  1. Careless Broker - http://wepackmoving.com/.

Avoid We-Pack Moving company at all cost. They took my money for the moving services that never materialized for over seven weeks, would not help me deal with their carrier, and would not refund my money of over $2000.
Filing my complaints with FTC, BBB, FMCSA, AMSA, the State Attorney General, and will probably see them in Court.

  2. SURPRISE!! Another dishonest moving broker.

This is one of many corporations registered in Florida by David Hines. He changes addresses and names frequently to avoid prosecution. Listed address is 125 NE 32ND ST
MIAMI, FL 33127. Although he may have changed names /addresses again. This is a shady, dishonest industry where people are in constant danger of getting prosecuted by the federal government. Lesson learned.
Also, do some searching on the Florida corporation website. You'll find that "We-Pack Moving" is a fictitious name. The actual company name is "Unified Relocation Solutions". Although this will probably change again within a year or two.
    Scum of the earth..
Also, beware.. Most or all of the glowing, 5 star reviews you will see about this or other moving companies/brokers is obviously fake. NOBODY has a joyous, problem-free move. Don't believe it. It's garbage.

  3. I loose furniture and my money.

I moved a year ago from Miami,FL, to Albany,NY after paying the double of the price and my furniture broken.Nobody answer my questions and just silence from We- Pack and Rolls Trans Group.Unprofessional and dishonesty. Shame on you.

  4. Cheaters.

Please don’t go for it, this is a cheating company, they are just like a brokers, they will simply charge from you and they will match a third party to move your stuffs and they will be disappeared. Finally you have to keep on calling to the third party. Then the third parties will never deliver your items.

  5. The Worst.

Over promises, under delivers. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

We were told that there would be no issue getting our items to us by August 7th, if we had them come on August 7th. It is now August 18th and our times just showed up. Once they pass you off to another company, the new company does not honor anything that was originally agreed upon. We paid a deposit of about $2300, based on the info we were provided (a quote of $6800). Once the movers showed up, the Quote went up to about $9600. We could not back out, or they would keep the deposit. They subcontract a terrible company out of Colorado, which made everything worse. We have missing items, the packing was not sufficient, with multiple broken items. Seriously, stay away from this company.

  6. Recent Move using We Pack/.

From the start they promise much but deliver little . We Pack sales people lure you in with low estimates then get there hundreds of dollars up front. Then they turn you over to operations who set up a moving company. they then tell you that they can make no quarantees of meeting the verbal promises of their expert (scam) sales specialist but they already have their cut of the money. Real surprise comes when movers finally come. Initial binding estimate cost by We Pack sales is not slightly off but off by 110 percent. Yes = more than double. They stick in a low volume on the intial estimate but movers show that the volume of load is more than double and cost is more than double. At this point the We Pack sales and operations people go into hiding. They know your phone number and refuse to answer or reply on the many calls that I made over several days. To ANYONE THINKING OF USING WE-PACK --- DO NOT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO NOW. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, I only wish I had seen this web site and the reviews before they lured me in to their SCAM. (Aug 2018) Wish I could give them and their slick talking scam sales people a lower rating than one star.

  7. Wepack/unique van lines.

I hired WePack who outsourced the move to UniqueVanLines for my move from Indy to Miami.

The only good thing about this was the initial phone call with the salesguy Arthur. He assured me over the phone that all my stuff was 100% insured and that any broken, missing, dented, scratched or damaged in anyway item will be paid for or replaced.

Movers came in and packed everything into boxes. They did a terrible job of making sure things were securely packed. I did noted that out but they told they were the experts and to relax. At that point I didn’t have a choice so I let it go.

When we got to Miami, scheduling the delivery of things was another mess. Initially they said they will deliver as soon as I call them, but when I finally called them to deliver they gave me a 14 day window. I guess we were supposed to spend money on a hotel or sleep on the floor till they decide to show up. Initially the driver showed up 2 days before the move in date. Of course they didn’t let them unload cause our lease hadn’t even started yet. Additionally, the building I moved into needs to be notified 24 hrs in advance before a move so you can imagine how hard this was with these people. Luckily it only took them a few days but I believe that's because I had to call then 3 times a day to try to get them to deliver the things. The people I talked to over the phone (I think her name was Maria) weren’t very nice either

So they finally deliver the stuff. While delivering they scratched the newly painted walls (see pics). They did a terrible job building the furniture (see pics) they broke some stuff while moving (See pics) and then left. I started unpacking boxes and found a bunch of stuff broken (see all pics) including a $1,000 Gibson Les Paul guitar and an Acoustic guitar which was completely smashed (See pics). A few glasses were broken, some expensive paintings were scratched, the couch was scratched, coffee table was set on its corners and all 4 corners were scratched/dented, the TV speakers were broken off the base, some lamps were also destroyed and the list goes on (see all pics).

I filed the claim form with all the damages which added up to almost $10k. They have finally replied 3 month later (only because I started emailing them daily for a reply) and they are offering me $181 for all damages. They didn’t even say sorry for the trouble, instead they are blaming me for not reading the fine print on the supposedly 100% insured claim.

Lastly, they offered 1 month of free storage between the pick up and the drop off . That was also a lie. Its only free if you get you stuff out before the first month. If you go over a month they charge you that first month.

I guess if you want to save a few dollars but go over all this trouble go for this guys.

  8. Another moving nightmare.

Though since I had a good experience with the original reservation phone call, everything would work out.
Well its only the beginning, but when the movers arrived, (one didn't even speak english, I don't have a problem with immigrants, but if you are going to work with people SPEAK ENGLISH!!)
The move ended up costing me $500 extra dollars. I did not have alot of furniture.
Then was charged $150 for one wardrobe box and ten rolls of tape. Tape mostly used top secure items in the trruck.

  9. Great Experience.

My husband and I were so impressed by the quality of the work made by this company. Everything was perfect. From easy booking, to the genuine thoughtfulness of the employees. My husband knows better than anyone that anything that implements change in my life stresses me out to the maximum extent. Consequently, I was expecting this move to be difficult and an absolute strain. I was taken aback by the surprise I felt when I realized my stuff and all my belongings were actually in good hands.

This company has done more for me than just move my belongings from one place to another. It has restored my faith in people. I now know that I really can trust this company.

  10. Moved from Florida to NJ.

The initial contact with this brokerage service was very positive. Once they received the down payment I wasn't able to reach the broker who serviced me. Although he said he was available all the time, once he got the deposit he vanished. I don't want to create a problem for anyone and would say his name but his initials are RM. Once they got their deposit they assigned this job to a moving company in the area, this happen to be in Miami. Our move consisted off putting our goods into storage for approximately 5 months and then moving it to NJ. Two men arrived to load a 2 bedroom apartment. We paid to have them pack everything. When they arrived they weren't aware that they had to pack everything so they were short a person. All was OK with them but it took 8 hours to move. We watched them pack and load the truck and all seemed to be OK, We recently got delivery of our goods in NJ. All seemed to be OK, no hidden costs and 2 men to unload the truck. Everything started to go well until we began to see how much of our goods came broken. Apparently from the time the truck was loaded at our apartment there was a lot of damage putting and taking our goods out of their storage facility. Now the problem begins, the 2 men were surprised to see all the damage and took pictures and made a report of all the damaged goods. He is where the problem begins. I call the company and tell them about the amount of damaged goods, smashed boxes, etc. Their response is to complete a claim form and then advise us that the insurance covers 50 cents per pound which is basically nothing. I told them that when I paid extra to have them pack everything I thought my goods would be protected and not have to pay additional insurance if they did their job correctly. Apparently it doesn't matter. If they want they can destroy your goods by their negligence and not care about your losses. I told them they have to do the right thing because there was broken TV, Bed, mirrors, glassware etc. At least $2000 in damages. Now we are waiting to hear from them. Beware of these brokers they don't care about anything except their commissions. Very disappointed with WE Pack and the contractors they used with our move. Go direct and avoid the brokers and make sure you take out replacement cost insurance.

  11. Scam artists. Run far away.

This company if you even want to call it that doesn't even deserve 1 star. They quoted us at $2236 and we ended up being charged $4959. Shawn is a scam artist and once they have your deposit they will not respond. Any 5 star reviews are complete fakes or those people were high when giving their reviews. They have an F with the BBB and 1 star on other websites. The Consumer Affairs reviews they push are completely fake. My Attorney contacted them and some guy named Wilson said I had called everyday and cursed at him. Just another lie of many they constantly tell. I have never even spoken with a Wilson. The pretend to be movers when all they are is brokers who take advantage of people. They then pawn your move off to just as bad moving companies. In my case it was Move On Moving from Las Vegas. The movers picked our stuff up on 12/21/17. We were guaranteed by Shawn to have our stuff no later then the first week of January. We didn't get our belongings till 1/27/18. 37 days later! My daughters keyboard broken, brand new shoe rack broken, trash can broken, mirror shattered. Do not believe one word this company tells you on the phone. They are good sales people, but once they have your money you'll never hear from them again, unless you get an attorney involved. Looking forward to my day in court.

  12. We don't know honesty.

Deshonest, overcharged, unprofessional.Don't make business with this people. After they take your money they never answer your calls. Also they sell your moving to another company that charge you double or more to delivery your goods and if you don't pay right away they kidnap your belonging until they want. They have not respect for the costumers. After one month they delivered humiliating my family. The worst experience in a moving. Please DOT take action against this practices and companies like this disgusting one.

  13. Worst Experience Ever.

I want to affirm what the other reviewers have said, which largely corroborate my own terrible experience with We-Pack.

I solicited a quotes from a number of companies ahead of my cross-country move. The two finalists were We-Pack and another company that a friend had recommended. Their prices were nearly the same but We-Pack promised a three day delivery date that worked for me and also promised shuttle pickup and delivery with its price. I ended up picking We-Pack. They took their deposit, and then it was nearly impossible to get in touch with them thereafter.

Because We-Pack is a broker, I brought up my concern with them about my inability to control the quality of the moving company. We-Pack assured me that they have a handful of businesses the compete for their business, so they have their pick of the best. They also told me that they pay their movers a bonus if there's no claim on delivery, so there's an incentive to treat your furniture well.

Like nearly everything else We-Pack told me, these assurances were false. The moving company that turned up was anything but professional. They came late, drove a budget truck, and had no uniforms or anything other than their word that they were a legitimate moving company that wouldn't make off with all my possessions. The truck driver, who I felt certain was high on arrival, cursed me out when he got to my address. Two of the three movers talked repeatedly about how they expected a tip (even after cursing me out). But you know you're powerless in these situations. You've booked your movers weeks ago and you're already on the date you've got to move; you don't have time to book a different company.

Even though We-Pack promised they'd get my things to my new address in about 10 days, it took about 21 days before I got them. When I initially called We-Pack, I told them I had one week to accept the delivery, and that they needed to set the pickup date to accommodate that delivery. When I called We-Pack about the late delivery, a woman told me it would have never been possible to get my things to me in time because the date We-Pack selected was too close to delivery. I had to take a day off of work during my first week at a new company because We-Pack broke its promise.

To make matters worse, the night before delivery, I got a call from the delivery driver telling me he would make the delivery the next day, but only if I paid him an additional $450 for a shuttle delivery. When I protested that We-Pack said this was included, he simply said "they lied." He explained that he had nothing to do with We-Pack, and that he didn't even have anything to do with the moving company We-Pack hired. The payment, he explained, was just for him.

On the day of the delivery, the driver came at the third hour of a four-hour delivery window. He demanded payment IN CASH before he would take anything off the truck. When I said he'd have to accept a cashier's check (so I'd have a record), he said he would take things to storage because he didn't have time to wait for me to go to the bank (though it was his choice to show up three hours late). I convinced the moving company to get him to stay and paid the amount under protest.

Despite being ignored by the rep who promised me shuttle service at We-Pack, I was able to get in touch with their operations department. They repeatedly told me they'd "look into it," but never followed up with me. I called them multiple times, and the only thing I got was that they'd "look into it."

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and all they did was falsely claim that I signed a contract that did not include shuttle service (though they did not deny promising it to me orally that shuttle service was included in the price). In fact, I never signed anything from them. I only received web-based "estimates" from them AFTER we discussed services and pricing. The only thing I signed was from the moving company AFTER delivery.

We-Pack's rating on the BBB is now an F. Others are calling the company out for its misdeeds. Unfortunately, these reviews weren't here when I booked them, but hopefully the reader will take my advice and AVOID WE-PACK AT ALL COSTS.

  14. Cross Country move.

This is a company that claims to be there thru the entire move. Until they contract with another moving company (not a very good one) and you will never be able to get ahold of these guys again. The moving company they contracted with has over 100 loads to deliver and they are waiting for trucks to come in. I have called that company on many occasions and they are very rude and still have my things in their warehouse. The packed my things on the 5th of September. It is now the 26th and I have no idea when it will arrive. Don't expect any help from WePack..it won't be there for you.

  15. Run.Fast.Run.

    Run. Fast. Run:
We-Pack is a moving broker. We-Pack gives you an estimate outlaying what is included, the cost and takes a deposit. Despite the slogan which says, “We-Pack, We Load, We Drive, when it is time for your move, We-Pack sends one of their 'agent/carriers’ to pack and move your belongings. On their website, We-Pack states they use only "qualified carriers with over 100 years combined experience". In addition, they state that, "customer service is truly our first priority" and pledge to make your move, "as stress free as possible". Nothing could be further from the truth. We-Pack sent their 'carrier', Rolls Trans on 8/12 for my move from Jax to Washington, DC. They charged $750 dollars more than my estimate, verbal aggression when I questioned the difference, inability to show how they measured/weighed my belongings to come up with the overage, and NO customer service. I have filed a complaint with DOT for deceptive practices and failure to provide me with Rolls Trans' arbitration information as required by law.

In addition and more importantly, one of the 'movers' inappropriately touched a female relative who was overseeing the move for me. The Jacksonville Beach Police have been contacted and we are committed to making sure no other female will be put in a vulnerable situation again by this man. The mistake I made was thinking that We-Pack would be upset by the situation and take it seriously. To date, they have been uncooperative. Michael the 'manager' does not call (as promised)or return a call. Sean, my salesman does not return a call. Run. Fast. Run.
