These guys are the real deal.
Mike and crew showed up on time and were super hard-working, we had a very big move and did a great job. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for friendly, capable movers. They really pride themselves on being excellent in customer service, and they are very fairly priced compared to other moving companies.

Best Move To Date Denver, CO To Houston, TX
I have moved 9 times in the last 20 years and one thing I can tell you is Transport America Moving Services went above and beyond my expectation's.! Justin walked me thru the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and easy to get a hold of which every other move lacked at the very least. I made sure to start looking for a mover close to 4 months prior to the closing date and I did this to make sure I had enough time to do enough vetting and research on local companies that do interstate moves, I was not going to have another horrible experience like all the past moves that was certain. So I had Wheaton and United come out to do a visual and then I wanted to find a local company as I felt the 2 estimates were outrageous . If you are moving local or out of state I highly recommend getting a couple of the big companies to come out to do a visual and then contact Justin over at Transport America Moving Services.
Just what was promised
The movers from transport america were excellent! The representative Allen over the phone helped me expedite the estimating process to keep me on schedule. The moving team arrived ready to work and had the truck packed in a couple of hours. All my belongings made it on it time in perfect condition. This company goes out of it's way to make sure everything goes as planned. They have earned themselves a repeat customer for my future moving needs!
Move from Ocala Fl. area to Brooksville Fl. area
Transport America represented themselves to me as a professional moving company. The sales contact, Michael, seemed professional and touted his companies rave reviews. After doing some checking I did see where they had good reviews and positive comments. I signed the contract and booked a date for our move. With that confirmed, I let the new owner of our house know the date and he scheduled his mover. 4 days before the move date, a “Quality control” person called to tell me that our moving date had slid to the next day. I protested that the new owner of our house had contracted his move and he might loose his deposit. I was told to “check your contract”, and indeed they could re-schedule at their convenience.
Day of the move. One guy in a Ryder rental truck shows up after lunch, He had no help. Just him. I was so mad I fired him on the spot. The guy said he had 2 helpers but they did not want to do the job as the drive time was too much. I called the Transfer America sales person who “sold” me the service and raised HELL with his answering machine as that was all I got. The poor mover said he could do the job and they found him some contract help in the next town, I relented begrudgingly as the new owner was moving in next day. He did net know where the “helper” was located and was confused by the Google Map. I told him to start the move and I would go meet the help and bring them back to the job site. I waited 30 minutes at the appointed place and the “help” never showed.
So, the mover, Gerardo, starts moving. He was an incredible worker and didn't slow down. I moved what I could in my pick up and helped move some things out so he could load them......but he was phenomenal. Within 3 hours he had loaded everything by himself. He showed up at the new house next day, by himself, and unloaded everything and placed it where my wife directed. He, not his company, single handedly saved our move. What a good kid, he deserved more support from his “company”.
This “moving company” doesn't have their own trucks and they use contract labor. They do have T shirts that say they are a moving company. I have a T shirt with “The Beatles” on it. That doesn't make me one of the Beatles. For what I paid them I could have got “4 men and 2 trucks”.
My personal experience with this company was extremely bad. “Your mileage may vary”, but I wouldn't hire them again to move a bag of peanuts across a room.
Local Move, Unprofessional
So many things were wrong. Added costs, items damaged, lengthly move due to too many breaks and I paid extra. Left their personal food garbage in my garage! Missing items!
Quick, and efficient
Everything about this company is fantastic! From the customer service to the movers and everything in between. My mother and I were moving from a three bedroom apartment to a two bedroom house. My mother being auto immune cleanliness and sanitizing was a huge issue. Not once did I have to ask them to wear a mask or use hand sanitizer! Everything was moved beautifullyAnd my mothers precious ceramics and dolls were taken care of very well

These movers are awesome. Quick response with an estimate and clear pricing at great rates. The movers communicated well every step of the way and got me moved within my budget. No damages to any of the stuff and all items arrived in intact condition. I would use them again for sure.

The service we received is above and beyond. They were professional, polite, STRONG, and efficient! They were extremely careful with our furniture and showed great attention to detail. So far they have moved our items into storage. Yet I expect the same level of awesomeness when they deliver to our new home.
