Broken, Damaged, and Stolen Items
Hired [NAME EDIT] and his "company", Wrapid Up Moving and they destroyed so many of my belongings and lied to my face about it. They didn't bring enough packing materials and Angel took long breaks to "get materials" but he was just getting fast food... even after all the trips for paper / boxes, they still used my christmas saran wrap to 1/2 wrap my rug! They brought guys that weren't movers who stole and went through personal belongings. They agreed to refund some of the damaged items but then stopped responding to messages. I had to start a police report, file an insurance claim, and waste so much time. Avoid at all costs. The person who booked the move was [NAME EDIT]. He's nice on the phone before they rip you off. They charged me over 3x as much as he quoted and I was forced to pay because they left some of my items in the house hours before I had to leave and still didn't get the job done. 10+ hours for a 2 bedroom where I already packed a lot myself and sold a lot of the furniture. On top of that, I had to help move because they were so slow. Ernie offered to inspect the damages to reimburse me but lied about that too. Do not hire these guys.
