  1. OVERCHARGED

    I did not know that Triple Crown Moving & Storage Company was going to be assigned as my Carrier by New Leaf Moving Company FL. "WORSE MOVE" in my life. They overcharged me $7,200+ from my original Contract with New Leaf Moving Company. They charged me 1/2 rental of a UHAUL Truck. They said their their truck was not big enough after arriving. Scratched/damaged almost all my furniture. "Moving Claims" offered me $30.00.

  2. Beware, watch out, Run Away...never hire them

    Don't even think of hiring these movers even if they do it for free. All my furniture is broken.. I have MOLD on my mattress, yes MOLD. Once I reached out them, the blame game has started. How can they mess up everything so bad. Got pictures and videos of everything.. please listen to this review and never hire them, do it yourself, ask your family/friends to help, pay extra for a local moving company and yes, it's not a paid review from competitors, you loosers..

  3. Delayed, poor service and lack of response

    It has been over 30 days and still no update and for the past 10 days they have not even responded to any messages or voicemails. Do not use this company it is not worth the trouble - pay more for a reputable one.

  4. Office chair damage mattresses are dirty .my belongings 1 to 10 days.

    On my contract says 1-1000 miles is to received in 1 to 10 days it was 465 miles.Picked up May 3rd 2021. When I called wondering where my belongings are was?They said no driver going to Mich. I moved from Tennessee back to Mich. I called many times there was always an excuse. Finally got my belongings June 11th 2021. My office chair is damage 2 of my mattresses are dirty the plastic ripped on mistresses. All Gods Truth . It's ridiculous. Didn't call me to let me the know they were on the way. Horrible!!! Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Diane M.

  5. Triple Crown Movers

    Our belongings are in a Dallas warehouse. We don't know where. Our things were picked up April 30th. Neither the broker Top Country Moving nor Triple Crown can tell us anything about when our things will be moved. On Triple Crown's website they indicate coverage of Texas and Oklahoma, so why did the broker Top Country Moving sell our move (Louisiana to upstate NewYork) to Triple Crown, and why did they accept our move? We were not told by Top Country that they were only brokers. We are at our new home in upstate New York. It is Now June 5th.

    We sleep on an air mattress.

    A Mr. Coffee box is my night stand. An Amazon box for my husband.

    $1600 went to Top Country for nothin but smooth talk, the promise of 4-14 business days for our move.

    Over $1900 went to Triple Crown to load our already boxed belongings and move them 3 and a half hours from Northeast Louisiana to Dallas.

    After reading other reviews, I am frightened. We have been advised to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation. We are considering going to a hometown mover to get our stuff back to Shreveport and starting at square one with a UHaul truck.

    We will report back if Triple Crown pulls through and delivers soon.

    If you are moving, please do your research first.

  6. I will never hire a mover again!

    I was doing a lot of moving from 2015-2018, I moved a total of 6 times. It was the last move I made from OKC to Everett, WA that I decided to treat myself and have the pros do the job. A broker I that contacted selected Triple Crown Moving and Storage to handle the collection, storage and transport of my goods. First complaint, I took a day off from work to be home for the mover when they arrived to load my already packed 2 bedroom apartment. They did not show or inform me there was schedule error on their end. This was not only a problem with all the other scheduling with the move but also cost me a vacation day. Second, the method of how I was to be charged was deferent than described on the phone with the broker. I was told the load would be measured by the linear foot in the truck for the final cost and if it came up shorter than quoted I would be credited, and the opposite if it was greater. The movers at the job site said it was charged by the item or box. Third, the truck delivering my items to Washington was supposed to arrive Friday morning and didn't show up until 9pm. I again burned another vacation day for nothing. When he showed up he was by himself. Everything was so poorly packed in the truck. It was shameful best way to describe. Heavy items on top, boxes smashed, damaged, spilling contents, broken and loose items on the floor. There was no dividers between customers and boxes and items were mixed. At one point there was an avalanche of boxes and I could clearly hear some else items break. Several times during the unload I had to bring back to the truck items that did not belong to me. At the end of the unloading I was missing a wood headboard to my bed and 3 boxes. I followed up with TCM and after a lot of back and forth it was discovered the head board was left behind in the Texas storage. We settled on a replacement cost for the item because it was equal or less of a cost than shipping it. I held off on receiving the reimbursement because they required me to signoff the issue as resolved but I still had 3 unaccounted for boxes. I was going to wait to finish unpacking until accepting payment (I had 9 month to do so). At the eighth month I could only verify that my dishes and glassware were missing (two boxes still unaccounted for, I still wonder what else I lost. I contacted them (same person/email I was corresponding with prior and did not get a reply about the headboard/dishes/glasses missing. I tried calling and left a message with no reply, again I emailed until finally the ninth month passed and I decided it was all a loss. I urge anyone reading this review that you are better of moving yourself than using this company. All totaled I spent twice as much as moving myself, had several items damaged, extra unplanned time off from work and several boxes missing. Best wishes for your move if you use this company.

  7. Great Move.

    My forever moving Angels! I work in an industry that needed me to travel back and forth from Dallas to LA. I've been with the company for over 6 years, and after becoming a mom about 8 months ago, having to be away from my angel was not an option. I requested a permanent position in LA location, without expecting a yes, a week later I received an approval letter. Next step was hiring a company, which by the way was a SUPER SCARY process after reading reviews on line. Most of the reviews suggested to work with companies that provide in home estimates. So my hunting started, spoke to three different companies, and scheduled appointments to have them come see my stuff. Luckily, Triple Crown was one of the three. Eric, who came out was such a gentleman, who took his time to address all my concerns and read through some reviews. Assured me every experience is different. SURE he was, my price stayed the same, all my items made it to LA in one piece!! I made a great decision by picking my company. I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much guys.

  9. Long Distance Move from Dallas TX to Omaha NE.

    We where fortunate to find these guys. We relocated our Family at the end of the year 2017 for business purposes, and it was planned yet very demanding to say the least.

    Eric went out of his way to help us I all facets of our move. His honest and integrity made us feel at home and made the difference when we decided to go with this moving company.
    Everything arrived in order, no breakage and the guys helped set our new home as well as agreed regarding the FULL SERVICE from Eric. These guys are willing to work with you on pricing and budget, as this is what we needed.

  10. Awesome Group.

    I first met with Shelia and after talking to 5-6 other moving companies and she was the difference. Being a Dad your daughters first move to an apt is very important and Shelia made me comfortable knowing they got this covered. She did just that! Her follow up skills are off the charts and when she says she will do something you can guarantee she will.

    The driver Nate and his helper was so professional, worked very hard and also everything they told me from the beginning is how everything ended up. Great job Triple Crown! I will use you guys again and refer anyone I know to you.
