  1. Awful Experience and robbery

    This company overcharged me for sq.ft. On the truck. Upon delivery many my things were missing or broken. I put in a claim ONE YEAR AGO and nothing! Like I haven’t heard from a single person! When you can, the automatic recording continues to repeat the same thing no matter what you press. They charged me thousands and basically stole and destroyed valuable things.

  2. Do not Recommend.

    They need more experienced drivers. The driver that came to deliver claimed the truck would not fit in my complex. However, the week prior, I had furniture delivered by a company that had the SAME size delivery truck. NO issues. We went back & forth with the driver just for him to finally come into the complex the initial way I suggested to him since he claimed he could not get into the complex throughthefrontentrance. Thank GOD the driver hired someone from Craigslist to help him carry my stuff into my apartment. In the end I had the man from Craigslist just carry my stuff into my apartment. I saved hundreds of dollars by not having the driver carry my stuff into my apartment.

  3. Horrible experience.

    1. Underestimated the cubic footage! I held several big items back and it still ended up paying way more!!

    2. Never on time! The delivery window means absolutely nothing.

    3. When seeking help - can't get hold of anyone! When finally get someone on the phone - they fail to follow up, time and times again!

    4. Delivered one week after the promised date! The truck driver blames the main office, the main office blames the truck driver!

    5. They picked up my furniture in one truck, to my regret brought it back in a totally different one!!

    6. Never gave me a list of the items they picked up!

    7. They dropped everything in my garage and drove off! Did NOT take things where they are supposed to be! They didn't even unwrap some items!

    8. After they left, I realized I was missing an item! Called the office - they asked me if I had the list, but I was never given that list! They are still looking for it!

    9. The customer service is horrific! They are treating you like they are doing you a favor and I still owe them, even after I PAID EVERYTHING UPFRONT!

    10. I moved into a new home, so when they brought the furniture, I asked if they had a face mask and shoe coverings. They asked me if I had those items for them to wear. I said no. Then they said if I didn't like it, they could just get in the truck and drive back!!

    11. While unloading 4 boxes out of the truck, they dropped all of them. The guys looked at us, smirked, and didn't even apologize!

    12. My garage fridge came scratched and dinged, my corner writing desk's corners are gone, and the desk's hutch is completely ruined! When I asked them what happened - they simply said to call the office and fill out a form!

    13. I called customer service numerous times! They told me they would send a local crew to put my items in place - never heard from them again! I totally have a feeling I got scammed. All the way! From the very first sales call, to my very recent and ongoing communication with the customer service.

    Horrific experience! Customer service only exists during the initial sales calls. Once they get that initial deposit - it's a totally different world, where you are treated with nothing but straight disrespect! They do get you on the hook, then fail to deliver every step of the way.

  4. Happy.

    Transworld Van lines may be the most decorated interstate moving company on the entire Internet. This company has been around for decades and has a reputation of doing Work that other companies simply can’t. The salesman was so friendly we had a lot of fun working with them but most importantly they took a lot of time to make sure our estimate was precise. Putting together and moving ass to make a very tedious but it is more than mandatory. We would only be responsible for the amount of space that we used on the truck so we gave her self a little buffer zone in case some extra items took up some space that we didn’t count for it. Once the furniture was thrown it onto the trailer and they determine the actual amount we ended up paying less than our original estimate. It was a pleasant surprise during a very stressful time. Our screens was terrific as well as many others before us and if I can give anyone one piece of information that would be just call and see for yourself.

  5. Fantastic.

    Transworld Van lines saves our sanity. We have 5 children and that’s enough to pull your hair out while you are trying to organize a move for work. My job is relocating due to the covid-19 pandemic. This was a total shock but we need to live so we just agreed. Now, I called numerous companies and they all had the same slogan and we didn’t feel comfortable with anyone we had spoke to. Finally after a long time of searching we found Transworld Van lines. They were honest to the point and affordable. Because of the virus we were obviously worried about the movers coming in our house. They followed all the guidelines we had plus what our state had said to do to be safe from it. They were so kind and understood our frustrations about moving and our worry about infecting our children having people we do not know in our house. They worked with everything we asked and I will absolutely use them in the future. Hopefully we won’t have to relocate again but this was a breeze. Thanks again. 5 star service and definite thumbs up.

    It was a pleasure working with Transworld Van lines and just wanted to say thank you. Not really big on writing reviews or blogs or anything on the Internet really just wanted to say that you’re moving company is fantastic. All the other moving companies sounded very scripted and we had no connection with them but with you guys we feel comfortable and assured that we had a professional company in our pocket. Most of all when it came time to pay the final bill it was the same estimated price we signed of on it this review would not be here haha. Have a great summer thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

  7. Hard work.

    Thank you everybody at Transworld Van lines amount of time and were you put into our relocation was Unprecedented. We reserved our move over a month in advance which ended up saving us $400 alone right there. Our sales men as well as everybody else that was involved help us find ways to cut costs and protect her self during the process. We elected to take the additional insurance in the event that something would go wrong because these days you just never know. They showed up on time and began to work immediately disassembling furniture and packing boxes. They did a full service move we didn’t have to do a single thing except leptin movers in. They were by far the best moving company that we’ve ever worked with in the future they will be the only car we make for the next one we need.

  8. Budget friendly.

    Every website we went to to research moving companies always let us back to Transworld Van lines. They have an overwhelming amount of positive reviews and have been in business for more than any other company that we spoke to you. That experience comes out in many different ways. It started with the way that we were spoken to you by her sales representative that was assigned our move. After getting all of our inventory on paper the movies then passed on to quality assurance that goes over the move to make sure we didn’t miss any items while still having the option to update the list at any time. The important part was we had locked in our dates as well as our rates. The dates we can always move around but our rates will be locked in And since we were moving and we’re flexible with our dates were able to wait for a truck that was coming through that it would eventually give us an even greater discount. This company absolutely knows how to work with its customers and it is no surprise but they have the feedback that they do. They are five star company for the hard-working American at a reasonable price that is well within most people’s budgets.

  9. My Move.

    So all was fine with original quote then the movers showed up almost an hour late. Quote jumped $1800 dollars. Guys were quick to pack but packed stuff half assed. Had I not been there several paintings that my kids had done would have been ruined. They took the clothes out of the dresser drawers to use more boxes and take up more space. I was missing bed hardware and then looking for legs to a dresser was in a complete different one. Some items are damaged beyond repair and some if its not replaceable. I watched boxes of heavey stuff be loaded on top of stuff that was light or on stuff that was in plastic bins. The truck also left big oil stains in my driveway of the rental. Not sure if that's taken out of my deposit yet or not. The movers also were asking for a 10% tip for packing my stuff. Which I think was pretty ballsy.

    Ive had 6 military moves and my stuff was handled much better than this. The only reason this is a 3 and not lower is because of the delivery driver Zion. He moved everything in by himself and worked his tail off.

  10. Saved us.

    The original company that was due to handle our relocation conveniently called us two days prior to our pick up day and told us they could no longer service our mode apparently one of their workers had gotten Covid and their truck was out of commission. This put us into a very fast frenzy. We scrambled looking for a moving company that could pick us up on short notice and Transworld Van lines stepped up without question and made it happen. Not only did they make it possible to be picked up on the same day but the move was actually cheaper working through them then the previous company. Most companies this time of year are completely reserved up it’s the moving season. Thanks to the dispatch department and a crew that was willing to get a goal accomplished turn the nightmare into a happy ending. Just wanted to thank each and everyone of you for all your hard work.

  11. Fetailed.

    It was a long drawn out process but well worth the work we put into it. Our biggest fear just like any other person moving for the first time was being overcharged more than the original estimate. We spent a few days going back-and-forth making sure we had every item on our list and any item that needed special packing accounted for they did not miss a single beat. They were very easy to work with and within a week we were able to reserve the move and lock in our dates as well as the rates. As promised the delivery showed up on time actually showed up two days earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. With so many different moving companies out there it’s hard to decide on what is the best fit for you but for us Transworld Van lines with exactly what we wanted and came through as promised.

  12. Reputation.

    Transworld Van lines has to be the most reputable moving company in the movie industry. Every single website we went to to research the company their name would come up close to the top if not at the very top. They’ve been in business for many years and abide by all protocols in relation to Cove it. They handled our furniture as if it was their own and the price we were given in the beginning what is the price we paid in the end. We were looking for the best estimate we wanted to best price. We found working with them extremely easy. Had a choice we would’ve stayed put but unfortunately we had to go for our safety as well as our children’s future and thanks to this company it was all made possible. Five stars top to bottom.

  13. Experienced.

    We’ve dealt with many different moving companies in our lifetime my wife and I are both service members. We’re forced to bounce around a lot and we are not a first timer when it comes to the moving experience. In the past the military has paid for our move but this time it was up to us to speak to companies make the decision and pay for it ourself. We spoke to a few companies compared pricing and services but we kept coming back to Transworld Van lines. They have countless reviews more than you can imagine of satisfied customers there’s no way that a company that has been in business this long could operate at this level but take it from us we saw firsthand they do it and they do it day in and day out. They were extremely cautious in our home and we wore all protective gear. Discounted our move as much as possible and that money went along way. We get thanks for our service every day but this time we want to thank you for your service for being honest transparent hard-working and extremely qualified for the work you do.

    Rudy and his team deserve 5 stars!! Very nice to work with. They kept my furniture in storage for 60 days at no extra cost as my closing date kept changing. They were very professional and eager to place furniture and boxes in the correct rooms. My initial cost was more than quoted but I was told up front that it may be more depending on my household load. I had allot of books and other miscellaneous boxes. Buddy and David on the Sales and Booking end were wonderful to work with as well. I would certainly use TransWorld Van Lines again!!

    Excellent work by the entire staff over at Transworld Van lines. This was a relocation we had reserved over three months ago and we’re terrified with what’s going on in the world. We were forced to move due to her job opportunity but the silver lining in it where is that we were going to a location that was less of a hot zone then we were previously in. Our sales rep worked with us rigorously to make sure our list was accurate and whatever packing we needed to have done on our end was completed so the movers were just show up load the truck and go. They have a reputation for doing high-quality work and the reviews online reflect that. They took all necessary safety precautions to keep our family safe and make sure none of our goods were contaminated. They went above and beyond for us and we are grateful that we found them to begin with and would absolutely work with them again in the future if it came about. Any questions or concerns that we had somebody was always available at the office or at some remote location. We were constantly giving updates and never had a doubt during any time while our furniture was in transit. Thank you all and continue to say safe and God.
