Moved law firm, desks, computers, work stations with no issues.
The Professional Moving Specialists moved our 6,000 square foot law firm into new space that was divided between two floors without a hitch. These guys worked from 8:30 a.m. until almost 9 p.m. without a lunch, dinner or even a coffee break. I bought coffee and donuts for the movers but they didn't even stop to enjoy it!
Our move was complicated with a lot of desks, computers and work stations that had to be reassembled in a totally different configuration in the new spaces. They worked with our space planner and got everything done with no issues. They even gave us a credit on the bill because they didn't need the fourth truck they had brought.
We were concerned about this being a commercial move as opposed to a home, but these guys were more than up to the task. I strongly recommend them.
Moved up and out.
Moved up to another condo, same building.Moving team was prompt,even a little early. Each very patient, obviously knowledgeable in the business, offered sound advice.Then delivered piano+ to another location as intended. Absolutely no problems. Within estimated cost & timeline. Thanks, guy!❤.
Painless and fast!
Ervin and his crew were amazing! They were diligent and fast, and odd items like a disassembled kiln, large drill press and tablesaw were moved quickly and professionally. I give them my highest recommendation. They asked questions, listened to answers and responded to all of my concerns. They pointed out damaged items before the move and hand wrapped them with care. They kept the parts of marble tables together and shrink wrapped items together to keep them from sliding around in the truck. All in all - they went above and beyond!

I had such a horrible move 13 years ago and when it came to move again today I was very nervous and worried…My friend suggested this company..The professionals moving specialist… her mother used them a couple of months ago… I have to say Victor and his crew Martin, Catalino and Rafael were four of the most professional nicest guys ever… They work quickly and very diligent about keeping everything safe and in great condition… They were very helpful with suggestions. The move was smooth and easy and there was no need for concern… I hope I don’t have to move a lot but if I do this is the company I’m going to go with and I the one I’m going to recommend … Thanks again guys.. moving is not fun and you made it so less stressful. No stress really..
Stole my laptop and ipad.
The moving crew stole a bag from my home office which had a laptop and an ipad. More important than that it had very important documents regarding my visa. I called them and I was told they can compensate me at the rate of 30 cents per pound. What a joke. Never use them again!!
Great movers!
We used this company in Dec 2015. Our movers were professional, on time, efficient and flexible. Unfortunately we ran into an elevator issue however it did not phase them. They wrapped our furniture and took our items to storage. We have had poor experiences in the past but not this time. These movers were excellent. We plan to use them again when we move things out storage.
The Best Movers In Chicago Illinois!!
My wife and I used The Professionals in November 2012 and in April 2013, so this review is long over due. Better late then never! :) These guys were AMAZING!! We were quoted 4 hours, actual move took a little less then 3 hours, SCORE!! We had a 3 man crew, and they weren't big guys either, all under 5'5" tall, but these guys lifted and carried like you wouldn't believe. WOW, we were very impressed with them! The way Omar carried our very large and very heavy dresser on his back, I was like OMG, he's like SUPERMAN!! Lolllll. EXTRAS!!FREE!! Wardrobe boxes for all our clothes on hangers---SAAWEEET!!And we used there Recyclable GREEN BOXES which they delivered and picked up for FREE!! These boxes were a great idea and I'm glad we used them over the traditional cardboard, because we always end up feeling so bad for throwing them out. What a waste. GET THE GREEN BOXES, YOU"LL LOVE THEM!! WE DID!! We will definitely use The Professionals for our upcoming move in the near future. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful moving experience!
Moving sucks less.
Moving sucks. But.. it sucks a whole lot less when you're using Professionals!
I think I lucked out here as I only chose these guys cause they have cool trucks and I just remember their name.
Everyone, from the people who answer the phone to the guys who showed up and moved my things were 100% professional and prompt in all aspects. You should DEFINITELY use these guys. .
Would Use Again.
I had to move my two bedroom appartment to a new appartment complex and found these guys on the Internet. I was impressed how easy it was to get a quote and once I gave my info online, they called me and asked what I would be moving.
Anyhow, I scheduled a move two days later and they showed up on time, ready to go. It took a little longer than they estimated but, they did not charge me anything more.
They packed everything up and delivered it on time as promised. They did not overcharge me for packing or anything and the boxes were much cheaper than I found anywhere else.
When I move again, I will use these guys for sure.
