1. Our moving to NJ from CA in September 2015.

   One of my friend who referred XO movers to us.. We were very happy with their service. They were very prompt in responding to our queries ( Mr Josh) and Victor and Team did a wonderful job while they were at our place for packing the stuff .. As they promised our household items arrived within 14 days of time frame and we received all the stuff too .. The disappointment part was few of our boxes were damaged resulting to that few our items were broken . The irony was while finalizing with XO, we were told once they deliver the items they will assemble our big stuff like sofas, dining table , bunk bed and other beds etc .. But when they arrived they weren't ready to assemble everything and the reason they told us was they don't know how to do it and we don't believe that . they left few stuff without assembling and we had to do a lot of work later setting up things which really was upsetting and painful .. Apart from that bad experience we were ok with XO movers .

2. No damage,Absolutely phenomenal job!

   We recived a on site estimate at our place and were very happy with the price and the friendly estiomator mattis.
   movesr arrived 8 days later on excpected date
   They were extremely helpful in ensuring everything went right where it was supposed to when we arrived at the new house!
   These guys are hands-down the best movers I've ever worked with.
   Friendly, fast, safe, and efficient in both ends, stsnds by there promisees everything arrived safe no damage,Absolutely phenomenal job!

   The price was within the estimate window they gave me,
   even though the elevator at my new apartment ended up being more of a hassle than expected.
   They were friendly, dependable, and efficient.
   What more can you ask for? They rounded down on the total time it all took,
   and I payed way less than what I estimated it would be.
   Everything arrived perfectly and under predicted time,

5. Unethical business practices.

   Gave me artificially low estimate to gain my business for my move;using deceitful tactics &false offers.Raising prices& Holding my belongings hostage I am beyond disappointed with the false level of security XO sold me throughout the process, and their movers ended up costing me significantly more than the next lowest bidder, which had relativ ratings to XO . Every time I would ask Scott (XO rep) why their estimates mass volume under details didn't match the actual weight I gave him (from my previous move only 14 months prior), it was because he always wanted to tell me what I wanted to hear. We were knowingly defrauded by falsely underestimating the cost to get my business. His estimate was 35% below what the actual coat resulted, despite as many times as I mentioned to him that the facts he stated on the estimate were inaccurate, I even emailed that to him and documented it. Not to mention the additional $250 we spent out of pocket on packing supplies, which we were told were included, most were not used, and most of the packaged goods we're excessively wrapped by his employees and packaged. Additionally, the XO truck was not large enough, and I had to rent a truck and pick up things that didn't fit on my first weekend at home. At an additional cost to me XO's devious business practices, have caused us loss of work time, distress and an additional $1200 above XO's agreed upon original estimate. Shame on me for trusting XO, but most importantly, shame on XO for your devious and misleading business practices. What's worst is that the XO rep must have called me over 15 times before the move, and no one from XO company called me after the move, knowing the deceit and lies they had committed with our move for over 7 days (after I sent emails and calls)., not until March 6, 2014. I find it difficult to believe that no one from XO contacted me after the horrible experience we had with their company on the 27th of February 2014 when we moved, knowing our level of dissatisfaction with their handling of our moving estimate and my messages sent with the actual moving agents, There is very little anyone can do or say to take the fowl feelings we have left over this process with XO and how XO conducted themselves to "sell me their product" at any cost to us, regardless of honesty. Prior to the move, when we spoke on the phone, I gave them the accurate account of what we had discussed from my previous move 14 months prior (adding an extra 400lbs) from Florida to California where our move took up 1/3 of a 48 ft North American Van LInes truck (great movers). On every one of your ocnversations XO reiterated that the price we discussed and signed off on and XO adjusted for me was an "UP TO.."amount which secured that I would only pay "UP TO..(that amount we agreed on) regardless of any additional changes," which was false, since XO moving agents had us sign documents to change the estimate not once but twice during the move, while they had our items mounted on their trucks. Once in MOnterey in the middle of them moving our things, at this point, our items were held hostage, and again at 1130pm when they arrived at our new home in the East Bay. They misguided, and misled us! Liars and Cheaters.

6. XO Moving Systems, Union City, CA.

   So upset I'm not sure where to start! Hired XO moving Systems in July 2013 to move from California to Pennsylvania. The quote was decent but upon loading my things, grew to a much larger number! Once your stuff is already loaded, you get hit with the real bill and what can you do now that everything is wrapped and loaded? I paid half in cash and just decided, nothing I can do.  Got to Pennsylvania and waited 23 days for my stuff to arrive. It was a nightmare. When my stuff arrived, I found out that they sub-contract to someone else, some guy from New York who actually drove to CA and picked my stuff up and delivered. He is not even from XO Moving! First off, he didn't even have a knife to get plastic wrapping off my belongings, and used my butterknife. My boxes were smashed, my box springs were ripped and had wholes in bottoms.  One of my nightstands had a big chunk of it missing. My wardrobes were broke apart and re-taped. One was even upside down, clothes laying in the bottom, hanging rack thrown on top, and box was open!  I have a soft side waterbed mattress that cannot be folded because of the baffles (as I instructed them). It was laying on my floor folded in half. I had boxes that were completely busted open and all over the truck; they asked me for garbage bags to scoop my belonging into and used the neighbor's chair to prop my belongings on and into my house. All my files, taxes, records etc. were all out of the folders and in  garbage bags along with books, speakers and many other things.  My microwave will not work now (was perfect before). It says sensor error.  And the worst of all, my huge office unit (a large L shaped desk unit with cubbards, drawers, two file cabinets..top piece,..was all in pieces.  First off, it was broken in several places, chunks taken out of it all over, the guy who took it apart in many many pieces against my wishes (who assured me not to worry) literally ripped the pieces apart and the wholes where the hardware went in, are completely stripped, wheels broken off the file cabinets, the whole right side of unit, is completely broken and I was so upset.  The sub-contractor called his boss who supposedly called the boss at XO Moving and left a message. (XO says they don't know anything about it)  He said he had to go to next job. He left me here with a huge pile of broken pieces, all the hardware laying on my floor and that was that.  I still have not been able to unpack all the mess but in process of filing a claim. My entire office unit is unusable. They supposedly will give me 60 cents a pound for broken items, which doesn't even come close to what my belongings cost, even used.  What a nightmare!!  Do not use this company!!  I will let you all know how they handle my claim as I go through this horrible process.
