  1. Relocation Move

Please be smart and do not use Trinity and We Care For You.

Hired Trinity to move me from Florida to New York. I was quoted $3800. Trinity has to be aware of the terrible job We Care For You does. They sent me these monsters. They treated me rudely and Dov the foreman was absolutely scary. The moment he walked in my bill went up $1200. They only sent two movers, and Dov stayed in the truck 75% of the time. I watched in horror as one man moved furniture down my staircase. My glass dresser slipped and hit the wall. They damaged the staircase wall. I watched Dov drop boxes that hit the street. When they left, I realized they went into my zipped luggage and took jewelry. I will file a police report and report them to the Attorney General Senior Complaint Agency. When I complained to Trinity they did absolutely nothing. They pretend that they are unaware of We Care For You not being a reliable source. I could not reach the Company for three days to make a delivery date. Again, I reached out to Trinity for help and they did nothing.

We Care For You staff, and movers lie and steal. When my possessions finally arrived they took my Persian rug, and I had boxes of totally smashed crystals and ceramics. Moving is a very stressful experience and this company will drive you to a nervous breakdown. I have never been treated so badly by two companies. Please run and do not consider using either company.

  2. Interstate Move

    Trinity Relocation Group Contract B5125136

We Care For You Contract BB6280940

I do not recommend Trinity Relocation Group or We Care For You. With my wife and I serving 22 and 26 years in the military respectively and having moved many times both overseas and within the United States this was the worst move we have ever experienced. Trinity Relocation Group acts as a broker for moving companies and contracted with We Care For You out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for the actual move. We were moving from Cape Coral, Fl to Oklahoma City, OK between two assisted living centers and contracted for a complete pack and unpack.

We Care For You FAILED to meet their contractual obligations since they disassembled our bed on the shipping end and did not reassemble it as requested on the receiving end. In the end we did not receive all of our household goods and at least two items were broken.

Packout: Our driver was scheduled between 9 AM and 2 PM. At 10 AM he called and said would it be alright if they came around 5-6 PM. I reminded them this was a move from an assisted living center that had restrictions on move times but got permission for the late move. The driver then called back stating they would be there by 1 PM because of the move restrictions. They arrived at 1:40. Once there he looked at the apartment and said he did not have room for the move on his truck. He called his boss and put him on speaker phone and proceeded to get into an argument with his boss while standing next to me. His boss said if he couldn’t handle the job himself to come back. The driver then got in his truck and drove off. Another driver and crew came to move our stuff the next day but they were late since their original truck was not working properly. This crew was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating during the pack and load. I noticed they did not bring any wrapping paper for the glassware and asked about that. The driver showed me a black trash bag full of used wrapping paper and told me his boss said to use that. He also asked me about what had happened the day before and when I explained he told me the other driver had been fired.

Waiting for delivery: Although I had explained to Trinity that I wanted my furniture delivered and unpacked not later than 18 December and that they could back up the pack date to accommodate that request my furniture and household goods were not delivered until 23 December. We Care For You kept telling me they were waiting on truck availability for the Midwest.

Delivery: The driver arrived as scheduled, but had no help and was going to move everything by himself. While talking to the driver I mentioned I wanted all of the trash taken away since this had been done during all of our other moves and to make sure he assembled the bed. We got into an argument about this and he told me I couldn’t tell him what to do and sat in his truck for quite some time. When I asked him when he was going to unload he said not until I treated him with respect and asked him nicely. I succumbed to his request. He then brought the contract into the apartment and asked me to sign the paperwork which stated I had received everything and that it was in good condition. I said I would be happy to once it was all in the apartment and I could inspect it. This led to him calling his supervisor and wrongly claiming I would not sign the paperwork. I asked to speak with the supervisor and that is when I was told they would not remove the trash and the driver was told to unload the truck. The driver then walked past me to the truck and cussed me in Spanish. When I told him I knew what he said he denied it and then called me the same thing in English. The driver began to unload and was taking the moving blankets off of the furniture in the parking lot so I asked him to leave the blankets on so that the furniture did not get damaged by the dolly. He proceeded to tell me how good he was and that he knew what he was doing and that he was going to unwrap all of it in the parking lot so I could inspect it out there and then sign the documents. I told him I would not inspect anything until it was inside the apartment. I then began to video what he was doing and when he saw me he quit unwrapping items in the parking lot. Things started to go better and when everything was in the apartment, but the bed was not unwrapped or put together he again tried to get me to sign the paperwork. I told him once everything was unwrapped and the bed assembled, I would inspect and sign. He then went off on me again and said that the only reason I wouldn’t sign the paperwork was because of the color of his skin and that I was a racist. He then went out and closed up his truck and came back without any tools. I told him I would be happy to sign once he put the bed together. He then took the paperwork and left claiming I refused to sign. My wife and I were left to assemble the bed and finish unpacking.

  3. Do not use this company

3 (big items) never even arrived. Half were covered in mold. Not recoverable. Half the value of my items stored was gone completely. And no recourse.

  4. Theft

Do not use this Moving company. If you have and have items stolen “missing” contact the local police, Department of Transportation, and the F.B.I. This is called theft of interstate commerce: this company has tons of reviews and has gotten away with this for years!!!!

  5. Disgraceful/Horrible

If it was possible to provide zero stars, i would do so with these people. My daughter engaged them to move her items from Boynton Beach to Studio City, CA. When the driver arrived at her apartment at Boynton Beach, he apparently did not follow her instructions and left many items behind, which was going to be a problem since were departing for Los Angeles the very next day. Pretty much had to badger the driver to return to the apartment to get the items he forgot the first time around. Next, the projected delivery date of the items to California, was not even close to happening. In fact, we had to chase down that driver to get a projected date of delivery, since it was no concern of his when he would actually deliver my daughter's belongings. At this point in time, this rancid company had already contracted with another company for the final delivery of her goods. Eventually, on a Saturday night, I received a frantic call from daughter, because the belligerent driver was invoking the 75 foot provision that is benign in their agreement, was refusing to deliver my daughter's goods until he received an additional $300 in cash on top of $1000 he already received. I live in New Jersey, so not much I could do on my end. I can tell you, that there was much conversation that involved the driver and my daughter, and none of it good, he was an outright bully to my daughter. I had the entire episode on speaker, so my girlfriend, college friend, and his wife were able to hear the entire despicable way my daughter was treated by this coward. Needless to say, had i been there, no way any of this is going down. My daughter had no further access to cash since she already had been to an ATM earlier that day to pay this creep, and was restricted from drawing any additional cash. In the end, the piece of filth driver, left my daughter's goods in the lobby of her apartment building. My daughter weighs all of 100 pounds, and has had her fair share of medical issues. If there is one person on this Earth who should not be moving anything heavy, it is her. Fortunately, I convinced her to ask for help from some of the other residents to get her good in the apartment, which would have taken the driver all of 10 minutes to do for the $1000 in cash he was paid. Aside from abusing my daughter, he was also rude to the Property Manager on site as well as the residents who performed the good deed helping my daughter. Afterwards, when I left voicemails and texts for the driver, he did have the courage to return those messages. A representative was useless as well, after all they got paid their money, some of it in cash. Since i received no level of satisfaction, I have my old accounting firm that i worked at, in which I was a partner, reach out to the IRS as a whistleblower to see if there is interest on their part for a business that requires cash payments. Please do not use this company.

  7. Great Choice

I had a wonderful experience using We Care For You, my movers came in handled my move with care and professionalism.

  8. Poor communication and beyond dissapointed

I would caution anyone from using this company. I support small businesses but this is one that SHOULD NOT be an option for people. I am not requesting a formal refund or reimbursement so I don't have to interact with them. It is also highly unlikely they are solvent enough to pay. READ REVIEWS ON https://www.mymovingreviews.com/movers/we-care-for-you-5888. I didn't do my homework cause I was in a pinch. I also don't have a final signed paperwork from when they retrieved my stuff and had my friend that was onsite sign in my behalf. Shady stuff. We want payment but no documentation.

I tried to coordinate this move remotely and it was a nightmare. Robin is disorganized and terrible to work with. Unfortunately she is the owner. They were quick to make the sale but completely underperformed. Misquoted me and misinformed the movers they sent to box up my items that I ended up paying twice of my quote. Later I learned from the two college aged kids (who were spectacular and earned their generous tip) who delivered my stuff off the truck they had a rough go with Robin on their end too and won't be picking up business from Robin either. There were multiple times I called and left messages to set up a delivery date for two months in advance and I waited two weeks until I spoke with someone to chase down an email I sent to the only email I had for them, the sales quote estimate. By May 30th I finally had a plan with them, my own self established timeline. They agreed to a pick up of June 15th and a delivery window of June 24th-June 28th. They missed the timeline. I started my new job July 1st. My items arrived July 4th after calling them about three times a week for the last two weeks. It was a good thing my 5 and 3-year-old like amping and had to sleep on air mattresses and sleeping bags I brought with me in my trunk as I drove FOUR days across country to meet the movers upon arrival after being promised the world.

The lack of internal communication shows how dysfunctional this organization is. An example... I paid my deposit and zeroed my balance with one Max in dispatch to ensure there were zero log jams from getting my valuables on the agreed-upon date of June 24-28th then Robin would call me requesting payment. I had to remind them I paid and have the receipts to prove it.

They claim to be specialists in moving the elderly, but I would choose anyone but them. It would be cheaper for me to not get paid a whole week and do it by myself. I paid a premium price and got a half-eaten happy meal. I will post this on each site I find as a review for movers and I want to see if it is altered.

  9. SCAM MOVERS.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF. Read google reviews before letting these guys touch your stuff. Anything they packed themselves was missing on delivery and switched with literally garbage. Bins of stuff were rifled through and things missing/stolen. They jack up the price while they hold your stuff hostage.

They called me because of this review, and when I told them I left the review because their service was terrible and my stuff was stolen, the guy screamed through the phone at me “f*** you, you f***ing idiot” and hung up. DO NOT USE. STAY AWAY.

  10. Worst Moving Experience Ever!

Moved my mom's stuff from FL to OK, through Trinity Relocation Services, a broker for the movers (Won't ever use them again either). First, Trinity grossly underestimated the cost and charged my 82 yoa mother another $1700 on the day of the move. On delivery day (too many hassles getting a delivery date to list here), the driver "Omar" wouldn't go down my gravel driveway to my house, demanded his full payment in cash or PO check (I was not aware of this pmt requirement, but got the cash together right away) wanted to call a "shuttle service" (at extra cost) to shuttle the goods between his truck and my house, refused to unload until I paid him in full AND signed the form stating everything was received and in good order BEFORE even one box was unloaded off his truck, then said he wouldn't unload my horse trailer once I got back to my house(I used my own horse trailer as a shuttle, which made him angry that I wasn't paying the extra cost or having to wait until the next day for a paid shuttle service), initially wouldn't even get out of his truck to speak with me and when I climbed up on the cab he rolled up his window partway, was constantly walking away from me and turning his back on me when I tried to talk to him. Very rude. I haven't been treated this badly in a long time.

  11. Pretty stressful experience

We Care About Grabbing Your Wallet is a better name. Once they had all our stuff and our prepayment by check they then demanded cash on delivery. This reminds me of the slimeballs who underpay taxes and get sued so often they have to have significant cash on hand under a mattress for when theyre out of business.

Terrible communicators and they seem to hate putting anything in writing in advance, ignoring emails and not returning calls. Vague delivery promises and surprise! we actually had less stuff than we listed for the estimate and got charged significantly more.

We tipped the heck out of the two truckers who hauled our stuff out of the truck for our mom and dad. They were the only decent employees we interacted with. That’s what the two stars is for.

Moving is stressful enough without this unctuous approach to customers. I would avoid We Care For You.

  12. DITTO: WORST MOVERS EVER

Egregiously underestimated the costs and hit me for $2,000 after the truck was packed. Did not pack properly; glass items were destroyed upon delivery. Mold, mildew and water intrusion was evident on alot of items.

HUGE slap in the face: I was offered $71 for my $2,000 of damages.

I WILL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT! THIS IS NOT OK!

  13. Damaged furniture

This outfit is a rip off. I moved from Florida to north Carolina and furniture damaged. Dining chairs broken. Just about every piece of furniture was gouged and scratched. Shrink wrapped items provided no protection. Blankets were not used appropriately. I would NOT reccomend this outfit to move anything!

  14. Glad I Chose Them

First let me say I had a wonderful experience using this company, it started out frustrating because I was going thru personal issues and took out my problems out on my movers but they remained professional even with my bad language and rude disposition. I do want to thank them for getting my items picked up and delivered safety especially in this crazy time.

  15. Move from Florida to alabama

Do not use this company. Save yourself money and time. Move yourself, and hire locals to help. I paid 4 times what it cost me to move 1 truck load myself. Only to pay them to move 1 truck load. And they refused to fully load their truck because their boss had them load someone else’s stuff behind mine to be greedy and make more money.
