Great Customer Service!
NYC Express movers was amazing to work with! We moved from San Francisco to NYC. As we all know, moving is such a pain and you are worried that things will get lost, damaged or the moving team will be in a bad mood because..who likes moving?! They changed my negative attitude towards moving completely into a positive, worry-free experience. Every person I interacted with throughout my move was responsive, in good spirits, always happy to help, and never made me feel guilty for having to pack a few things for me here or there. The guys who picked up our stuff were extremely efficient! The guys who delivered my things even moved traffic in NYC to park their truck to get my stuff delivered - incredible! They did whatever it took to get my things delivered and had a smile the whole time. I would highly recommend anyone who is moving cross country to use this company.

I was so impressed with the service of this company. I moved from NYC to LA and had storage in between. The pick up team on the NYC side was professional and timely as was the delivery team on the LA side. Everything was delivered in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this company..

CA-NY Express moved us from Silicon Valley to Brooklyn last year.
They packed my husband's 40-year professional library and papers into a truck with a hole in its roof. A rain storm completely soaked almost 30 professionally-packed boxes of irreplaceable papers, signed manuscripts, family photographs. All of my own graphic design printed samples from 30 years were destroyed. It's not quite a year and I am still sickened by the loss. My renters insurance from USAA was only able to compensate for basically the weight of the boxes. (How much does your signed doctoral dissertation from 1982 weigh? Or how much does your mom and dad's wedding album from 1946 weigh?)
I just got notice that this company will not even pay the few hundred dollars deductible after the insurance company paid what they could. Really?
Shame on these people. They were so personable and available before this happened..then they went stone silent and left me on my own. Their only response was "file a claim".. which I interpreted (generously?) as "drop dead".
Don't use these people.isgusted and disheartened.

We used this company to move from San Diego to NYC and had a positive, stress-free experience. They were reasonably priced (by far the cheapest quote we received), highly professional, and efficient. Their online inventory system was intuitive and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend!!

Awsome service, The movers came on time and assembled everything so fast! Although it was my first time moving and I was nervous for long distance from California all the way to New jersey but CANYX made it so easy for me and I'm really happy with their service. La to ny Sentimental Move.
From the first phone call to the final delivery of our things, the staff at CA/NY EXPRESS couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, informative, and kind! My mom had recently passed away, so I was moving many of her things in her LA home to my home in NJ. I sat on the floor and cried for some of the time that the pick up personnel were loading boxes and furniture into the truck. They were kind and compassionate about my loss. They took such care of loading her things. The delivery timing was as they said..and there were phone calls along the way to inform me of the status. On the delivery to my home, the men were equally as helpful and careful with our things.. I would use them again, and I highly recommend this company for your coast to coast move. They were the best!

Amazing experience with this company. Very impressed, these guys wrap up things within incredible speed, super nice, amazing logistics/organization. Everything arrived on time, nothing damaged, nothing missing. They know how to move heavy/big stuff around without damaging the building/apt. Excellent moving experience!. This company is amazing!! I have moved cross country multiple times and have used this company twice. Both experiences were by far superior to others. They were honest and upfront about all charges. They offered the best prices. They were very thorough, prompt, efficient, they handled my things with care and professional. Moving across the country is already a stressful experience -- thankfully, I made the right choice with choosing CA/NY Express to handle the big move. Excellent service. Everybody was professional, courteous and helpful -- josh; the movers who picked up in New York; dispatch in California and the movers who dropped my stuff. The whole process was seamless. It definitely made the move less stressful.
Smooth and Easy From from NYC to SF.
I used CA NY Express to move from NYC to San Francisco and it was awesome! I had most of my stuff ready to go with some loose items in the apartment. The movers came and double wrapped everything and put my loose stuff into boxes for me. It was honestly such an easy move. I let the movers in and ran my errands for the day and when I got back, everything was done. The price was very reasonable too.
Moving from SF to NY I used a pod service and had to do everything myself. I had less stuff and funny enough it cost the same and I had to do everything myself.
If I ever do the cross country move again, I'll definitely use CA NY Express again!
Keep in mind to keep cash on you for tipping the movers.
