Great service
I moved back to India and I choose SFL to ship my packages. In the month of September, I had 25 packages that contains furniture, TV, and all the household goods. SFL has been very helpful they told the shipment can be shipped as LCL which they send their movers to pickup the packages and they did pickup on time. The day the packages need to be pickup the same night I had a flight and I was worried if the movers would show up or not. The SFL operation team are very quick and responsive, they have been checking with the movers back and forth till they came to pickup and it was completed as scheduled. I am very happy since they really did as i wanted them to do the job. The shipment was delivered promptly. At the destination, the India team has been very helpful too as the shipment was cleared and they called to verify the details which i request them to keep the packages with them for a few weeks as i was out of town and they kept the packages without any storage charges. All they said is they will keep all the packages at their Mumbai warehouse which there is no charges and i can contact them the day i will be available at the location and they will schedule the delivery for the next business days which they did as they promised. I am really happy with their service, they have been very helpful and i would definitely ship with them again and i would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Never used this company
I could give negative stars I would do -10 .This is a very unprofessional company, You will get zero response and the worst is their customer service and after sales service.Your package will be lost and they won't be able to trace it for 6 months.I did this mistake by shipping my package with this company please who is reading this don't use this company for any shipping needs.
Shipping document to india with sfl
I have been using sfl worldwide to ship documents to India from my year or so. I have shipped around 4-5 documents shipment with sfl they used FedEx services to ship my documents. price you pay with sfl to ship document is 1/3 of what you pay directly to FedEx. Easy process and great deal all year long. I am sfl customer when any shipping needs arrives.
Move done on schedule
Pleasant moving experience with sfl movers. move took 2 hours to move single bedroom apartment 5 miles away. honest and hardworking guys.
On time, pleasant & curious moving service
SFL shipping and moving is fantastic in paying attention to details and perform speedy service for our long distance move. They provided upfront an honest pricing which was very competitive in market. The company was the perfect fit for my requirement where they send right size of truck and 3 crew to implement the move. I had most of my boxes packed and they blanket wrapped all my furniture. Last minute I was not able to find my TV box and one of the crew members ran to their warehouse to pick up TV box for the move. They office provided additional support and answers to my questions whenever needed. I will be sure and excited to share my experience with my friends and family for interstate moves.

Originally, I have moved with different moving company but due to poor communication and last-minute cancellation they had left me stranded. I was looking for any moving company who can take my goods to India on set day as I had to leave for India next day. SFL came to rescue and luckily, they where able to fit me in their schedule.
I had 12 boxes and 1 Tv to shipped and SFL arranged next day pickup via FedEx. FedEx arrived around noon and picked up all my boxes. SFL worldwide keep me posted with my shipemnt movement and provided me estimated time around 3 months for delivery. After reaching India I contact their office in Ahmedabad and they kept me updated on container arrival and delivery schedule. I got my shipment close to 4 months from shipment which as no big deal as they told up front it will take around 3-4 months. They moved everything without a ding, scratch, or breakage... especially our big flat screen TVs. I am surely recommending them for anyone moving oversea.

Good bargain deals with SFL
I ship regularly for my online store via FedEx and UPS and found about SFL from one of my vendors and to my surprise their pricing with FedEx was much cheaper than what I way paying them directly. Basically, by shipping with SFL you get wholesale and volume pricing by brand name carrier like FedEx and UPS. They don’t offer USPS pricing but their FedEx ground pricing are very competitive to USPS Priority services. Thanks, I found my new one stop shipping partner.
Pathetic customer care and unprofessional
Is there a zero star? I shipped 40 boxes to India from USA. They took more than 5 months to deliver. 3 boxes were missing and got 1 box of someone else. It is been more than two weeks since the delivery and they are not even picking up the wrongly delivered boxes. Their customer care is useless. In India, only one person is available to talk. he is rude and not fit for customer care. To trace the missing box, you need to reach out to Claims team which is available over Email only and work only on Texas time zone. so whatever you ask in Email (or) how many times you try to send Email, they will reply only at their leisure. They are bossy and treat you as if you are begging something from them. I would never ever suggest anyone to go with them. oh yeah, I forgot...I also got some of my items damaged which I am not concerned right now and focused on getting my 3 boxes
SCAM COMPANY
This company is borderline fraudulent. Do not engage unless you want to be at risk.
They will charge you and then suspend your package then force you to pay more to release it. Do NOT ENGAGE.
Excellent service
I have used their service to ship few boxes from USA to India. The packages arrived after 140days and all items were in decent condition. I will definitely recommend Mamta from SFL world.
Absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs
I had an international move from Bangalore to Houston and my India company partnered with them for the US customs and delivery. Everything was paid 100% upfront and when time came to deliver they started using pressure tactics to ask for more. After paying 100$ more than the original amount, the delivered but are now asking for 300$ to fully finish the work already agreed upon in the written and signed agreement.
Avoid using them at all. I am still waiting for a refund of 300$ for not finishing the assembly of furniture.
