  1. Moving.

    We used White Lion when we were referred by our neighbors who have been using them for over 30 years. The workers were in full uniform and were excellent at packing and moving. Very polite and the price was below what we were estimated. JC was our crew leader and he was excellent, our sales rep Logan was also very knowledgeable and nice. We used their AC storage for over 6 months and had the easiest experience. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Move went very smooth and the price was very reasonable. They stored our items in an air conditioned storage facility for 6 months and everything was redelivered without a single scratch. My family had used White Lion Moving & Storage several times over the last 30 years! I would recommend them to anyone.

  3. Bunch of crooks.

    Warning do not use white lion ! my name is jeff goodman. I used these guys for a move and they extorted me for extra money! threatened to hold my furniture hostage until I "paid up". A guy at the office said to me " your lucky I didn't have my guys throw your stuff in the street !

    I have used White Lion Twice for moving and storage. Both times it was the best experience. Both moves went perfectly, the owner and helpers were professional and cost was very reasonable. Everything was in perfect condition after being in storage in their containerize storage for over 4 years. I would recommend White Lion with confidence.

  5. Moving And Scaming.

    This company is dishonest and a scam.  This was the move from hell. with damaged goods, empty boxes full of paper, outrageous overcharges and dishonest moving employees.  They are very nice until they have you on the dishonest estimate.  I am suing them as they would not even send me claim forms and said that I owed them money.  This is a company that should be shut down.  They especially take advantage of older people and are so blatant that they simply leave valuable items at the old place and claim they are finished. THe condition of the items in the new place was chaos, with damaged antiques.  Stolen valuable art. I will pursue this legally, but in the meantime, people should be warned:  STAY AWAY.

    I hired 2 men to help me pack and move some furniture into a storage pod. First, they were late, then it took them 1 hour to shrink wrap and load 2 medium size cabinets.The movers kept answering their cell phones and when I told them about it and that they were here to do a job. They basically told me too bad- they take their calls.Very unprofessional. I called the office and then the movers finally went into gear and did the job after the office called them. The movers had no idea of how to handle antiques. It was a nightmare. I WAS ALSO DOUBLE CHARGED BY WHITE LION. I just disputed it on my credit card with my bank. We shall see what happens. I WAS ALSO CHARGED A FUEL CHARGE THAT WAS NEVER DISCLOED TO ME UNTIL THE FINAL BILL. I  WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND 'WHITE LION ' MOVERS. OVERALL-THE WORST.

  7. Bad experience.

    Deliver date. Not on time.. Missing vault.   Movers ,said  Will be back next day with missing stuff..   Seven [ 7 ] Days later , missing bed frame brought.  Still missing, Dinning room table and boxes.  Also unpack broken lamps.  Filled claim for 2400.00. For missing items.  90 days later  Can't get an answer from  White Lion claims dept.        How can they say a vault was missing, But !!  Deliver some goods  7 days later.

  8. Stay away fom White Lion! Thry're Cheaters!

    White Lion is a completely dishonest company. They double charge customers and refuse to respond, acknowledge or resolve any customer complaints or issues. They called and asked for a check after one was already issued. Plus, they charge your credit card. Then, after they get your money, they never answer any calls to fix their clear intent to double or triple charge customers.  Stay away!!

  9. Doubled charged on same move.

    I was doubled charged for the same move and the White Lion Moving Company will not credit my account or return phone calls.The day of the move they were trying to pack one day and then move the next. This is not what I ordered and there was no reason for two days of moving. I am 85 and cannot afford this cost!

  10. Dishonest estimate, would not honor damage claim.

    I used this company for a local move in the Tampa Bay Area. The Estimator visited my home and estimated 7-8 hours at $1,092 with two trucks and four movers. One truck came with three movers and it took 15.5 hours and I was charged $1,997 after balking at a charge of $2,100. The Owner insisted that I write the check to him personally, rather than to the company. When I refused he became argumentative. The move in was estimated to be $900 and it was $1,446. The movers damaged a few little decorative items which I chose to not claim. However, they severed a cord on an appliance which cost $189 to repair. White Lion's responsiblilty by state law at .60/lb. was approximately $79 of the amount. They refused the claim.

    Do not use this company. They were dishonest from day one. They underestimated the cost of the move and then held my items basically hostage until they were paid. Their owner was unbelieveably unprofessional. Their claims agent chose to have me be an unsatisfied customer rather than pay a minimal claim amount.
