  1. Horrible company.

    Not only did they steal several of my items, the company attempted to raise the price before they would deliver my items. The company was extremely rude and threatened me. I notified federal and state officials concerning their dishonesty and deceit. It was a horrible company that no one should work with.

  2. Dishonest.

    The office people were not honest and very disrespectful after they got our deposit. They could not provide an accurate pick-up time or delivery time. The loaders arrived in the evening. They loaded after it was dark. They lied about how much they loaded. They over charged us by saying we were shipping over 300 cubic feet than what was actually shipped. They over charged us $1350 and told us that there was nothing we could do about it.

  3. Horrible moving company, HORRIBLE!

    Promised a date for pickup, driver one day late. Bullied into signing "new" price invoice, my items were already half loaded. Delivery date almost 3 weeks after guaranteed delivery date, no one knew where my stuff was for those weeks, upon delivery, driver wouldn't deliver without me paying a overcharged amt, held my stuff hostage until I paid, over $2000 more than quoted. There are several missing items that I noticed (ladder, designer rug, sewing machine and several boxes) And this is without a full inventory. Over half of my boxes and totes are severely damaged, contents damaged. I have tried several times to contact them through several phone numbers to no avail.

    I called this company to schedule my move from kansas to Texas during 1st week of Sept. Sales rep by name -Vernon spoke with me very decently and appeared by his voice to be very helpful and respectful. I paid the deposit on 9/6/2016 of the amount $1100 for my move that is scheduled for Sept 30th. Later after a week I enquired if I can get earlier date. Vernon said he will find out and call me back. The last I spoke with him was 9/21 to enquire about when and what date the movers will come. That guy told me their dispatch team will call on 9/23 to go over the inventory and the moving plan. No one called me on 9/23, so I tried calling this company from 9/26 onwards till today, I made several calls since then and the phone goes directly to voice message. I sense something wrong and faxed them cancellation letter. I sent several emails but no response.

    I have been ditched on $1100 of my deposit and have to end up searching another company and have to pay again deposit to them.

    With this experience, I lost trust in moving companies and now I get concerned what this company that I booked again will do to me.

    Never trust this company.

  5. Low estimate, failed to deliver ontime.

    My estimate was for $8283. When the movers arrived, they indicated I had much more volume and the price rose to $9828. I had in an email dated May 11, 2016 that "All interstate moves are required to be delivered within 21 business days of the first available delivery date provided by the customer." They did not deliver within this window. I was very disappointed that it took so long (delivered 9/11/2016 when my first available date was 8/6/2016).

    They did a very good job packing. Only two pieces of furniture were broken. The TV, dishes, china and art were intact.

  6. Avoid At All Cost - Attempted to Overcharge.

    I made the mistake of using this company for a long distance move from MO to AZ and they attempted to drastically overcharge me. Based on an increase in inventory on the day of my move, they increased my quote from $1879, to $6,000. I had competing quotes so I knew it should've been around $3,000. When I pointed this out, they first amended their quote to $5,000 and then to $4,200 which was still excessive and I was forced to cancel. I've been attempting to recover my $684 deposit for 4 months, but they have offered me a measly $62 in compensation. In an effort to support my belief that I was being overcharged, a few weeks later I went to their website to obtained a quote moving the same items between the same 2 zip codes. Low and behold, that quote was for $3,022, the amount I felt I should've been charged initially. Why should quotes for moving the same items, between the same locations, providing the same service, during same time of year be so different? Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

  7. Horrible Experience.

    NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I used this company for relocation from Oklahoma City to Chicago. When talking to the salesperson, he promised it would get there July 1st, telling me July 14th at the latest in the moving window, but definitely would be there July 1st. The movers came June 27th and took our things and from that point it was a disaster. I was not given an exact time and begin calling customer service and dispatch. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and passed me along to looking online. Online said that it had not even been loaded. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET OUR THINGS. My roommate would talk to the company everyday and they would put her on hold for hours, hang up on her, or be extremely rude and unhelpful. Once we got our things, many of the boxes had water damage and had water inside the objects in the box. This was not at all the experience promised. Save your self the pain and hardships and go with another company.
