  1. This Company is a Scam ! They Stolen And damaged my Property.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! THEY are a SCAM!! I had to call the police and file a complaint and press FELONY Theft charges! They are horrible, unprofessional , disrespectful thieves !! This company sent two people to move me to a storage unit they were scheduled to arrive at 10am and did not arrive until 1:30pm they were purposefully slow and it took over 8 hours for them to load a 2 bedroom apartment! They did not wrap any of my items as promised They broke almost all of my dishes, damaged my sofas and dressers and Destroyed my $1200 mattress which is now worthless and filthy. My sister and I helped unload the truck and We settled on a price and left to get the cash only to find out that they wet back into my storage unit and stole my 3 Large Flat screen TV’s !! luckily they were caught on camera. They then tried to extort more money from me to return property they STOLE! These people are DISGUSTING and they have done this same thing more than once.

    We have moved several times for my husband's job and they are hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST moving company we have ever used. We hired them to move some of our larger pieces of furniture to a nearby apartment while we build a house. Not only was one of the guys EXTREMELY unprofessional (talking about his 'woman' the entire time and making everyone very uncomfortable) but they dropped several pieces of furniture. They even damaged a $500 armoire beyond repair. When reaching out to their dispatch (same guy that booked the move) he advised that since we wanted to stay within a certain budget he hadn't offered the extra insurance. Since we didn't get the extra insurance there wasn't anything he would do for us. Um, what? He advised that he uploaded my pictures of my damaged furniture to corporate and they would call me the next week. I told him that if I didn't hear back from them I would leave reviews so other's didn't go through the same situation, his response, "Ma'am I don't really care if you leave a bad review, it doesn't effect us." Here we are a month after moving and I haven't heard from anyone. I have called and text them requesting an update and can't get a call back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
