Started with a quote at $9,000, then bumped the price to $12,000 then $14,000. This is a racket. Save your money!!! She would have spent less if she abandoned all of her belongings and bought new stuff. This company does not respect its customers!!!!

Moved from NYC to Philly
I hired them to help me move from NYC to Philly and they were really careful with my furniture, on time, and nice people to work with. Would recommend for moving.
Worst Moving Experience
Please avoid this place, they are highly unprofessional and neglectful. I hired them to move me from Las Vegas, Nevada to Michigan and I really regret it. Multiple items were broken by them, they did not reassemble everything they took apart as they were supposed to do and left trash everywhere. They also did not wear any boot covers and tracked snow, ice, and salt into my home all over the floors damaging them. This was during the pandemic before the vaccine was wildly available and they refused to wear any masks. Two of the movers got into a political argument with each other and started screaming obscenities are each other. They did not bring everything into the house either because they said, "it was taking too long" and just left. I tried to resolve these issues with the management for months, but they refused to call me back and sent me to a mediation company, the mediation company would only address broken items and not the rest so that went nowhere. Finally after 5 months the management offered me a $150 refund out of the almost $8000 they charged me but asked me to sign a form that would bar me from leaving any reviews or "any negative actions" which included reporting them to federal, state and city authorities for refusing to follow the mask mandates. I refused their paltry refund because I was not going to sign that form as what they did was dangerous and unethical, and I feel people should know before doing business with them.

Rude, incompetent, significant damage, breakage, lost and stolen items while in storage. Avoid at all costs.
Critique.
The movers ruined to the handles on our dresser. Instead of telling the truth they lied about it and put it inside of the dresser for us to find later. We called customer service and they never addressed the dishonesty. They just told us to call the insurance company and which we have had to make multiple phone calls on and nothing has gotten done or paid out. I am reminded about doing this review because we are moving again and will never use this company again. do not pay everything upfront or else they won't help you. We are going with two men and a truck. We hope that the company sees this and realizes that that's more of a loss of money then if they had just been honest and helped us. The goal is to retain clients. Not have high turnover. So triple 7 movers? Never again.

Worst Move Ever.
I just had the WORST experience moving ever ! To start off this is my 3rd time using this company to move because I referred them to my family. You'd think id get great service right ? WRONG ! I booked a moving time for 7/3 in between 3-5pm. The mover showed up to my house at 1:30 pm and called my phone 10 times. For what ? This isn't the time I scheduled so I asked him to come back. I never received another call from him or the boss. I waited until 4 pm still heard nothing. I called the office , the mover and JASON BLAINE but got no response. Finally got in touch with someone and they said they would arrive in between 5-5:30pm. Around 5pm I got a message saying they would arrive in between 645-7pm. I tried to call the manager but NO RESPONSE. This experience made me late for an appointment and had me stressed because its the day before a holiday, my electricity was already turned off and my whole home was packed. I will NEVER EVER use this company again, I'm embarrassed and regretful that I referred my family and I caution whoever reads this to STAY AWAY !
Triple 7 Movers were AMAZING!!
WOOOOOWWW!! I am still in shock. I booked my move with a different company, just to find out they contracted our move and had no availability on the day I booked for!!, 3 days after 2 sketchy guys in a rental truck showed up, I was horrified!!
I decided it;s not worth it, and started searching for a mover AGAIN! I heard Triple 7 Movers did a great job on my neighbors house and called them. Jason was so nice and great help from the get-go, he quoted me $450 and explained the whole process and charges. After working some magic, he got movers to me the following day, boy were they amazing! I have never seen a house move that fast, they got the whole job done within 4 hours (my last move took 2 days).there was one item lightly damaged, they have offered to repair it, but honestly.. I wasn't worried about it and told them it's nice of them.
I HIGHLY recommend triple 7 movers.
Moved within 3 miles of old place.
Jason came over and inspected our old place, looking into every cupboard, wardrobe and garage. The quote we got was great, 8 move, $900 if we pack, $1700 if they pack. We’re older, my husband can’t see, we opted for the movers to pack. On the moving day, one guy was sick so only three showed up. Right up front they told us no way was this a 8 hour move. Ok, couple hours longer is not an issue, but it turned out to be two days long. $2200 on the first day, $2300 on the second day! $2800 above the quote, still haven’t found all my stuff but quite some breakage..Don’t hire these guys, they bare you with a low estimate and in the end charge twice as much. I gave them a week long chance to explain but no reply!
Do Not Use.
I hired their service to move my things from an old home to a new one. After the move it was found out that one of their workers stole my wife’s wedding ring. When I asked for them to cover the rings cost after what insurance covered the answer back was “we have no proof the ring existed, or proof that someone that works for them took it.” It’s sad that something so serious was stolen and nothing was done about it. It’s an embarrassing story for this company and I would not suggest using them for your move.
