Stay Away
In our experience this company is good at just one thing - collecting your money. After that they provide no value-add, no customer support, and poor communications.
We had MANY problems with our move including being charged 3x their quotation and they have done literally nothing to help us resolve this with the carrier nor did they provide any assistance with a claim for the lost and damage goods. Go anywhere else but A-Plus for your move needs. There’s lots of better, more reliable options out there.

My move went smoothly with A-Plus Moving & Storage LLC at the helm. The woman on the phone was very informative, helpful and thorough when taking my itemized inventory list of what was being moved. That generated my price which I thought was fair. I then spoke to their customer service department a week before my move and made some last minute adjustments so there would be no surprises come the day of my move. The crew worked very hard and had my stuff packed and loaded within 3 hours and I got my delivery 2 days later. Can't really ask for much more than that. Very happy I used A-Plus Moving & Storage LLC services for my move.

Everyone at A-Plus Moving & Storage LLC was very accommodating. We had an issue where we had to remove a piece of furniture 2 days before the move as it was unexpectedly broken and it was hassle-free to remove. I would use A-Plus Moving & Storage LLC again for sure. They also had the bonus of being the most reasonably priced movers around!

A Plus really is the best. I was having a hard time finding movers. With A Plus they had it all set up quickly and stress less. Long Distance Move from Florida to New York
This was the worst moving experience ever. Everything was great with A-Plus until the day of pickup when they sent some lying scamming POS moving company A and M Movers. As soon as they had my things loaded in their truck they almost tripled the price of the move and said I had a ridiculous amount of cubic feet. After that I was stuck in a horrible game of "good cop" (A-Plus Movers) and "bad cop" (A and M Movers) and at the end of the day neither did anything to help.
Before paying any money to A-Plus please be sure you have the info of the carrier they are going to use. It'll most likely be SCAMMERS!!!
Long Distance move from Arizona to Massachusetts
I have moved 4 times between Arizona and Massachusetts over last 5 years and this by far was the WORST EXPERIENCE.
A Plus did initial contract all over the phone and through email. When the day came for pickup, it did not happen and then I was told PACKRITE MOVERS from NJ were the movers. Starting on that day everything that could go wrong with movers did. I was in contact with A PLUS numerous times and they did nothing to help me.
I am still dealing with damaged and lost items that PackRite is not doing anything about and either is A PLUS.
I was frauded on estimate price to over double for delivery price. I took pictures and was told by delivery driver it was over charged by about 300-400 cu ft. APLUS told me we'd see and nothing has happened. APLUS told me when they did not show up on day contracted for pickup the driver would discount me $150, He did NOT.
On delivery I had lost items and many broken items. It has taken 3 weeks to get claim form. A PLUS stated they would help with overcharge for incorrect volume. Now they are not helping.
I spoke with A Plus and emailed correspondence over 12 times. I was handed off from one customer service rep to another. When finally dealing with one, I have been told she no longer works for company. So everything she told or or promised me doesn't exist anymore. All I ever got was phone numbers for me to call or promises that did not come true (discounts, pickup and delivery dates wrong, etc)

I can't express how happy I am that I came across A-Plus Moving & Storage LLC. Everyone knows that moving can be a stressful and unpleasant experience when things don't go as planned. However, working with A-Plus Moving & Storage LLC, they made my moving process very easy. When I first called them up, the staff was polite and eager to help me with any questions I had. When the day came to move, the movers were efficient and arrived right on time. That's a blessing with any service honestly. Not to mention their prices were very affordable.
