If I’m being honest, I was extremely skeptical about my move based on all of the horror stories I read online. Ultimately, I was extremely satisfied with the service all around and especially the contact and friendliness of customer service. Would recommend these guys to anyone!
5 weeks.
5 weeks and still no furniture or other belongings!! They raised the price a lot and I’m guessing that because I questioned these people from the beginning I am being punished. You have won people! I could not feel more defeated! Can you please ask Executive Movers to deliver my things?

Hey guys I just want to say thank you for the customer service. I realize things take a little bit longer instead of doing it myself but I felt like the expectation was there and I really appreciate it you guys check in on my items and made sure that they were on their way. I realize that it's not your fault that the mover can't move any faster, I also appreciate that they're respecting the roadways. You guys kept me informed and you don't deserve any negative reviews. You even got the movers to discount my items. Misty was freaking great! Thank you again.

I have moved before using another long distance moving company and it was an absolute nightmare. Using this company was a chance I took and I'm glad I did. I received my shipment in Ohio a week after my items were picked up. My rep even answered my phone calls during the weekend during the time my move took place. Highly recommended if you need to move last minute.
