  1. Run!! Do not use.

This company commits FRAUD. My elderly parent has been quoted a price on very detailed items for moving, then the company decided to hold the items without over double the quote! Move Pro USA is a con company. If you ever get your belongings, expect them to be damaged or missing.

  2. Elder Fraud now dba Moving Pro US.

Elder fraud - buyer beware. This business preyed on my elderly relatives leaving them with missing, damaged & stolen goods and no resolution after a year. This Company has changed their name from US Atlas Movers to Moving Pro US and made the US Atlas Movers’ number and website not functional. Please report your issues to the Attorney General offices, the Better Business Bureau, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration & FBI elder fraud.

  3. Worst Movers Ever.

DO NOT USE THEM! These people are full of [EDIT]! I have spent the last 3 nights crying myself to sleep because they stole all of my stuff! They picked up my stuff in January and should of delivered it a week ago. Not only have they not delivered my stuff but they stopped responding to my calls. Ray is the worst! Do not trust him or aly! They are all in this scam together! Ray promised me he would be waiting with my stuff and then called me asking if I had a twin size bed. I said are you kidding? I have a queen! This gave me a clue he lost or stole my [EDIT]! Then I asked him to send me a picture of my stuff. He didn’t. He stopped answering. I called him every hour and texted him. Nothing. I threatened to get my lawyers involved and they said ok basically. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Please anyone respond to this if you have and let me know if you have gotten your stuff back or have heard of the name ray pierce. I have no bed or anything. I have never been scammed like this. We have got to stop this company! Spread the word! NO ONE USE ATLAS MOVERS! They lie and suck!

  4. Move.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I CALLED THIS COMPANY IN NOVEMBER, MADE A CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER FOR A MOVE FROM BOISE TO NY. MY WINDOW OF MOVE DATE WAS 12/30-12/31. THIS COMPANY CALLED ME ON 12/30 TO NOTIFY ME OF CANCELLING MY MOVE.I MAD A DEPOSIT OF 662.00 ON MY $1772. THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT DATE, JANUARY 7 FOR $2600 OR A REFUND. I TOOK MY MONEY BACK AND MADE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. MY NEXT STEP IS TO SEE THIS COM0ANY IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

  5. Do Not Use us Atlas Movers.

Zach, the initial account manager was friendly and provided me much information. However, some of it conflicted with the other big box brands (eg. Estimates are based on cubic feet rather than weight and that pick-up windows couldn’t be a specific day — both associated with Department of Transportation regulations). During a follow-up call, Zach was very friendly again but then he transferred me to a colleague at dispatch. This is where the service crumbled as well as any credibility for this company. The dispatcher refuted much of what I questioned rather than clarifying or providing further information. He then said, ‘if this is how the rest of this call is going to go, then good luck finding a moving company.” He then hung up on me. I texted Zach back (who was on the line during this interaction) to thank him for his time and to inform him that I’ll be posting a review of their company. Surprisingly, I didn’t receive a text reply nor any apology or even acknowledgement that the colleague was inappropriate and unprofessional. I have made atleast 10 national and international moves- and never experienced worse customer service. I have been amazed at the lack of credibility, professionalism of many of these, particularly US Atlas Movers, smaller companies- which truly is unfortunate as I’m a believer of suppprting small business. All this said, I wouldn’t wish anyone to waste their time on this company as they already took over an hour of mine and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful transition. DO NOT USE, ANSWER CALLS, NOR TAKE TIME TO RECEIVE A QUOTE FROM US ATLAS MOVERS.

  6. Dot2356334.

Atlas movers sold me a fraud package. Moving to Colorado froom MA. My stuff was picked up on August 22nd and sent to a storage facility. Integrated Moving Solutions provided this through Atlas who said they were a sub-carrier.
On September 21st my things were picked up by Integrated Moving Solutions and put into a storage unit in NJ (I had no idea this was going to be in storage for a month) The delivery was delayed because they didn't have a "truck"---- finally the delivery came on October 20th. The movers spoke Russian and little English, asked me if they could deliver in the evening----which I agreed to. When they arrived they were rude and threatening. I was told I needed to pay them $150 extra because the truck couldn't come close enough to the door and there were 3 flights of stairs. He said I wasn't going to get anything until I went and got CASH for this---or he said he would put everything outside my door and I could carry it up myself.

    Several items were broken --
    Small Candle Stand
    Antique Captains Chair
    white platter - smashed
    Print - glass broken.

    Missing:
    Quilt RAck
    Pottery Barn Floor Lamp
Rug 3 x 5 Marie Claire from Nantucket
2 boxes containing bedroom and kitchen stuff ---- misc list will be provided..one of the items was a Bose Radio!!
Limited edition print (#34) from moving numbers

I found Atlas to be full of [EDIT]- sold me a bill of goods and then I was consistently unable to get a hold of them

Integrated Moving Solutions shouldn't be in business. Rude office assistants. No response for days. No call backs.

I would never ever use these two again and I would advise anyone thinking of a move to NOT choose these companies.
