Poor customer service
We are planning a long distance move and contacted Compass Van Lines and spoke with Amanda Baker. We made arrangements in advance for a scheduled video face time of our contents however after waiting and calling the company, I was told that they can reschedule after I wasted my time which apparently they felt wasn't valuable. I then hesitantly called back a few days later to give them a second chance. Amada gave me her word that she would block off time for no calls and even give me a call 15 minutes prior to our face time meeting. I again rearranged my schedule to receive her call and for the second time she was unreliable and never called. I reached out to this company again and she told me that she was with a client and that she would get back to me in 10 minutes. NEVER HAPPENED!!! I do not recommend this company because the customer service with this individual was horrible.
Very nice
My move went marvelously. I had a great team captain, a lovely team, and a fast move... My three-bedroom apartment was packed and out in 6.5 hours. Great experience overall. Highly recommend their services.

Smooth Move
Top Class Service from start to finish. The booking process was very smooth, efficient, and helpful. The pricing was excellent. Items were collected and delivered on time and in perfect condition. The Delivery team was cheerful, helpful; in fact, it was exceptionally good. First time I've used the service and hugely impressed. I would have no hesitation recommending Compass Van Lines.

My move hasn’t been completed yet and I have already regretted my decision to choose them for my move from California to Texas.
I booked the service and scheduled February 26 to be the pick-up date on January 28th, after the sales representative stressed that I have to book early to “secure” a spot due to high demand.
I did and now we are at the week of moving. I’ve been calling them every day this week in an effort to confirm the time of the pick-up. All I got was “your schedule is looking good”, “we will call you later to confirm”, “don’t worry”. And today, which is a day before the pick-up, I have to call to learn that they won’t come tomorrow and there’s still no confirmation in terms of when the pick-up will be done. (There’s no proactive communication at all from them)
Now I’m at their mercy and hope that someone will actually show up to do the job I pay them to do, at the time I scheduled.

Have used Compass Van Lines a few times now. This is the first time I used them for a longer trip. As always the service has been good, prompt and the drivers really friendly all at a reasonable price too. They are my go to movers and I will highly recommend using them for an easy and stress-free move!
