me! Setting it all up was user-friendly, their communication was great, and they took great care of my haul. I was really impressed at how seamless the process was, experiences I’ve had in the past with other companies were a nightmare in comparison. A big thank you to all, and especially to the crew who helped me with pickup! Highly recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable, quality moving assistance.

The guys were very friendly and worked fast! They wrapped everything up to make sure there was no damage. They even wrapped up somethings that we already in the storage unit we moved too. It was our first time using a mover and it was well worth it! Definitely will use Sentry Van Lines again!

I move a lot for my company that I work for. Ive used so many moving companies in my experience. By far this company is the best that I have ever used! The professionalism was on point! They arrived on time and delivered on time with nothing damaged. The customer service department was always there when I called. I recommend this company to all my friends family and anyone looking for a low stress move, cause no move is stress free.
