Awesome Mover!
Brightline Moving are the absolute best! From my first message with them, they were outstanding to the last box being brought up and furniture assembled. It was SUCH a pleasure dealing with this company.
Beware
This company Brightline is a Scam. They need to be put out of business. They are professional until they get your money. Valuable lesson I learned is never ever use a moving company that needs a broker to do a moving job. The Broker gets your money, without seeing the job, dispatches the job to a moving company they don't know, or care about, give you a quote (any quote) take their cut and disappear. When the actual movers show up, they give you a consultation of their own which is twice the asking originally quoted and you have two options! Pay the asking ransom price, or take a total loss! Because the Broker isn't giving you a refund for anything!

This Company is a scam!! They changed their name because the previous company was sued A LOT! These people give you a quote, take your deposit which goes to a Broker and scam you! The movers hold you items hostage with a Ransom. Please do your Homework on this company. I dont know how they got 5 stars next to the company name. When looking for a moving company, Please use a company that gives you a in person consultation. I promise you it's the smartest way to go!
Awesome Mover!
I have used this moving company for my business 3x now and highly recommend using them. The cost is not overly expensive like some of the other companies I originally got quotes from, and they're professionals. They have big trucks, blankets, plastic wrap, all of the materials you need. They were prompt every time and reliable with just one days’ notice about my move date. They helped me inventory two storage units and move to a new office. Heathcote and Jack were both excellent. Will use them again for my next move.
Nice Mover!
The movers were kind, punctual, and very cautious with all my items. They did not stop, and they tried very hard to relocate everything quickly, professionally, and safely. They wrapped all my things and were very careful with fragile items. It is challenging to find reliable, dedicated and hardworking companies in the FL area, so please save yourself the hassle and contact Brightline Moving.
Rip off company
I was told 1 day prior to having my stuff moved an extra $1575.73 had to paid or I could cancel. I had no choice and afterwards when I disputed, it was denied. I looked up BBB and it turns out they have an F for their service and is not recommended. Any good reviews here are balogna. And I'm betting this review won't show up because this company lies and it's corrupt. Minus 5 stars is what they deserve.
All did Well!
Honestly, these guys work their butts off! They relocated me from my storage unit to my upstairs condo and even put together my bed, and made sure to put everything in the right room. They are very reasonable in price and honestly earned every $. I would highly recommend Brightline Moving to anyone who is moving. Thank you again, Brightline Moving crew!
Awful communication.
The expectations were not properly managed by the company and the process was unclear. It wasn't that any of the staff were rude, everything was just poorly explained. Not all of our items were picked up by the subcontractor as they had been given the incorrect quote. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get our items from Alabama to Michigan even with immediate availability. Had we known the process or had our expectations set by the company that may have not caused such panic. The subcontractors never seemed to be on the same page. Our costs increased every time we interacted, and finally I had to review what was even legal to change based on a binding estimate. You will want to read up on your rights. When our items arrived to Michigan there was some damage (I was expecting more based on reviews) but more frustrating was that one singular man showed up to move our furniture upstairs. This meant that the two of us suddenly became part of the move team even though we paid for a start-to-finish service. I felt awful for the lone employee. What if we were not capable, young adults? How would our items (like a sectional couch) have made it up to a second story? Again, just felt very mismanaged with poor operational integrity. You get what you pay for.
Great Mover!
I was very impressed by the timely delivery of my items, even before I expected them and all the things were in good condition, nothing was broken, damaged or distorted. The staff is amicable and helpful in giving your ideas on making everything more accessible in your move. I would certainly encourage anyone to use Brightline Moving again and always because they are sincere and honest in their dealings.
Just a horror
Brightline farmed the move to a company which they failed to provide the name of as the Department of Transportation rules require. The driver tripled the cost of the most and when asked for documents that he was legally obligated to provide, stormed out of my house. brightline is holding my furniture hostage till I pay them for work that they failed to do. They had legal obligations and they did not do them. They apparently only make phone calls to captured trucking companies so they can claim the fee and then nothing matters to them. Reviews that talk about moves are suspect since they do not do any move I wish I read the Department of Transportation moving warnings because I would have never called them. Avoid them at all cost. look at the BBI complaints Brightline is a very new corporation which make one wonder how they got good reviews prior to the time they started business
Moving Well!
Our move went super smoothly. Firstly, I received a very competitive quote from Mark. Secondly, customer service was excellent, all my questions were answered, and I fixed the moving date to the desired date. Mark and two other men arrived on time and were ready to work. I moved from a 10' x 20' storage unit in CA into a home in MN. It took them 6 hours. Very efficient and polite. Although it rained for about 2 hours during the loading/driving times, service was speedy. I am delighted and would recommend Brightline Moving!
Good Mover!
Compared to another company I used before them, the Brightline Moving’s crew called me 30 minutes ahead and arrived on time. Also, these guys worked very efficiently as a team and took great care of my items. They covered and warped all my furniture before loading it into the truck. Overall, they have shown outstanding professionalism during their service and deep care for their customer. If I need to move anything in the future, Brightline Moving will be the only company I will call.
Not a mover Broker
Brightline does a lot to hide the fact that they are brokers and they are not movers. All they do is farm out work to other trucking companies. They charge a huge fee and they provide nothing that a person could do by calling one of thousands of real moving companies. BTW they are not in Riviriea Beach anymore. They moved the phones to another location. Save thousand and do not use a broker ever
They should get a zero star
This company did a fantastic job
They showed up early and worked non-stop. Nothing was damaged, they took no downtime, and we could not have been more impressed with the amount of work they did, in the time that they did it in. They moved a family of 4 out of a 3/2 and into a 4/2 in seven hours, and that includes backyard furniture, everything in the garage, indoor and outdoor plants, and disassembling/reassembling bed frames. I would absolutely hire this company again, and recommend them to anyone.
Use them again!
We had 4 movers come to help us move to our new home. Excellent movers! They were efficient, friendly, and wrapped EVERYTHING. They didn't complain about odds and ends left to package. They moved our piano carefully and safely as well. My items were transported in excellent condition. I received my estimate quickly, and the actual price was slightly higher as it took one hour longer than estimated.
