   We had them move us from one country home to a mountain home (in another state). It was really new to them: sharp turns, steep hills and fog.    They were good. We combined two households and at the last minute I had to switch dates. They didn't slack off at all, totally powered through. Great communication, they called when they said they would and showed up on time. When it was clear my bed wouldn't fit down the tight stairway quickly and creatively figured out how to break down. Seeing how punctual and efficient these men were, it only strengthened my trust in them. They packed up everything creatively and each box was labeled properly to avoid confusion later. Even when they delivered everything to my new place, they systematically put all the boxes in the right rooms. As I checked the inventory, I realized that nothing was missing or damaged.    Ark Moving Group LLC did everything right. The price was great, the movers were amazing. I have never seen movers care about furniture but these guys made sure that everything was wrapped up so there would be no damage. The fact that they made me feel that I could trust them was huge for me because if anything came to me damaged I would have Flipped out. But they really did care and did everything in their power to deliver my things in perfect condition, which happened. If I ever move again this company is it I have already told my entire family about them and friends. I recommend them to everyone.

   We had a lot of stuff to move. A lot of our furniture was heavy and made of solid wood. The finish remained unharmed throughout the move. They boxed everything and did all the work for us. In the end, it took a little less time than expected, so they actually charged us a little less. That made us really happy. It built our trust in them. Because of that we will use and recommend Ark Moving Group LLC in the future.

   I just didn’t have the time to make this relocation happen on my own and so I hired Ark Moving Group LLC. When I called them, the customer service seemed very friendly and helpful. Their quote was unbeatable. The movers arrived sharp on time and were very capable looking. All four men had years of moving experience and it showed in the way they worked around my old house packing and loading all my belongings. Their efficiency ensured a very fast job done. The men did all the hard work while keeping a smile on their faces. They delivered on time with all my belongings in great condition.

   I am SO pleased with how everything went. Moving cross country is stressful enough; needless to say they were also moving my piano which made me very nervous at first! The piano showed up incredible and even held its tune!! A serious Godsend, I worked so hard to find a decent company. Ark Moving Group LLC went above and beyond. I have already referred the company to many friends. I liked the professional demeanor of the movers. I also really appreciated the customer service. When I called everyone was very nice, not pushy and it really felt as if I was calling a smaller office. A bit odd here this next comment but it was a pleasant surprise: I also got the feeling that everyone there knows each other and gets along pretty well.

    I have rarely seen such hardworking men before in my life. The movers from Ark Moving Group LLC were just unbelievable. They showed up early on the moving day and got to work immediately. Their packing skills were seriously out of this world. Every single piece was packed so delicately. The moving process went without any issues. The delivery was made right on time. I really have come to expect perfection from Ark Moving Group LLC. If they deliver anything less than that, I would be quite disappointed.

    I used this moving company again for my second move because of my great experience with the previous one. It’s a great team work. They came quickly and worked faster than expected.     I was quite shocked after I was laid off from work but that’s life I suppose. I decided to move back home and take a break from the big city. However, working in the big city made me buy a lot of belongings that I just couldn’t leave behind. After much research I hired Ark Moving Group LLC, who are pretty well known locally. I have to admit, I was quite skeptical because I heard so much negative things about moving companies. But these men were very skilled and experienced. They knew exactly how to pack and securely load everything onto the vans. They even helped me sort out the furniture I wasn’t going to take with me. I think they definitely deserve a good recommendation.

    I found this mover online. I was skeptical hiring them but the experience of my move was pretty much fine. I made an online reservation seven days ahead on schedule. The foremen came to my house, looked around for what to move and quoted the cost to move all items of house hold along with some large boxes at competitive price. When their team came to pick up my belongings, they were very fast to work. I was quite unable to arise any question on their professionalism. I will easily believe them on my next move if anything happens in short time!

    I called Ark Moving Group LLC and asked how soon they can send over a few movers. The crew showed up just two hours later! That is how fast I decided to relocate. I have to thank these guys who helped turning this move from manic to easy. The movers were all very professional and easy to work with. They systematically packed everything into boxes and then loaded the van. The delivery was made the next day with all my valuables intact inside the van. I’m just so grateful for the way these men helped throughout this sudden move. I am totally impressed with the professionalism they displayed.
