Nice Job!!
Mick and Thomas did an excellent job. My wife and I were quoted 4-5 hours, and we came in at exactly 4.5 hours. Everything was well taken care of (both things and the physical properties). The team was even able to take our oversize couch over the deck. I'm speaking this way about movers! They will be making all my moves from now on.

Complete Vanlines were Very careful and efficient movers. Very professional and nice guys made a move. I didn't waste time and worked hard. The hourly rate is low, so the total cost was reasonable. I would book them again for another move.

Great care was taken!
Dylan and his associate arrived on time, and the entire process was seamless. They were fast, efficient, and conscientious, making sure to wrap up my delicate items and furniture so that they didn't get damaged or ding any walls during the move. I will hire these guys again for a future move.

Fantastic service from Complete Vanlines. The friendly and professional moving team moved a family of five plus dogs with great care and efficiency over our moving days, making the whole thing run very smoothly indeed. Excellent communication throughout the office. Highly recommended.
Smooth Move
Complete Vanlines were recommended to us, and they were great. Dustin and the team were professional, quick, and great to work with. Our move was actually less than our quote because it took them less time than we had all anticipated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers in NM!

Nice Movers!!
The guys (Jack and his crew) worked very hard - especially at the unloading. They had to run up and down stairs and move our one-bedroom in only 6 hours. I am so happy with their great service. Highly recommend them!
Extorted and robbed
I booked my move with Complete Van Lines a week before my move. They quoted me based on an inventory of items that I gave them, quoted by an Anthony, confirmed by a Thomas. I should have known something was wrong when they needed certified funds, Zelle, Venmo, etc. This is how they extort you later.
I was told that they would call me the day before the move to confirm my pick up time. I had to call 3 times and they tried moving my date. I got them to do it the day they had promised, but it was a hassle (7 p.m. the night before my 8 a.m. pick up is when they finally confirmed.)
The movers showed up and immediately told me it was way more than they thought. I had 2 options, pay an additional $2500 than quoted or lose my deposit. I tried calling Complete van lines, but no surprise, they didn't answer the phone. Of course I had to pay as this was moving day and I had no other options. They tried charging extra for bulky items and told me things needed to be crated.
I had a brief argument with the movers about this, and the explanation they gave me is that "Complete Van Lines does this all the time, they give a low price to get you to book with them." They said they were told it was approximately 789 cubic feet.
I ended up paying all this extra money and I got about 60% of my original items on the truck, 1300 cubic feet. I now have to do double the work and make another 5 or 6 trips with my pick up truck to finish it before the end of the month. If I had them take everything it would have been well over 1600 cubic feet and I can't imagine how much more it would have cost me.
No response to my email from the company as of yet.
Good Work
Complete Vanlines did an excellent job helping me move apartments. They were punctual (arrived early actually), efficient (done in 4-5 hours), and did an excellent job moving everything. Highly recommend booking with them.

Great guys. Got an accurate quote, charged the same as what I was asked in the quote, and very helpful guy. I'll recommend them to everyone as they are the best moving company I have come across.

They helped us move out of our apartment in NJ and into our new home in NJ. These guys were fast, friendly, and were very transparent about the day-of-moving process. They taped everything up, added padding where needed, and everything arrived intact. They had the great prices of moving. Highly recommend them!
