  1. Exceeded expectations.

    I want to first say that I've been working a customer technical support job for close to twenty years. The company I work for prides itself on providing excellent customer service. All of my calls are recorded for quality control purposes. I know and understand customer service. I appreciate when good service is provided. It's very rare that my expectations are exceeded and when they are I look to give credit to those who deserve it.
    The team at Agility Van Lines earned it. My time is very valuable to me and they wasted none of it. My move was setup with ease. They were on time and did the job quicker than I expected and in less time that was estimated. The cost was more than fair and they wasted no time in doing the job. Nothing was damaged. They were very professional and friendly as well. The one thing that made me very comfortable is that everyone I dealt with seemed to be in a good mood and that's important. Great attitudes made me feel very good about the move. Thank you Agility Van Lines. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. Thanks again AVL.

  2. Service.

    Recommend to all considering using this company for moving your household furniture, have them first and foremost get them to inspect what is to be moved, and get a FIRM quote for that amount.
    We were asked as a homeowner the number of rooms in our current household, the estimated number of boxes we expected, specifics such as how many beds, dressers, etc.
    We were quoted a price, movers show up commence loading after 4 hours, team leader advises me that they do not have enough capacity in the truck to take all our furniture, that they will have to come back at a future date to pick up the balance.
    Truck leaves on Friday to deliver its partial load on Tuesday at our new home. Monday I receive a call from the company to advise me that they delivered our goods to a storage building on Sunday located approximately 50 miles from the designated delivery point,(response was they needed the truck) and if I wanted to know its exact location, I was to send them a wire for an additional $2700 after they received the wire they would advise me of the location of our furniture and mail me the key to the storage facility. P.S. the balance of the furniture left at our other location was never picked up nor was I contacted by the company to arrange for the pick up.
    Liars and thieves!

    I needed to be picked up in 2 days and no one I spoke with could get it done. Well 2 or 3 companies could do it but they were charging me a "last minute reservation fee" of $450. Finally I found Alex at Agility Van Lines who did NOT charge me extra and was able to get me picked up and delivered when I asked. These guys are professionals and they are life savers. I highly recommend them. Thank you team.

    I just moved from IL to FL. Prior to chosing a company I received multiple quotes and most companies hounded ne for days. I ended up chosing agility because a reasonable price and they didn't push me for my business. Im so happy of my decision. They moved my 3 bedroom house without one scratch. Im very pleased with all aspects of the service. From the drivers to the helpers everyone was super professional. Michael the sales person was instrumental in putting everything together. I would highly reccomend this organization.

  5. Worst Moving company.

    I scheduled these guys for my move from Virginia to Florida to start a new job.Pick up on Dec.4th. First they arrived 3 hours late from the time the driver told me he was coming. Took them 4 hours to load the truck, they took breaks and from past moving experiences..pack the truck sloppily. Schedule 1st delivery date was Dec. 11th. Since I would be in training in a different city, asked them to deliver on the 23rd. Driver said no problem. Called on the 18th of Dec. to confirm delivery date. Was told by the driver it was still a go and that my items would be delivered early that morning because he might have another job to do that day. On the 23rd at 11:30, still had not heard from the movers. Call to the driver who told me that he was off and that I would need to call the company who was scheduled to deliver my items. He texted me the number. I called and was told, 'now that I am ready to have my items delivered, it would be 3 days,' to which I told them no it's not a 'now that I am ready'. I was ready and now you are giving me the run around. Was placed on hold and finally told that the driver who was scheduled to deliver my items was running late on another job. Still would be 3 days.Agility not helpful in this either, said there is nothing they can do. Calls to office on 28th- same run around..on hold 5 different times, left 3 messages no call back. Finally spoke to Jenny who told me it would be another 3 days. Requested a credit and how I was not happy with the service. Was told they have 21 days to deliver my items and they are still within the delivery window. That since I am not willing to listen she would note the account my displeasure. Call received from Agility CS from Oyinka who said my items would be delivered on Jan 1st at 1pm. It is 6:36pm on Jan. 1st..I still do not have my furniture! Calls to office go unanswered. I am really upset with them and in order to get any type of credit I have to file a claim- AFTER I get my items. Ripoff company! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Living in a house with no furniture!

    These guys are awesome. I've moved a few times in my life this was by far the best experience. We were picked up and delivered within just a few days, no damage and the movers were super professional. It was obvious these guys were trained. Jean the driver was absolutely a gentlemen from start to finish.
    The representative I dealt with over the phone was Michael. Very knowledgable and patient with me. I would reccomend this company to anyone, in fact I've already recommended them to a friend. Thanks Agility!

    I would like to thank Agility Van Lines for a job well done. Mochael is great communicator and a good listener. He spent a lot of time with with my wife explaining the entire process. I have thanked him multiple times for that. The guys he sent were also great. They got us out in time and delivered us with no damage. Michaels crew and company was always available to us. If we ever move again Michael is our guy.

    From California to Florida – not a short distance. Agility van lines made my day happy with amazing move. I feel very proud to be a continuous customer of this company. I hired them for an interstate move to my new place. I knew their price was always competitive. They never hide any secret. Everything is done in planned way. Never found discrepancies in packing or unloading service. Delivery is on time as usual with no missing or damaged stuffs. Movers are always in great manner. I really love the company and will be with them any time. It is the most reputed company so far I guess. If you call in try to get Danny, he gave me a great deal. Don't waste your time call them up!!

  9. Horrible, horrible nightmare!!

    If I could offer this company a 0 I would! They are horrible and a big group of liars. I gave them a deposit was the promise of being able to receive a FULL refund on that deposit if I called by the next day due to the short and last minute nature of my move. I just needed to figure out a few more things before completely committing to the move. Danny assured me that I would be able to receive a FULL refund as long as a cancelled by the next day, which I did. I have now been going back and forth with the company through BBB.com for close to a month now with no resolution. Everyone I hope you do better research on a company before trusting them with your worldly possessions, unfortunately I did not and I am left in debt and still disputing it.

    This was my first big move from state to state. The services I received are some of the best! Staring from the time I booked my move to the time I was delivered, I have been nothing but pleased with this company. All the way down to the movers, I have been treated with great kindness & customer service. I would DEFINITELY use there services again as well as recommend them to anyone.     First and foremost I'm usually not one to post reviews on companies regardless of my experience. I feel the need however to share my experience with this company. theu made what could have been a very stressful experience relatively stress free. There workers were polite and on time. They didn't damage anything and their price was within a couple dollars of the estimate. Most importantly my rep Danny was awesome from start to finish. He answered all questions professionally and honestly.

    A big thanks to Danny and team.

  12. Horrible.

    Horrible moving company..please do not use this company for your relocation or moving needs. customer service representatives provide horrible services and but when they provide you a quote they tell you that the same representative will handle your move from beginning to end, however, when the actual move happens you have to repeat yourself multiple times as you are being given the run-around treatment and no one seems to know anything. when requesting delivery dates after 5 days post pick up, no one was able to provide an estimated delivery time, although, I requested a date 7 days post pick-up. also, I needed insurance documentation and no one was able to provide such documents after 7 days of the request---it seems that they do not have it and were trying to get the insurance but were not truthful. overall, I do not recommend this company to anyone!! please so yourselves a favor and avoid headaches by using someone with better customer service and better expertise in their relocation field!!

    Needed to move from Florida to Maryland in short notice. I spoke with Alex at Agility Van Lines and felt he was very concerned and genuine with my current situation and was truly trying to help me. Alex took a lot of time helping me and never tried to rush me. He was a great help and his company did a great job. We were picked up on time and delivered as promised. Thank you and the guys for all that you have done. I hope I don't have to move any time soon, but if I do I will definitely call you. Jeanne.

    I've never used a mover before and I was nervous.
    They made it very easy for me.

    When I contacted movers I was also contemplating doing it myself. Rick, the salesperson from Agility convinced me using Agility would be much easier on me and not much more expensive then renting a U-Haul. I'm glad I took his advise. I would recommend this company to anyone!

  15. Excellent Move.

    Thank you Agility Van Lines for a great move. Michael was awesome and was always able to help me. Tommy and Antoine packed all my dishes and wrapped everything. They worked very hard and did a great job. I felt very comfortable and confident that they were doing well. I could tell they knew what they were doing. I was hoping to get my stuff by Thursday, instead they arrived Friday morning. I told Michael Friday the latest, so I was ok with it. That was the only time I got a little nervous. When I called Michael Thursday he told me they were going to be there by 9:00 tomorrow. When Tommy and Antoine arrived Friday morning I was relieved. They were both as professional and careful as they were at pick up. Antoine helped me unpack my dishes and put them away. Thanks again to everyone and will refer friends and family to Michael.
