Do not believe on cheap rates.
Bad coordination between sales and operation departments. Poor professionalism I paid for 3 movers but only 1 was working, one learning and the other was the driver to accommodate my items inside the truck. Final rate was 3 times higher than the original budget My moving was for 2 bedrooms and one small storage, but due to they spent a lot of time packaging I cancel the little storage to do it by myself. Average service.
USA Relocators.
This company is a nightmare. The positive statement that I can make is that the four staff people were on time and began the packing for the move at exactly the time promised. However, there was damage to property and destruction of property. These moving unloaded boxes of lamps at our new place and simply left them in the middle of the floor. When asked to unpack and assemble the lamps just as they were, we were told "we don't do that". We explained that that was not what the company person said that took our order for service. To no avail, the workers left. I called USA Relocators the very next day to speak with the supervisor but he was unavailable. I left message explaining what workers had done and was told that I would receive a call from the supervisor. He did not call. I called the credit card company and explained what had happened and wished to refute the charges based on fact that job was incomplete. I was told by credit card company that USA Relocators must be given opportunity to correct the situation and if this was not done within a few day, call back and we could proceed with dispute. I called movers again and spoke with the supervisor who finally agreed to send someone out to reassemble the lamps. It took three days for company to send a staff person to reassemble the lamps. This company should be avoided at all costs as they lack integrity and do not seem to respond unless under threat of having a dispute filed against them. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
