  1. Great Moving Experience!

    We recently moved from TX to NJ for a better job opportunity.It was such a big and not an easy move for us, with 3 kids and 3 dogs we decided to hire a professional movers. I was heisted about using a moving company, but Im glad we found Across USA! None of our items were broken. I spoke with Sylvia the sales rep and she explain to me everything about my move. The price  was within our budget. I can’t say enough good words about this moving experience.  Thank You Across USA!  .

  2. Pleasent Experience!

    I recently moved with Across USA and would definitely recommend them. First, Sylvia was a pleasure to talk to and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the move with me. Second, they delivered what they promised - over delivered, really with three guys and large truck to move me from a studio to a one bedroom. Third, the movers were efficient, cautious, and friendly, to boot. They checked with me on several items they had questions about before they attempted to move anything and they took extra precautions to ensure that my fragile pieces were well cared for during the trip. Overall, I was very pleased with the move.

  3. Great Job at Reasonable Price!

    We called several moving companies for out move from TX to DC. Across USA gave us a reasonable price and we decided to use them for our move. The movers were extremely careful with my furniture. They wrapped everything in quilted blankets. When they were done with the delivery we could not find a mark on my furniture. Great job at reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

    I'm your typical do-it-yourself mover, so I had my doubts about how much faster a moving company could be than myself and a few friends. Let's just say I'll never do a self-move again. I decided to go with Across USA because a couple of trusted coworkers highly recommended their services. Scheduling was painless and they called on multiple occasions to confirm our appointment and to get a better sense of how much stuff would be moved. On moving day I was greeted by the super friendly team of Manny, Edwin and Manolo. In a matter of a few hours they had my 2 bedroom apartment packed up and ready to go, taking great care to pack up every item ensuring everything from my salt and pepper shakers to my large sectional were wrapped up nice and tidy. At my new place, the team continually ran back and forth between the truck and house..not a single wasted moment and not even a single break taken during the entire move. All about efficiency and doing the right thing for the customer. A to Across USA.

    From initial contact through quotation and final delivery of the move itself both my wife and I cannot praise the service highly enough from Across USA. The moving day went like a dream. Your employees, David and his crew (the fact that we remember their names speaks volumes in itself) were exemplary. They were hard working, polite and very quick. Thank You Guys!

    When I was moving from TX to CA I decided to use Across USA and I was not disappointed AT ALL. I wasn't actually home when the movers came (my wife was) and I was so worried that something would be broken or damaged without me looking after them, but they were so careful! Being the worrier that I am, I also made sure that they had insurance, but I didn't even need it! I’m so happy with my decision and would recommend Across USA to anyone who is looking for an easy quick move.

    While talking about Across USA one thing I must mention that they provide a lot more than what they charge. I have recently used this company while moving to my new apartment. The sales girl Sylvia offered me a great deal and were very nice over the phone. Manny and his guys were very punctual, friendly, helpful, skilled, committed, speedy and most importantly willing to give their best. None of felt the heat of the move or none of us actually moved even a finger during that time. All went as planned and smooth as silk. There were no hidden charges, no delay or no unwanted issues. Everything was picture perfect, nice and easy. Thank You Across USA.

    Called Across USA  Moving when a friend gave them 2 thumbs up from his move. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I had my moving day yesterday and not only did they show up on time (early, actually), but they seemed prepared and ready to move my crap and never complained once, even when we found out the freight elevator was out of order in my new building and they had to share the passenger elevator and stairs. They even helped put things together and made sure everything was in the right place before they left. AND they took my old couch out to the dumpster for me! They were also very patient with my extremely yappy dog who wasn't happy that I crated him while the movers were there. He must have been obnoxious to them but they didn't complain and even played with him when I took him out to calm down. Not saying that patience with pets is a requirement of a moving company, but it was an added bonus! I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone and I would love to use them again!

  9. Great Moving Company!

    I used several moving companies because I moved several times in my life. Yesterday I used Across USA for the first time and the experience was awesome. Daniel and his team showed up at 8am and completed the entire move within 2pm. I must say that they were quite fast considering the volume of my stuffs. But what really impressed me is their accuracy. Though there were some odds but the movers applied their skills and experience to avoid any hassles. My inventory was perfect even after the move and the cost of the move remained within my reach.

  10. Unprofessional Thieves.

    Driver was very unprofessional, tried to use con artist tactics to get us to sign a jacked up contract not knowing that binding means just that, stole a cashiers check off the kitchen counter when no one looking, got angry when confronted pushed chair with metal stand against car parked in garage causing damage to door police had to come out and file a report. Seeking legal to get stolen check.

    I could not have been more pleased with Across USA. The movers arrived right on time, wrapped everything very quickly yet thoroughly and professional, and finished our move extremely fast. They were willing to do whatever we needed and were cheerful, friendly, and efficient. I will use Across USA again without question.

  12. DEFINITELY Recommended!

    Across USA made my first-ever move experience a very painless and simple one! Moving from TX to SC, Across USA was great to work with to make sure that everything was taken care of. Despite a minor computer glitch that had the team show up later than expected (through no fault of theirs), they were still able to complete a partial packing and move out by the end of the day. Manny led the team, and they were proficient, super courteous, and so careful with all my things. I was surprised that Across USA had sent 4 guys to pack & move me - what a wonderful surprise it was! A few days later I met up with Manny again for the drop off and unloading my shipment into my new home. They were, again, WONDERFUL, very prompt, and willing to arrange things exactly how I wanted. Will DEFINITELY use again - and recommend to anyone who will listen!

  13. Nightmare!

    Across USA Moving and Storage is the worst nightmare I have ever encountered!!  I was planning a move from Garland, TX to Lake Worth, FL and contacted Across USA Moving and Storage.  I provided itemized belongings that needed to be moved and they quoted me via email of $1,400 with a $100 deposit which was paid.  During my packing I had to additions to my intial inventory and they re-quoted me a rough estimate of $1,500.  I scheduled the pick up date to be June 8th, 2013.  I spoke to office personal and asked if I could pay with my card and the rep said I could pay with my card the drivers carry a machine with them to process the card.  That being said, I planned on paying the movers with my card.  The movers arrived June 8, 2013 around 1:30 pm.  Threee men showed up and the leader of the group said they do not accept cards and the mover supposedly called the office and said to me they do not have the machine to run my card.  The mover told me to get the money from the bank in the amount of $743 and to withdraw and additional $200 in cash.  (the $743 he sadi was half the amount owed and pay the rest on delivery).  I asked why I can't put the money with the money order and he told me he would tell me about it when I got back.  My thought was instead of having a bill hanging over me, I opted to take out $1,300 money order along with $200 in cash.  When I got back he told me the  money was to go to him so he wouldn't charge me all the items being picked up; he stated he would lessen the cubic feet.  I gave him the cash and the money order however, after they finished he said my bill was over $900.  I knew this was suspicious and fishy, but I was stuck in a hard place because my plane was leaving June 10th.  The following day I reported this to the company.  I received one call back and no further folow up calls.  I called the company and told them this is the most unporfessional dealings I have ever encountered.  Two weeks after my arrival to Florida I did hear from from regarding the whereabouts of my furniture.  After not hearing from them the past two weeks, I called them and was told my furniture has not even left Dallas.  I had to buy duplicate kitchen items because I did need to survive until by belonings arrived.  These were unnecesarry expensies.  I finally received a phone call from them around June 12 telling me my things will arrive June 19th.  Keeping that day open and waiting on my furniture, I received a phone call from them June 19th at 12 pm stating my furniture has not yet left Dallas and will be leaving June 21st.  On June 20th I received a call from the driver stating I needed to pay him $983 and some change.  I told him I paid the entire bill as was quoted to me.  He then told me, his paper stated I owed $983 and change.  He told me if I did not pay the amount my things would be taken back.  He then told me to call the office and talk to them.  I called the office and they refferred me to their customer service rep.  (the rep has poor customer service etiquette).  I spoke to the rep regarding the stated balance of $983 after already paying $1,600.  He very sharply said to me "I already told you that you went over the cubic feet.        If you do not have the money they will take the furniture back and I would have to pay another delivery fee) he then abruptly hung the phone up on me mid-conversation.   June 20th, after the phone conversation I went to my bank and paid five dollars for the money order and withdrew the amount of $983 and change.  When the driver arrived June 21st he asked for payment.  I presented him with the money order and he said he can't take the money order it has to be postal money order or cash.  I called their office and was told the company can only accept postal money order or cash.  The office staff also told me the custormer service rep has documtented he told me payment can only be made in form of postal money order or cash.  I informed them this absoutely was not ture.  He may have documted that but he did not ever tell me "postal money order".  I was simly told payment should be in form of money order or cash.  Despite all my calls to the company not one person even mentioned "postal money order".  I was told money order or cash.  I told the office staff the company rep on pick up accepted a bank money order.  They simply reiterated "postal money order or cash".  I then drove to my bank and cashed the money order for cash.  I then paid the driver with cash.  When my boxes arrived they were all torn, smashed and open.  My entertainment center had a large scratch mark on it.  The driver asked me if I was charged for the packing material and I said "yes, I paid for the packing material".  The driver then told me the packing material used for certain items (such as the matress) which was covered with cardboard-was unnecessary and cloth (which would have been free) could have been used.  During the time I was in limbo without my furniture and clothes etc,. upon calling the office on serveral occaions was told someone would call me in 30  mintues.  Two hours passed and no phone call; called back after two hours and was told someone would call me and no call back.  USA Moving and Storage reps lacks ethics, morals and core values!!  The absolute worst experience I have EVER had!!

  14. The Best Moving Experience!

    I had a long distance move from TX to FL with Across USA movers that went very well. The movers that came to my home to pack my things were very professional and took great care to wrap my belongings. They packed my things in a timely manner with great attention to detail while taking inventory on everything they loaded on the truck. Luis and his crew delivered my belongings and were very considerate and well-organized. They did an EXCELLENT job maneuvering my things up a narrow staircase. At the end of the day, all items were accounted for. Hats off to Across USA team for doing such a great job! It was the best moving experience I have had!

  15. Wonderful Moving Experience !

    A wonderful moving experience thanks to Across USA. I got a job in Connecticut and my family had to move quickly from TX to the Stamford, CT. Daniel came to our house the day after we called him and gave us a reasonable quote. The day before moving they sent four guys to pack up the house and on moving day 5 showed up to pack up the trucks. All they guys were friendly, efficient, and careful with our belongings. They drove their truck up and did a two stop drop off - one to a storage unit and one to our rental home that had 35 stairs just to the front door! Again they guys did a great job, good attitudes, no complaints and no damage to our belongings.
