  1. A scammer.

    Bad in all the way try many times to contact never reply till today.
    I lost partial of my belongings and never got back the item or the value that I insured
    What I can say it’s a pure scam.

  2. Whiteswan Criminals !

    Whiteswan Relocation and Frank Nelson, nearly costs us our entire household belongings. At first he - speaks Danish like me - seems nice and orderly. I thrusted him completely. After our stuff was picked up, we never received the container in Denmark. I paid in full in cash at the beginning. After many rude and agressive emails and verbal abuse..I had to threaten with legal action. Finally I had a good friend come to the rescue - cannot say what - but we did get our things back, all in one piece and ok..but DO NOT use Whiteswan ! They are absolute CROCKS.

  3. Worst Moving Experience Ever.

    I served 22 years in the military, so I know a thing or two about moving.
    Frank Nelson is the biggest cheat and con man I have ever dealt with.
    After reading these reviews, I have to concur with what everyone wrote and then some.
    I also read Frank Nelson's excuses and lies.
    Without going into my whole experience, I challenge Frank Nelson to tell me to my face, that he is not a fraud. He is such a coward, he hid from my wife when she went to confront him.
    We even had to hire another company to deliver our household goods from Bangkok to us. He took off with about $2000.00 of our money for customs charges.
    Stay away from this company and this man.

  4. Relocation.

    Never, never, never touch them. They are cheater. They established the company for cheat people. Firstly they giving to you good quotation. After you give to them your belongings they start playing with you. Firstly they gave to me $7000 quotation for Thailand to China and they said storage fee is 3000 Baht monthly. I gave to them our belongings and few months later I requested to them relocation my belongings. After all document ready they send to me new quotation $11.500 +1500$ . I didn't accept when I asking to them why like this their explaining are just not enough profit. And they changed the storage fee 21000 Baht. With out any explain. around 2 months discussion they reduce the price $8500 +$1500. But I didn't trust to them any more I wanted with bank warranty. But they didn't accept and send to many email for accepting. Finaly I agreed. They sent my belongings with out reviewing documents after my belongings come to china they said I need extant my visa. It is get around 1.5 month. I paid extra demorage fee $2000 and I paid $5000 tax for my used belongings this another bad job too. After I paid totaly $16.000 I god my belongings with too many broken and lost. After I checked the packing list they send firstly 151 box. They send to agency new packing list it is has 135 pcs. Also too many big thing not in the list. They are absolutely cheater. They are stealing your money and belongings and you can not do any think. Be cause you are out of the country.

  5. Absolute FRAUD.

    Quite possibly the worst moving experience I have ever had. Frank Nelson is an absolute fraud, he had no idea what he was speaking about and basically came - packed my stuff and sent it to China without any knowledge of the local laws. My container was held in customs for nearly 3 months and to make matters worse, locked by the China customs authorities. White Swan has the slightest clue on any formal procedure. They also charged me double the amount from my original move (Korea to Thailand). There was hardly any communication after he received my money only to ridicule me and verbally attack me. I am a client!!  Frank Nelson basically held my personal belongings hostage and sent them off without the approval from the Chinese logistics company. I would never recommend this joke of a business. Its sad - I should have gone with a reliable company such as Tiger Mobility which was actually recommended by the original logistics company that handled the move. In fact, the Korean company politely declined to handle my move to China since they knew it was a complicated process. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from White Swan ! If there was a BBB in Thailand, I would make a report. The only thing I can do now is hope that I can get my shipment. I still have not received it, the Chinese logistics company is still having trouble receiving the proper paperwork from White Swan. When I asked them, how did you even get in contact with White Swan? They replied "They probably found us on the internet, they shipped without any approval from us." I really hope this nightmare is over soon and hope none of you ever encounter this problem! UPDATE* The story goes from real bad to an absolute nightmare. Shortly following the posting of this review, Frank finally sent me an email and asked me to remove it and would "settle" it with a reimbursement to remove the post. After removing, I was informed from the local China partner that Frank was unresponsive and due to his unprofessional conduct we have an issue. The China partner is Asia Express International Movers. They are just as negligent as now they just billed me $7500 USD for DEMURRAGE charges for keeping my shipment in storage. Unbelievable, the manager Benoit stated they will "seize my shipment and sell it." The absolute worse moving experience just turned into financial nightmare. So now a simple move from Bangkok to Shanghai is costing over $15,000 USD. NEVER TRUST THESE CROOKS!

  6. White Swan Are big frauds.

    Since I am a third customer writing a bad review here, this should confirm already that White Swan and Mr. Frank Nelson are a big fraud. I agree that this company should be shut down immediately as they are bid frauds. He and his wife both are frauds. She replied to one email in her bad English too, telling us if we didn't read the contract it's not their fault. The truth is they never show us the contract and not even clearly tell you about it upon agreement. They take your signature when they pick up the goods from you just confirming the number of boxes etc. They are black swans! Big big frauds! Don't trust them! It was horrible. No documents were printed out or shown to us at the time of agreement, and when asked, Mr. Nelson gave assurance that it was a door to door service and apart from customs we need not to worry about anything. I regret trusting his words because again they were only verbal. I asked him if we'd had to pay anything extra other than the customs, and he told us not to worry about it. He charged us 1849 $. When I asked why it was so much, he mentioned that most of the costs are for holland because the handling fee in Europe was expensive. I didn't have so much stuff, just 29 small boxes, most of it were personal items and no furniture at all, just clothes and simple living stuff like small room decoration and cups and small kitchen items. He also confirmed that the transport fee in holland was included and that it was a door to door service I wouldn't have to pay anything additional apart from customs if they occur and this was all inclusive. That's the thing we didn't have any customs fee at all as they were not applicable to us these were personal items with our country move. He said the fee was so much because the cost in holland was a lot and that in Thailand the costs were only 500$ from the total. What happened was the complete opposite. Not only our goods didn't reach on time, they were extremely late and we could not track them. I sent several emails to ask about my goods and White swan told me to wait patiently and that we need not to worry and they were safe. My husband is dutch so he looked into it and found that the partner company that was supposed to receive our goods here, was not even there or we think don't even exist. When I called in to ask White Swan, Mr. Nelson tells us that they shut down n didn't inform him. I mean how is that even possible business wise. Also, they didn't follow up on the shipment resulting in additional storage costs upon arrival and unnecessary delays. The thing that bothered me the most was that even when we contacted them about our goods, and told them they were just laying at the port after my husband tracked them here in holland. They did nothing to help us. They didn't track them further and what Mr. Nelson said was sorry!. Oh my God, How could you just say that? Like that helps?? My husband then took over and tracked them himself here. What if we never called in to check up with our shipment. Can you imagine the costs? It shows they are very irresponsible and ignorant. They just don't care. My husband carried out all the necessary procedures here himself to receive our stuff. He tracked the goods and contacted a company in holland that assisted us. The company in holland are very professional and we received our goods but, ofcuz there were more surprises for us. Yes there were broken boxes, almost all of them were broken. A lot of damaged goods. Not only that, but we had an additional cost upon arrival of 800+ euros which came as a surprise to us. When we contacted white Swan they tell us to pay for it, and even told the dutch company that contacted them from here that the customer had to pay. I even asked them about the money I paid them, what happened to that? And they bring a contract with a condition to throw it on our face that port charges is not in their control. They simply ate our money. Why weren't we informed of it earlier, and why wasn't it mentioned at the time of the agreement. And why wasn't it mentioned when I asked them. All Mr. Nelson said was that I was paying more because it covered all the costs in Europe including the transport fee, but we had to pay for that too. Mr. Nelson, he is sneaky, he knows eu law really well, under the conditions as we were receiving goods, since we were the receiver, if we didn't pay for it we could ve been in trouble. An action can be taken upon us if we didn't pay. What he does is take your goods take your money and send the goods off, and if we didn't track it our goods would ve probably been sold off for the fee that wasn't paid. As long as he got the money it's okay for him and as long as he sent ur goods already he doesn't care, plus he eats the money that was for handling of the goods. You'd want your goods of course you would do anything to receive it including paying again to receive them and he knows it. So I am typing this review because I don't want anyone to go through this, in moving from one country to another it is hard enough and you don't want a fraud or to be cheated with money when you already have to pay a lot during your move. Do not trust anything White Swan have to say as I have all the emails to prove this happened too, to prove what they did to us.

  7. Relocation.

    This would have to be worst moving or relocation experience I have ever had and would never use this company ever!!
    This company and Mr Nelson are terrible and should be put out of business.
    To avoid any issues I had this guy come and look at all the things to relocate. A person with any experience would know this from experience as they have to allow for boxes and transport to suit the items. I was told I had about 8 cubic meters.
    I then arranged for collection, there was no packing list put together just the number of boxes. The documents I had signed listed none of the contents.
    Then the next day I had communication that there was 12 cubic meters and a whopping invoice. this is a 30% increase. I objected this and was then told if I did not pay I would also be up for storage fees. I almost did not ship as the bill for shipping was now getting up around the value of the goods. I also discovered with this amount it would have been cheaper for me to just get a whole shipping container for myself. Mr Nelson would offer no discount despite my objections and also not a shipping container as that opportunity had passed.
    I have now had my good arrive in Australia and the receiving company here had no documents so I had to fill out everything again. Most of the costs that I was informed had been covered in my invoice from Mr Nelson were in fact not.
    Then when I received the invoice from the customs clearance company is Australia in notice in the invoice that I was invoice for the inspection of 8.37 cubic meters. Some of these items are also now damaged. I hate to think of what luck I will have in trying to get any insurance.
    Therefore the 14 meters was in fact a fabrication.
    Mr Nelson asked if I had any friends in Thailand that may need his services. Be careful Mr Nelson as some of the friends I have that may get you around to give a quote may give you something else to go along with it.
    If you don't like it Mr Nelson I would like to post all the email correspondence and invoices to show that what I am saying here is the truth.

  8. Stay away from this company.

    Our relocation was such a nightmare,from White Swan relocating company from Bangkok to Manila. At first all was OK but 1 weeks before the moving the owner was getting an attitude as we have to beg to know all the information about moving. We pay around 4000$, we end up paying 9750$ why?
    Well because they put false info such as as the weight on all documents and the customs don't care they read all the documents, 3 boxes were missing, lots of glasses broken. All the tape they use still mark our furniture.

    We move a lot worldwide it is the first time that we have been treated by the owner of this company like we were not customers. Each time we ask for information we were getting someone very rude and this owner always as been trying to ask for more and more money. I can't believe that a foreigner could act like this to a foreign family. It was such a nightmare and stress ,there was no inventory done by the company at the day of moving, it was not even one document to sign and no one count our goods. Such an unprofessional company we were stuck with them as the next day of the moving we were flying, but my god what stress my family and I got from White Swan Company Bangkok. It's not worst for the money, we end up paying and all the missing or broken items.
