Never Use This Company!
Horrid service: missed pickup and delivery date windows; pickup company arrived without pads; prices got jacked up along the way; phone calls went either unanswered or gave wrong info; walls got dinged; furniture got broken; once FINALLY delivered, no emails or calls back about all of the problems, so cannot file the insurance claim for broken furniture and other costs; BBB claim filed, but company wouldn't respond. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. GROUP!!
Bad Experience.
One of the most worst worst worst worst experience ever had with Silver Van Lines. The driver(Alex) who came to deliver the stuff, he just dropped all the luggage at parking lot and he just left and when I see most of the stuff got damaged. He was suppose to unwrap the things and needs to assemble all the furniture as per the contract. They spoke nicely before we make a decision, once we signed even they do not bother to answer calls.I complained to the Silver Van lines and they said they are going to call in 1 hour to resolve the issue, am just waiting for the solution. Don't ever choose this moving company and do not trust them, one of the worst experience with them. You can check on attached pictures.
