Moving/Unloading.
This company was hired to unload my truck upon arrival to Greenville, SC. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AND LEFT ME (a woman) STRANDED.
Ed contacted me to make sure I would be ontime since I was driving from out of state. I told them I was on time.
An hour after the scheduled time had passed, I called and was told they would not be able to make it (unless I was able to wait 6 hours until they finished the job they were on).
When I told them I had depended on them I was told by Ed, "What am I supposed to do about that?" I was treated extremely unfairly and they were very unprofessional as he told me I should find someone else.
When I asked for a recommendation since I was new to Greenville, I was told, "I don't give recommendations" and then CLICK, I was hung up on.
I urge you to pass this company over. They will leave you in a bind. Moving day is stressful enough as it is..and then to have your scheduled movers not show up..AHHHHH. .
