  1. Extremely poor service.

I am a 100% disabled Veteran. My disabilities are extensive. I have lower spinal, joint, muscle, nerve and tendon issues. I also suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury and neurological problems.

This moving company has not provided any of the HIGH-QUALITY promises as outlined in the Metal of Honor Contract.

I recommend having a receipt book or a type written document showing payment breakdown on loading and delivery monies rendered on both Postal Money Order or Cash and ensure they sigh receipt for monies verified and received, before handing over the funds.

This moving group was subcontracted by Medal of Honor Moving Group. When Zion Hope showed up, I went to meet the movers, one was peeing next to the truck on the street.

After our initial discussion on the phone with the dispatch PHILLIP, I was told that the movers will load only what was on the list and anything else will be extra. This is NOT what was promised by M of H. I had staged

While packing the 40 boxes (per-list only) I found out the workers had not eaten, so I got them food. After they got back to work--By the way they showed up about 4:30 pm and did not leave until just after Midnight--one worker hurt his foot, so my son had to help load the truck and I had to plastic wrap the furnishings. The movers did not put blankets or protective materials around my antic or new furnishings. The blankets were left in the garage doorway.

The movers stood my finished belongings on end with NO PROTECTION under or around them to keep from damages.

They took things apart that didn't need to take apart, I even had to provide tools so they could complete the job.

I was told--verbally by the driver, he had to get this done because he had to pick up his new car the next day and, my belonging would be 4 to 7 days for delivery.

When Larry, the lead driver had hurt his foot and could not work, he attempted to call and text his dispatch--Phillip-- several times. I called the number Phillip gave me and no answer. Finally, after several hours Phillip called me back and said "I left my phone in the car."

All this time Larry had been resting on my sofa and using ice packs and elevation on his injury. I got permission from Phillip, the dispatcher to give Larry some Advil. Eventually, Larry was able to help with the last 10 minutes of loading the lite stuff.

Upon completion of loading, the movers left large furnishing items that was on the contract. I had to give away a $4,000 T.V. wall unit because I could not move it. I had to wrap and move a $3,000 dollar Thomas Kinkaid painting. We eventually had to get a 6' x 12' U haul to move some small belongings and medical devices.

The truck space that was promised was 1000 sqf-8' x 8' x 15.4'. The boxes loaded were to approximately 6' foot because I was told they didn't have enough tie-downs. The other furnishings were loaded as mentioned in the review.

We left 2 says after Zion Hope left my home in Arizona, so we could meet them at the new house in Arkansas. I called Metal of Honor to describe the horrific service and when to expect my delivery, they inquired with Zion Hope and were told, they have up to 21 days to deliver. I called Phillip at Zion Hope Enterprises and explained I was told 4 to 7 days for delivery and explained my disabilities that I am sleeping on the floor and require my belongings. Phillip told me by contract he has 21 days to deliver my belongings.

Because Zion Hope is holding my belongings, I had to purchase a new mattress and borrow lawn chairs to sit on.

I requested my son be paid for doing 5 hours of work his men did not accomplish. He said "I think that is possible, but you have to pay us and we'll see about reimbursement." I told Phillip I have talk to a lawyer and at this point he became rude and said he has 21 days to deliver my stuff. Phillip, went on to complain the truck was full when it arrived, he stated he let go the employees who moved my furnishing and my stuff is in storage, waiting for a truck to come to Arkansas.

Well, today is now March 7th, 2020 and still no delivery of my belongings. Friday will be 1 day out of contract delivery and I have not heard from Zion Hope. I did call Metal of Honor on March 6, 2020 and the customer service said "I will call them and get right back to you." this is the second time this was promised and no return call.

I do not endorse Zion Hope Enterprise or the follow up service of Metal of Honor.
