  1. Great Group of Guy's

The moment I signed up I knew I had made a great choice. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate.

There's something comforting about working with Veteran's, and the fact that they donate was just icing on the cake. As for the move itself, I give it a 10, across the board. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their work, and it shows. The world would be a better place if we had more businesses run like Veteran Van Lines .Amazing, thank you again guys!!

  2. Great Guys

I've been around a while and seen a lot of movers in my day, by Far the Best I've ever used!! Planning a cross country move can be exhausting, and I think most, including myself, don't even realize all that goes into it. I was quite impressed to see that they had even created a checklist for me, so that I could stay organized and on time.

  3. Awesome service!!!

The group went through the job energetically, had a couple of laughs, and got it done quickly (it took about 5 hours to pack, move and unpack in the destination, for four movers and a truck). I had a pleasant experience with them.!

  4. SCAMMERS

This company is an absolute scam. Joseph Ramos at +1 (772) 532-0273 is the broker that allegedly “runs” this operation is a crook. He is a broker posing as a “van lines”. He will quote you exponentially less than what the final quote will actually be and then once your items are delivered either destroyed or damaged, will charge you an arm and a leg more. The movers showed up days late and continued to miss pick up and drop off windows. Boxes of belongings never showed up. My stuff was delivered late. When my items were delivered, he promised refunds for the bad service and then went missing and unresponsive. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY. VETERAN VAN LINES LLC IS A SCAM!!!

  5. Incredible Movers

My initial representative Gio was very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm not a professional mover and this move was already difficult enough. I'm so very thankful for Veteran Van Lines and all of they're staff. After the initial consultation, I started packing and preparing. I like to consider myself a pretty organized person, and it's so refreshing to work with a company who was equally if not more organized than I am. From the Quality Assurance Manager, to customer service and dispatch, this company has no shortage of caring professionals. I had few questions along the way, but short of that, Veteran Van Lines kept me informed, and nailed every part of my moving schedule down to the T. From pick up to delivery every phone call, driver, mover etc. was right on time. They broke down when I could expect each and every step to take place, and followed through just as they said they would. All the way to delivery, I even got a follow up call from the owner, to make sure everything went well, and I was settled into my new home. I will miss Colorado, but I'm happy I made the move, and had Veteran Van Lines to help. They were incredibly precise!

  6. Knowledgable

Veteran Van Lines has..b a great team of professionals, and I am so thankful. After several quotes, I received a call from Veteran, and they were far from the cheapest quote I got equally as far from the most exlensive. But as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." So if I could offer anyone my advice, don't just look at the price tag. Don't get me wrong, price is important , but in the end. I'm glad we ended up with Veteran because they really know their stuf

  7. Trust in our Servicemen and Women

First out of state move we made outside of the military. To say it's overwhelming would be a gross understatement. I would have never known how much goes into long distance moving. The number of moving parts, or the amount of people that tell you different things. This company tells you one thing, that company tells you another. I am proud to have served our country, and thankful that I can trust in my brother's and sisters. If there is one thing I learned during my time in the service, it's that my fellow men and women who served beside me, uphold themselves to a certain standard. So when I found Veteran Van Lines, I didn't have to think twice. I knew we were in good hands. In the end, we had a great move, a great service, and what I felt to be a fair price.

  8. Move From GA to CA

Great Service! Team was on time and handled all my furniture with extreme care. Booking agents are extremely adman about everything that is going on there truck. No surprises! Agent followed up with me throughout the whole process. Thank You.

  9. Life Savor

We had already employed a mover for our out of state move. Recieved countless phone calls from what appeared to be an endless list of companies. We were a little worried because it seemed like no matter who we choose, there was some form of negative review one way or the other. In the end the mover we hired never showed up, and wouldn't return our calls. Frantically scurrying we reached out to Veteran Van Lines. They were by no means the cheapest quote we got, but as our orginal rep. Had explained. The cost of shipping is pretty much the same across the board. In the end, this will be your cost, the only difference between us and them is that we are up-front about it. Other than that you might find a disparity of a couple hundred bucks, and that's just a matter of who your mover employs. Weather they use professional movers or hire day laborers. Its unfortunate that we had to make a wrong turn before finding our way. But so grateful that Veteran Van Lines was still able to help, even on such sbort notice.

    Thank You!!!

  10. Won’t return emails, calls or my deposit

Shame on you, Joseph Ramos, for your scammer operation. You totally fooled me. You were a no show for my move, did not respond to my calls and emails, and charged my credit card a different amount than what we agreed. It is clear to me that you are not a mover, but a broker, and a dishonest one at that. I hope no other unsuspecting consumer trusts you again. I will pursue this to the fullest extent that I legally can.

  11. They are not picking my calls.

I live in Houston TX. I found the company online when I wanted to move out of state. I was charged $1400and I paid $623.84 deposit. Things did not work as I planned and I had move locally within Houston, 21.8 miles to be precise. They told me to pay $376.16 to make the total $1000. I paid and on moving day, they kept telling that someone was on his way. I waited till the end of the day and had to quickly make other arrangements and eventually moved the second day with another company. They are not picking my calls and my $1000 is still with them. Help me. the person I have been contacting is Joseph Ramos at 5619446050 and 7725320273.

  12. Excellent Service

Veteran Van Lines was amazing, they were very helpful and kind. I was sure I was gonna do the move myself until I heard their price and I just could not refuse. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move!

  13. VA Move

I wanted to thank everyone at Veteran Van Lines for their amazing service, and moreover for what they are doing to give back. I work for the VA Hospital treating Veterans. It is a job yes, but also something I am passionate about. When it came time to higher a mover, after a few quotes Veteran Van Lines seemed like naturally the best choice. Come to find out it is "Moving Season " and because they are so busy, the owner himself assisted me because there was so many people that needed help and not enough movers. Beyond their service, pricing and the fact that they give back, to find a business owner that is so hands on, was a breath of fresh air. For such a large company, that is not something you see to often anymore. It seems like in todays day and age you can't even get a manager/supervisor to assist you when they are suppose to, much less anyone above that. To have the actual owner as a point of contact helping me really said a lot about who they are and what they stand for. If I could give Veteran Van Lines 10 stars I would.

  14. Relocation

I inquired online about a move from Florida to Georgia as my job set me up with a last minute transfer. I received tons of calls from pushy sales representatives and other companies trying very hard to get my business.. This company was not like the rest.. They were not pushy and were extremely affordable. After debating with my family i decided to go for it.. Joseph was my sales representative and he was extremely knowledgeable and was with me every step of the way as he promised.. When the movers showed up they were kind and professional.. My price did not drastically increase and my stuff was delivered in a timely manner.. I felt as though I was well informed on the process and was even able to reach someone with questions over the weekend. They really care about the customer and took very good care of my belongings. People are quick to write reviews on companies for doing a terrible job and don't stop and show appreciation for the great services provided. I am here to tell you that this company is worth your business and would recommend to anyone. Thank you all for making this move so easy for my family and I.

  15. Piece of Mind

You can not put a price on piece of mind. After several quotes and research I choose Veteran Van Lines for their reputation and the fact that they donate to the military. I has several cheaper quotes, but after reading the reviews decided it best to go with Veteran Van Lines. And I couldnt be more happy with my decision!
