1. A truly incredible service provided by Allegiance Moving and Storage.

   The movers were so professional. They were on time, they even notified me by phone of their time of arrival, the guys all communicated well, they were quick, they padded and wrapped everything well and took care with my stuff, then when unloading they asked where I wanted things and even offered to help set up and move furniture. No problems here completely satisfied customer. I wouldn't ever hire another moving company.

2. Would recommend to a friend.

   I was in a last-minute situation where I had to move. I stumbled across Allegiance online and they were able to fit me in last minute and still gave me a great price. Delivery took a little longer than expected which I was upset about. I guess it is moving season and things take longer? They made it right and did everything they could to make me happy therefore I will leave positive review.

3. Deceptive and unresponsive.

   Started off great. Then amount we paid was 60% higher than estimated. Pickup and delivery dates weren’t honored. What had been great communication stopped as soon as we expressed a complaint. The movers they subbed to, Unique Van Line, were terrific. If you can get them directly, I do recommend them. But Allegiance, no way. They estimated $5300. Didn’t clarify that that didn’t include wrapping furniture, packing certain special items, excess gas mileage..I could go on and on. Our bill was $8700. We are not pleased with Allegiance at all.

4. Not only are they cheap, but they are also great.

   I called a ton of moving companies to try to find what met my requirements and budget the best. When I spoke to Mike at the office he was able to explain to me how each process of my move will work. We went over all of my items and what I would need packed and it ended up perfectly in the budget I have planned for this. He was great. The day my movers arrived, it went exactly how it was all explained to me. We did paperwork, they wrapped and packed, loaded the truck and was on their way. The day of my delivery they showed up and it went just like that. Bam, Bam and they left.

5. Highly recommend them to all of our friends.

   This company defines what customer service should and can be from the moment that you reach out to their office to schedule a move to the truck and men they send out to do the move. They show up on time, work hard, make the move as stress-free and easy as it can be while handling your items with great care. During these troubling times we do know that everybody is stressed out and companies are struggling but this company really showed us how well they are able to handle situations that may not be ideal. We had a last minute move and they were able to provide us with excellent service at a very reasonable price for what we were requesting. I can admit I am not always the easiest person to deal with when I am under pressure but these guys were super awesome and real patient with me. They kept us updated throughout our whole delivery process since we were having our items moved upwards of 2,000 miles and we knew it definitely would not be an overnight process for them to get it here. We were really please with how things worked out on the delivery end of things and how they worked with us to make sure our things were put back together right and they really seemed like they cared. We read about the horror stories of how moving goes and were very nervous when choosing a moving company but we do not have any regrets in choosing allegiance when things were all said and done. Bottom line. Do I recommend them? YES!!

6. Great Company!

   Every person I spoke to was very professional and very kind. The day of my move was very simple, they showed up, we completed our forms and we were on our way. I ended up running into an issue with the closing of my house that I was purchasing, which caused a big delay to receive my things. I called customer service and spoke to Joann, she offered to give me 30 days of free storage to allow me time to work things out on my end. I don't even know what I would have done if they didn't help me out. They made this problem so much better for me.

7. Moving out of State.

   Just an update resolution regarding our move from Quincy Florida to Westminster Colorado once Alleigance Moving & Storage received our complaint from Google the company reached out to us Joann apoligized for our missing items & assured us that's not the way they do business they are with client from start to finish she provided a number to fax our missing items to Moving Claims. Net immediately responded we must fill out another claim but at least Joann is trying to help us resolve this problem so I'll acknowledge that Alleigance Moving & Storage listened & are helping us navigate thru this ordeal Kudos to Joann Joann thank you again for your assistance !

8. Allegiance Customer Service.

   Joann at Allegiance Customer Service has redeemed the company’s overall performance with her warmth and considerate handling of all details involved in moving—from hiring Allegiance for the job to execution of it during the Covid19 crisis.Ifshe was unavailable for a phone call, she never failed to call me back; moreover, her efficiency and general knowledge answering each inquiry provided me peace of mind as well as comfort during my first experience with a major move.

9. Move from Washington to Texas.

   I was satisfied with my quote for the move from Allegiance. However, the company to which they subcontracted my move (GTS Shipping) was unacceptable. I was never told that my belongings would be offloaded from the original van and put into storage. It was then several weeks before they were put onto another van for transport. I ended up missing several items and 6 items were damaged to the point that they needed to be thrown out. When I called Allegiance, they told me to make a claim with GTS. So the company that I contracted with will not take responsibilities for my claim. Now GTS refuses a claim unless it was documented at the time of delivery. Well, there was just one man from GTS to offload all my things.He I had to get family members to help. The delivery was so unorganized and frenetic that I had no opportunity to fully inspect my belongs. In short, my move was a nightmare for me. Please learn from this! The company you hire often isn't the company that moves you.

10. I have moved 11 times and this by far the worst of them all.

    First of all the price went up twice after the original estimate, doubling the original estimate.They didn't bring a truck big enough for everything so we had to find people that would help us load vehicles and drive them 1800 miles, I had to pay for hotels, gas, food and two plane tickets and half of what was left is still there, so again, more plane tickets hotels, food and gas and a truck rental. I have lots of pictures of damaged items we, have missing items and when the truck pulled up to unload at least half the boxes were upside down. two of the younger guys where throwing water at each other which we had to clean up and spit something in the dresser drawers, Allegiance had contracted the job to out to ABC moving systems, US DOT 2437030, MC#840430, who has not responded at all to my calls, or emails and Allegiance, US DOT 3183105, MC#128059, has done nothing either to resolve the issue. and there are plenty of pictures and receipts to prove the damage and the cost, 4 times the the estimate if you include the money spent to move what they left behind. I wouldn't use either of these companies, they just don't care.

    

11. Not what they seem.

    I was moving very last minute and this company took advantage of me and my situation. By the time I realized they were not an actual moving company but a broker it was too late. They did not deny what they did but were not upfront about it either. Communication was a struggle. The company that actually did my move was okay. They took apart my furniture and left me to pick up the parts and such. When they delivered my stuff they did not put the furniture back together even though it says they will. My move was stressful enough and this broker company made it worse. My move could have and should have been less stressful and possibly less expensive.

12. The best!!

    This company did an amazing job for the second time! I won’t be using any other moving company after not 1 but 2 great experiences. We had a huge move this time and they handled it perfectly. The three guys that came to help us out were quick and nice. They are hardworking and the customer service is second to none. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of moving for us again. You guys are the best!!

    This is the smoothest moving experience I have ever had and I have moved many times in the past. The movers themselves were very nice guys who were punctual, stayed on task, worked quickly, and were considerate of both us and our belongings. I have no complaints at all. This was customer service at it’s best. I will definitely be using them again. This company is trustworthy and very dependable. 5 stars.

14. Very satisfied.

    We hired Allegiance Moving to relocate us from our townhouse to our new home out of state. They were extremely professional and careful. They wrapped our furniture and watched our floors and walls to avoid damage. I’m so happy with the service we received. The movers were just awesome. They could not have been more helpful and the worked hard and moved quickly to make sure everything was done on time. Great customer service and I am very satisfied.
