Dishonest.
I contracted my move with The Moving Experts but Elite Moving & Storage showed up to pick up my belongings. Even though I was told by their sales rep, Mary, that the Moving Experts hire their own drivers and movers-this is not true or at least they call themselves by a different company name. After using them, it's probably so you when you do a background check, your not getting information the company that they are actually sending to pick up your belongings. After it was over and I tried to file for the lost property, my insurance company found bad reports on these guys on ripoff.com, but I had no idea since I thought I was getting The Moving Experts. I thought I was getting a big Semi heading straight to Arizona with my property but instead I got a box truck from a different company. Then they took it and unloaded it God knows where until they had enough stuff to fill a Semi. Which means your belongings get tossed around multiple times and stored wherever for the next week or two. Then when it was delivered the driver refused to go through and check off the inventory as it was unloaded-it will take too much time he said. So after unpacking all the boxes, it just so happens that the boxes containing all my DVD's, CD's and VHS tapes are missing. Gee I wonder why those boxes just happened to disappear? Lesson learned-never write what's in the boxes. Number your boxes and keep a list so you'll know but the movers don't! Because they rolled my furniture from end to end, all my wooden furniture has dents and dings. They especially did a number on my antique bedroom furniture. Even though it was documented on the inventory list, they are now refusing to pay for what it cost me to have it fixed. They bent the front forks and brake assembly on my 1977 vintage Schwinn bicycle, but claim they can't see any damage on the pictures I took, so their not going to pay for the repairs on that either. Doesn't matter, the bike shop told me it would never be the same anyway. So go with the big name boys-Mayflower, American Van Lines, you'll pay more, but then you get what you pay for!

I want to share my experience with The Moving Experts Inc and Elite Moving Company. If you are looking for a moving company, you may want to read this.
We decided to use the Moving Experts for our move from San Francisco, CA to Seattle, WA, and I have regretted it ever since.
We were told that they would pick up our things in a 3 day window - which they did. The driver told my wife that we would get a call in a couple of days to let us know when our thing would be delivered. We were told that the movers had 14 business days to deliver our thing but "it never takes that long unless there is bad weather or something." While we didn't want to wait 3 weeks, we decided as a worse-case scenario, we could live with it.
With only a few days left in the 14 business day delivery window, I started to get concerned and called The Moving Experts Inc who told me my delivery had yet to be scheduled and that my belongings were still in their warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. Apparently, they were waiting to have a full truckload of stuff heading to Seattle before they scheduled my delivery.
When I inquired about the 14 business day delivery window we had been promised, they said they actually had 30 business days to deliver our things if we would just read the small print on our contract..a contract that had us sign when they picked up our things that was different than the original one we signed when we committed to using them.
It finally took over 20 business days - almost an entire month to move our things from San Francisco to Seattle - the reward for our patience? A broken entertainment center that is now unusable.
If you are searching for a moving company that is good, then I wish you luck and suggest you look elsewhere. The Moving Experts Inc and Elite Moving Company are not good. They are not honest. They are not dependable, and they are not worth your money. Look elsewhere - I hope you are able to avoid the trouble and stress that my wife and I had to endure in this company.

I just received my belongings in my new home and I am delighted with the way that my possessions were treated and the professionalism of the crew that picked up the items and the 2nd crew that delivered. More then that.

I want to thank the moving experts for their service on this move. The movers that came were awesome!! On the delivery was not even one scratch on my furniture and all went well. Everyone was friendly including the office employees. I am happy with the outcome of this move.
