My best move with Cross Country Moving.
I must admit that this move was one of my best move. It was a true flat rate move. I gave my invenotry on the phone and got a quote in few minutes. Movers came on-time, no questions asked. My move had 1 stop for drop-off and pick-up of furniture. The plan worked 100% as expected. Megann and Dean both are very professional. I highly recomment Cross Country Moving.

Cross country moving was fantastic throughout the whole moving experience. Everyone I emailed with or spoke to on the phone was very professional and very nice. The overall price was very reasonable as well, especially considering I was moving between states.
The movers worked their butts off during the move. It was a tough move, but they didn't complain at all. They got everything from point A to point B in amazing fashion.
This company also stayed true to their word and didn't increase their flat rate with any sketchy price increases the day of the move.
I highly recommend them.

Hugely satisfied with Cross Country Moving. They did a great job at moving all my stuff without damaging anything. You should definitely hire them if you have to move far. Really great.
Moving Personal Items.
Cost was reasonable. Movers arrived later than the agreed time, but that didn't cause any inconvenience. They delivered the items on time as agreed. Only complaint I have is that none of the movers (those who actually carried out the moving) spoke English very well. However, they managed to communicate. They packed everything carefully, and at the destination, unpacked them and set them up for me as agreed. No damages, no problems. Customer support and salesman communication were excellent. Great service.

I found Cross country moving on the internet. I needed to have a piece of commercial equipment moved with a hard stop arrival time of not later thatn 3 pm. Meggan and Dean were extreamly professional. They followed up on my initial inquiry and quote, helped to arrange the pickup and explained the payment options. Communication was outstanding.
The movers showed up on time, were very courteous, had all the right equipment and did a great job shrink wrapping the machine, loading it and unloading it. I would definately recommend using Cross country moving without hesitation.
My recent move.
They were great, took very good care of my furniture and were always smiling and eager to please. I am definitely going to use them again. They are hard working, and truly experienced. Each one of them did their task well and were eager to listen to anything I had to say. They did not mind me asking questions and they were extremely polite.

My wife & I were 100% satisfied with the move. We were moving to California and the movers took excellent care of the furniture. I had a sectional couch that was to go downstairs, and after removing 2 doors and a handrail the couch is downstairs, they even fixed the door when they put it back. Great Job, If I ever move again, I am using Cross country moving.
Moving.
The job went really well for my move in early July 2014. The movers were all very professional and helpful. The new place we moved to did not have their paperworks in place which caused unexpected delay of obtaining the keys that was out of our control. However, the movers waited patiently while the building management sorted things out. John, the leader of the movers, also the only English speaker, was very understanding and worked with us. In retrospect I'm glad that I'd requested at least one English speaking mover prior to the move. I have to give all of the movers on that day a perfect score on their professionalism and character. I'd also like to thank Carlos at Cross country moving for keeping the promise of charging the fixed rate that was agreed upon before the move. There were absolutely no hidden fees, charges or gimmicks with Cross country moving. I would definitely hire Cross country moving in the future as well as recommending it to people I know. Thank you again for your excellent service!
Cross country moving.
Excellent Moving Experience (Part 1): We used Cross country moving for the 1st half of our move in July (remodeling our home so used them to move 15 years worth of stuff into self storage). Very glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process interacting with the Cross country moving. From the start of the engagement process all the way thru to the move itself, their service was nothing short of professional. Kerry Cox (the sales rep) was very responsive and flexible during our scheduling process..we had to shift dates like 5 times due to delays getting our construction start date squared away.. and they accomodated us each time without issue. On move day itself, Ignasio and his team of 3 other men worked extremely efficiently, carefuly, and attentively making sure to thoroughly wrap in plastic all delicate furniture items where needed to make sure they didn't get damaged at all. They even 'disassembled' some of our larger furniture items like cabinets, tables, etc..without us asking/expecting it to make the moving easier.. and more importantly, without trying to charge 'extra' against the fixed price contract we had. They literally did everything that was expected and then some without damaging anything in transit. I was very impressed with the quality of the service we recieved. Yes, the 'fixed price' we got was a bit on the high side, but overall given the overall quality of the service provided it was fair and worth it. "Part 2" of my review will be when we use them to move back into our house once the remodel is completed in September at some point. Hoping to get Ignasio and the same team back with the same same level of quality service and professionalism we saw during the 1st half of our move. Will definately let you know how that goes..to be continued!
Cross country moving.
My move went great. They gave me the best quote out of about four companies. I was hoping against hope that the $500 difference in quotes would not reflect the quality of the move. I was very pleasantly surprised. I would use these guys again. They arrived a little late, but barely stoped from the minute they arrived. The guys were polite, helpful and fast. No complaints.
Fantastic Moving Company.
We had the most wonderful experience with Cross country moving! The men who moved us were highly professional, quick and efficient. The only issue we had was that they were caught in traffic and showed up about 20 minutes late (which could happen to anyone) but someone called to inform me ahead of time so I was well aware of it. I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly reccomend this company. Thank you again!
