  1. Simply excellent.

This company is the best. The workers were polite friendly, made you feel comfortable.professional, and didn't take a cigarette break every two minutes. They got right to work,Didnt nurse the clock.worked very hard. Not stopping until the work was all done.I was so impressed I offered to buy them lunch. Most moving companies try to nurse the clock for every penney in your pocket. This company seem more focus on getting the job done.I will surely use them again.and again and again.lol.

  2. Never Use This Service.

I had made a reservation and was not told that the deposit was non-refundable, and later found out when I looked on their website.  They charged $50 for the deposit same day I called and I called them back within 30 minutes to cancel it and they would not refund my money.  Within an hour of making a reservation is not right for them to charge me!!  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!  If they fight about $50, when they can clearly get someone else to reserve them, they are ROBBING you!  This is how they make their money!!

  3. Do Not Move With Asap Moving And Storage!

DO NOT MOVE WITH ASAP MOVERS, HORRIBLE ACROSS THE BOARD!In a nutshell: 1.They arrived late.2. For every 2 runs of boxes I made (and I am 135 pound female), they moved one, sometimes caring one light thing. 3. They were not careful with my stuff: a picture frame was chipped, my book case smashed to bits. 4. They were smoking as they were moving stuff. 5. Disorganized and not careful in putting stuff in the truck so it would not bang around. 6. Horrible Customer Service: When I contacted their manager, a woman answered and acted like she was going to compensate me but when all was said and done I was told by the very rude owner to pay the projected maximum price (340) and then he finally knocked off 40, thinking that was fair.

  4. My move.

They did a move for me and it was excellent . movers went  above what I asked. friendly professional would definatly do business with them again. they put everything in storage for me wish they did cross country . handled all my stress was very careful stacking my stuff and packing up what I had missed. my breakables was very gently put in storage . prompt timing .

  5. Damaged furniture.

They called at 9:30 and said they would like to come early so we said fine.  Our time scheduled was 2:00 pm.  After they called and said they would be early they arrived at 1:30 and the normal time was 2:00 pm.  So I guess they were a half hour early but we expected early to be around 10:00 - 10:30.  The two kids that moved us damaged a chest of drawers and my sofa.  I have been trying to get someone to resolve my problem but every time I call, all I get is a message from Angela that she will call back in 2 hrs if you leave a number.  She never calls back.  This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.  I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau and will not recommend them to anyone.   .

  6. Theft.

    * * * CASE ON FILE WITH AURORA POLICE DEPARTMENT - THEFT CHARGES * * *Valuables went missing. Replacement costs over $3K. I was in communication with the Aurora Police Dept for thefts that occurred when ASAP movers loaded my truck.  Furthermore, they were not careful when loading my furniture as they were rubbed down to the bare wood. They failed to put padding between the furniture and the walls of the truck. It took me 4 days to reach my destination due to blizzards and icy roads. When I finally discovered the issue and called ASAP, Angela told me that their insurance policy only applies if the claim is received within 72 hours of the load.  I asked how can someone file a claim when they are still driving and haven't yet unloaded to discover and understand the damage?  To which she replied, "I don't know, unfortunately blah blah blah". When I reported the missing items, Angela instructed me to contact the Aurora Police Dept admitting that I am not their only customer who has been a victim of theft.  Angela admitted that many of those missing items have been showing up on Craigslist and eBay and that the suspected employee was terminated. BUYER BEWARE. ASAP has young movers and doesn't seem to screen them very well.

  7. Stay away.

Really expensive and not worth it. Didn't know it was going to end up being this costly. wow..I thought it was going to be cheap.  They talked me into the 26' truck, but it was way too big. The owner sounds like a nice person, but she just comes up with all these random charges added on. Not only that, they showed up so late. Didn't finish until 10pm. Never again..

  8. My worst moving experience.

In the beginning, they quote you a nice, low price in a small 17' truck for 2 hours. Then, they show up 8 hours later than the original appointment. Then, they show up in a large 26' truck claiming that they didn't have time to pick up the smaller truck, while assuring you that they will still only charge you for the smaller truck. Then, they will claim that your stuff would not have fit in the smaller 17' truck and that they will have to now charge you for the larger truck. Then, they will take over 4 hours to move a small, 1-bedroom apartment 5 miles across town (instead of the estimated 2 hours) to raise the price even more. Then, they charge unadvertised "travel fees" so they can make up an arbitrary amount. Then, they charge a hidden 10% charge for using your credit card. The move didn't finish until after midnight, and I paid hundreds of dollars more than I expected.

  9. Shady at best!

No onsite estimates offered and read the back of the contract (never shown to me). You must completely unpack and inspect within 3 days and if you take them to court, the contract stipulates you must pay their legal fees irrespective of outcome. SHADY!!

Damages occurred during a pack and move. Company refuses to stand behind their work.
I contacted ASAP Movers via Craigslist. I explained I was moving from Highlands Ranch to Parker. I described my origin home noting 4 bedroom with misc items in both the garage and basement. I requested someone to come by for an estimate. Angela in the ASAP office explained "they don't do that" and from her experience, it should take one 26' truck. I also engaged ASAP for packing services. The packing crew arrived on Thursday, Dec 9th and completed the pack approximately 10 hours later. The crew lead indicated this move might require two loads of the 26' truck. Not what I had hoped and would have been better prepared if ASAP were to have honored my request for an onsite estimate. On Friday, Dec 10th, the same crew arrived at 9am to load and transport my household items to the new house. 13 hours, one 26' truck load and two 14' truck loads later, the move was completed at 10:10pm. The crew lead asked me to sign a document indicating no known damage prior to the move. I asked specifically if this document indicated no damage found on delivery and I was assured it did not. I signed the document and tipped the crew well for their hard work. I asked the crew lead how I file a claim should I find damage and the crew lead indicated I should call the office if I found damage. On Dec 17th, I called the ASAP office in the morning and asked for information on filing a claim and followed with an email. Angela assured me she would be contacting the owner and I would receive a call back within an hour. I did not receive a call and later in the afternoon, I called back. Angela informed me the back of the document I signed with the crew lead contracted a claim period of 72 hours. I informed Angela I was never shown the back of the contract, the claim period was never discussed, and I was given contrary information by the crew lead. Angela hung up on me. I called her back and she said she hung up on me because I was being rude to her. When I mentioned I would be writing reviews on craigslist and submitting a complaint to the BBB, I received text messages from Angela's phone indicating they would sue me for slander and would recover lost wages resulting from their defense. I pointed out we were only talking about a couple of hundred dollars and the response was to sue them. I feel ASAP has not stood by their work, may have committed fraud in as much as when I asked how to file a claim, I was told to call the office. No mention or review of the back of the document took place. I have attempted to resolve this amicably but ASAP does not appear to be interested in such a settlement.

  10. Very Good.

They were on time, fast, organized, and very professional. I highly recommend them.
